I ordered my favorite Blackberry Lemonade off the late night menu and their new refreshing unsweetened Peach too too, as well as the Beer Cheese Beef Cheesesteak and a House Salad with Honey Mustard dressing. We also split a gorgeously crafted Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet which helped wrap up our day on a more beautiful and optimistic note! The food is always good, that isnt what this post is about. Two nights ago, I ordered wings and sides for a party of four. When I got home with the food, one of the orders was missing one wing and an entire order of fries was omitted. I called the restaurant and spoke with one of the managers, Autumn. Autumn apologized for the mistake and then doubled down on her excellent customer service by not only offering an apology but also the choice of a credit for the missing items or to pick up the missing items. I chose to pick up. Autumn replaced my one missing wing and single order of fries with a 10 piece box and a BASKET of fries to say I'm sorry. I wasn't expecting it, I wasn't demanding it, I only wanted my one wing and single fries order. This review is for Autumn. Thank you for understanding what true customer SERVICE used to mean but is sadly missing from most businesses. We saw the all you can eat option on TV and decided to come in. I figured it was going to be some what of a gimmick and it sure was. The max you can order is 10 and then increments of six. The quality of the food has went down over the years. After waiting for over 30 minutes the manager bought cold hard chicken to the table. I requested to see the manager I told him this is why they are losing business, he indicated that the company sets the timer on how long to cook the chicken. That answer will not work common sense should kick in if the chicken is over cooked then there needs to be some type of adjustment. As a supervisor he should have known that or brought it to the attention of corporate. Last time we came, I started off upset because nobody would help us for the what seemed like 10mins since we were seated.. but all of that changed when we finally got a server who was very attentive and helpful. He even got me gloves since I have long nails and didn't want the chicken wings in them lol Our water cups were never empty, if it wasn't our server filling them, whoever walked by and saw them running low came and filled them. My husband and I ordered wings to go with wedge fries. We ordered 10 naked wings and 10 garlic parmesan, all flats. Total cost was $57.08. I knew wings were expensive but this is a lot for 20 wings and a few wedge fries. Even after paying so much for the wings, it would have been ok if the wings were good. They were very dry and nothing about them was crispy. I am sorry to say, this experience was a huge disappointment and total waste of money. I honestly think we got some old wings. This was my favorite location and in the last 6 months they've gone SO FAR downhill! Today we gave them another chance and I think it's the last. My tea looked and tasted like water, the chicken sandwich was overcooked and really dry, and the potato wedges that we paid extra for were so overcooked they looked and felt dehydrated. The service was really slow. Servers just kept passing by and no acknowledgement from at all. Finally someone came by and ask if we wanted some drinks, ordered food with the drinks to make sure we get our food and drinks. The wings were dry. Whatever, I was hungry so we ate then I noticed they never brought me my waters. ordered pick 6 for $24.99 and upgraded both entrees to traditional bone in wings. they only allowed us to pick 1 flavor for each 10 (when you order online you can pick 2 flavors for each 10). server took our order, somebody else brought the food. server brought napkins, we asked for carrots and celery, she said ok but never come back until we finished everything. need to asked somebody else to get us some boxes and the check. she was there, but didn't even check on our table. she wasn't even busy. Went to BWW last Monday, August 25th at 630p. They had Love Island playing on a majority of their TV's and playing over the loud speaker. Due to dining with my 6yr old, I asked the Manager if they could switch the dining area TV's and sound to a more family friendly program or sports game ( I thought BWW was a SPORTS bar).The manager said they would not since it was requested by guests and approved by his manager. Looking around there were about 15 people in the dining area, including another family also asking for the TV to be changed. I again asked if they could switch it to play it in the bar area only for the adult viewers. The manager said he would not be able to do that. Favorite bdubz to go to. This place is chill. Wait time wasn't long even on a friday night. Staff were quick to get me my food when it was ready. Food came out hot and even managed to get a side order i put in late out before my main meal was even half through. Isaiah was quick with refills and service even with him taking care of a few tables near me. He was attentive even with me ordering something relatively small compared to his nearby tables and made sure my drink was topped up as soonbas it neared empty. Overall, great experience. Was here with my family yesterday (Sunday). Was enjoying my food and watching the games until a drunk man at the bar started arguing with people and tried to fight a old man outside the door right where we were sitting, telling him he was going to knock him out a girl manager tried to intervene and then as another guy went and stopped and one the old guy came back inside and sat. Thinking everything was cool after that until the same aggressive man treated the guy who calmed the situation with a gun so he was told to go back inside. Then they let the man back inside to drink at the bar causing more issues inside with other people at the bar. Wouldn't they kick him out? Or inform the police? Only once it's time to actually order do you find out the grill is broken and your menu choices are wings or chicken sandwiches. Came in for some green beer about 3pm on a Friday. The food was alight, typical bar food. Ordered wings, a salad, a side of Mac n cheese Mozzarella sticks and a kids burger. Everything but the burger came out in regular time. When I was ordering I notice happy hour started at 3. Well when you look at the menu that's exactly what it says. But I was told only food. Not drinks. (Check the photo). Whatever we ordered and ate. Ambiance was good, loud music and sports on. A fun time. We were there for exactly an hour. I think I won't event give one star to this place. This place sucks with everything. They have wings with feathers, their service sucks and servers are rude as hell! I read a lot of the reviews, specifically, about dirty tables and unfriendly staff. Regrettably, we walked in and sat at one of the high tables that was covered in dried up soda which was sticky. We should've moved to another table but that would've meant the server would have lost our service. When Laura walked up, we politely asked if she could wipe down the table, an her reaction seemed surprised that we asked and immediately turned away and returned minutes later not seeming concerned or apologetic. After wiping down the table, left again and returned minutes later seeming exhausted. She took our order and didn't seem to want to make eye contact or greet us. After 15-20 mins both our food + drinks arrived. We ordered wings, o-rings and fries and again Laura seemed to not appreciate our patronage which as a service industry can ruin a dining experience. With so many dining options, it may be difficult to justify wanting to come back.
