If I could give zero stars, I would. Today, June 30, 2026, I visited this location and was told they are now charging a fee per table just to reserve a spot. The manager explained that this was implemented because of the FIFA games. When I asked whether this policy had been publicly announced, she said no--it was a decision made by this location. I find it very disappointing that customers are expected to pay simply to reserve a table without any prior notice. This is not a high-end restaurant where you would expect reservation fees, and springing this on customers feels unfair. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. read more

I feel that I was discriminated against by "Autumn" and the co-manager "Andrew" tonight. After entering the establishment, which was not busy, I spoke with the host (whose name I do not have) and was quoted a 25-30 minute wait for the dining area, as she needed to check with the only available server. I thought that was reasonable, as I was waiting for the rest of my party (a total of 8 people), who were not far behind. About 10 minutes into the wait, once everyone had arrived, I spoke with "Autumn," who was very polite, and informed her that the full party was present. She told me, "I can seat you right now with no wait; let me inform the server." However, after waiting another 10-15 minutes, the host returned and told us there was still approximately a 20-minute wait. I explained my prior conversation with "Autumn," and the host went to speak with her. About five minutes later, we were seated. Once seated, a server--whom I had not previously spoken with--asked for our drink orders. One beer was ordered, and I ordered the same. At that point, I was informed that I specifically would not be served alcohol. Confused, I asked why and was told that a manager had made that decision. I then requested to speak with the manager and was told they would ask her to come out. I stepped away from the table and was eventually approached by "Andrew," with whom I had not previously spoken. I asked why this decision had been made after multiple conversations and a wait of over 20 minutes, and why it was being communicated by someone I had not interacted with before. "Andrew" stated that he needed to back up his other manager. After speaking with him for several minutes, I asked him directly, setting aside any prior assumptions, whether I appeared inebriated in any way. He responded, "No, I would not have an issue serving you, but I have to support my manager, Autumn." I then calmly requested that "Autumn" come speak with me directly, but I was told that would not happen. Because of this, we chose to leave the establishment due to what felt like obvious and direct targeting of me without any articulated reason. I was left feeling blindsided and without explanation. My party wanted to do the Blazing Challenge but the manager couldn't be bothered to even come out to have us sign the waivers. When I got home with the food, one of the orders was missing one wing and an entire order of fries was omitted. I called the restaurant and spoke with one of the managers, Autumn. Autumn apologized for the mistake and then doubled down on her excellent customer service by not only offering an apology but also the choice of a credit for the missing items or to pick up the missing items. I chose to pick up. Autumn replaced my one missing wing and single order of fries with a 10 piece box and a BASKET of fries to say I'm sorry. I am reporting a severe failure of corporate compliance, illegal alcohol service, and an incredibly toxic customer service environment at your Eastvale, CA location (12411 Limonite Ave).On July 7th between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., I was served four separate alcoholic drinks by my first server without ever being asked for identification. She was super nice and attentive. When a different employee took over, they suddenly demanded an ID and flatly refused further service.While checking identification is a legal requirement, your staff handled their own internal inconsistency with total unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing the situation maturely, the cashiers huddled together, gossiped, and repeatedly stared back at our table on multiple occasions from the bar area. They intentionally made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, acting as if we were the problem when the issue was entirely their own failure to follow protocol.Furthermore, when I requested to speak with the manager on duty to address this massive oversight and the behavior of the staff, the manager flatly refused to come to my table. They chose instead to hide in the back and send the server out to deal with the situation.This is a total violation of state liquor guidelines and an absolute failure in hospitality leadership. I requested to see the manager I told him this is why they are losing business, he indicated that the company sets the timer on how long to cook the chicken. Last time we came, I started off upset because nobody would help us for the what seemed like 10mins since we were seated.. but all of that changed when we finally got a server who was very attentive and helpful. My husband and I ordered wings to go with wedge fries. We ordered 10 naked wings and 10 garlic parmesan, all flats. Total cost was $57.08. I knew wings were expensive but this is a lot for 20 wings and a few wedge fries. Even after paying so much for the wings, it would have been ok if the wings were good. Went to BWW last Monday, August 25th at 630p. They had Love Island playing on a majority of their TV's and playing over the loud speaker. Due to dining with my 6yr old, I asked the Manager if they could switch the dining area TV's and sound to a more family friendly program or sports game ( I thought BWW was a SPORTS bar).The manager said they would not since it was requested by guests and approved by his manager. Looking around there were about 15 people in the dining area, including another family also asking for the TV to be changed. I again asked if they could switch it to play it in the bar area only for the adult viewers. The manager said he would not be able to do that. Was here with my family yesterday (Sunday). Was enjoying my food and watching the games until a drunk man at the bar started arguing with people and tried to fight a old man outside the door right where we were sitting, telling him he was going to knock him out a girl manager tried to intervene and then as another guy went and stopped and one the old guy came back inside and sat. Thinking everything was cool after that until the same aggressive man treated the guy who calmed the situation with a gun so he was told to go back inside. Then they let the man back inside to drink at the bar causing more issues inside with other people at the bar. Wouldn't they kick him out? Or inform the police?
