I normally have very positive and highly satisfying experiences at this location but this past Saturday night the atmosphere was very disorderly and disappointing. I sat in the Bar area and was initially very charmed by Isabel. Isabel went out of her way to enthusiastically welcome me back, wiped down my table thoroughly to ensure I was sitting in a peacefully comfortable space, and engaged in honest conversation with me to make me feel well connected and at home. Friendly and welcoming smiles from Team Members Bella and Kyle also helped me settle in happily and invite my friends to join me for late night Chisme hour. I ordered a glass of water and the Non Alcoholic Prickly Pear Fizz to start, but Isabel informed me the Bar was out of the ingredients to make the Prickly Pear Mocktail. I ordered Pineapple juice as a fun alternative instead, but my juice took a lot longer to arrive than expected and wasn't presented with ice or in an attractive professional way. Isabel fixed the issue for me quickly, but at that point there were too many buzz kills in a row that were starting to irritate me. I ordered the Hatch Queso with Pico de Gallo and a side of Guacamole but the Queso came out in a haphazardly disorganized way and I had to flag Isabel down to get my Pico de Gallo which took awhile because she was the only Cocktail Server around 10:30 even though the Bar closed at 2am that night. Isabel was as attentively helpful as she could be but the Cocktail Section was clearly understaffed and Senior Management was having a meeting in the corner with nobody available to help bus the growing amount of dirty tables around me. I ended up having an okay night thanks to the quality of the food and refreshing drinks, but would really like Management to be more considerate with late night staffing to make sure Service quality is unrushed and peacefully organized instead of being stretched so painfully thin. If Management needs to cut labor then they should be on the floor helping out the Servers to maintain a comfortable and visually appealing flow. My fiancé and I stopped by the Buffalo Wild Wings in Eastvale on a Thursday evening at around 9:00 p.m. looking forward to grabbing a bite to eat. Unfortunately, we never even made it to a table. We stood at the front entrance by the host stand for approximately 10 minutes waiting to be seated. During that time, at least five different employees, including one or two who walked by us multiple times, passed right by without saying a single word. No one greeted us, asked if we'd been helped, acknowledged our presence, or even made eye contact. We genuinely felt invisible. After waiting long enough, I told my fiancé that if this was the level of customer service before we were even seated, I didn't want to stay and find out what the rest of the experience would be like. Before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager. She informed me that she was the manager, so I explained exactly what had happened, that we had been standing at the host stand for about 10 minutes, multiple employees had walked past us, and no one had offered to help or seat us. I also told her that the customer service was unacceptable. Whether a restaurant is busy or not, acknowledging customers only takes a few seconds. A simple "We'll be right with you" would have made a huge difference. Instead, we felt ignored and unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Good customer service starts with making guests feel seen and valued. I hope management provides additional customer service training and emphasizes the importance of greeting guests, communicating with them, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this location failed before our dining experience even had the chance to begin. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today, June 30, 2026, I visited this location and was told they are now charging a fee per table just to reserve a spot. The manager explained that this was implemented because of the FIFA games. When I asked whether this policy had been publicly announced, she said no--it was a decision made by this location. I find it very disappointing that customers are expected to pay simply to reserve a table without any prior notice. This is not a high-end restaurant where you would expect reservation fees, and springing this on customers feels unfair. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, especially because I've been a regular customer at this location and have gone there many times. I also consistently tip around 20% because I appreciate good service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't plan on returning. I had already purchased Chipotle and stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings because I wanted to have a beer and watch the end of the Dodgers game. The bartender told me the manager normally doesn't allow outside food, but said that personally he wouldn't care. Instead of assuming it was okay, I went directly to the manager and politely asked her. The manager told me it was fine and even went over to tell the bartender that she had approved it. After she gave him the green light, his attitude seemed to completely change. I then sat at the bar for approximately 20 minutes without receiving any service at all. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I simply wanted to order a beer, watch the end of the game, and pay for my drink. I completely understand that businesses have policies about outside food. That's why I asked the manager first. What I don't understand is being given permission by the manager and then feeling like I was purposely ignored afterward. As someone who has supported this location regularly and consistently tipped well, this was extremely disappointing. I feel that I was discriminated against by "Autumn" and the co-manager "Andrew" tonight. After entering the establishment, which was not busy, I spoke with the host (whose name I do not have) and was quoted a 25-30 minute wait for the dining area, as she needed to check with the only available server. I thought that was reasonable, as I was waiting for the rest of my party (a total of 8 people), who were not far behind. About 10 minutes into the wait, once everyone had arrived, I spoke with "Autumn," who was very polite, and informed her that the full party was present. She told me, "I can seat you right now with no wait; let me inform the server." However, after waiting another 10-15 minutes, the host returned and told us there was still approximately a 20-minute wait. I explained my prior conversation with "Autumn," and the host went to speak with her. About five minutes later, we were seated. Once seated, a server--whom I had not previously spoken with--asked for our drink orders. One beer was ordered, and I ordered the same. At that point, I was informed that I specifically would not be served alcohol. Confused, I asked why and was told that a manager had made that decision. I then requested to speak with the manager and was told they would ask her to come out. I stepped away from the table and was eventually approached by "Andrew," with whom I had not previously spoken. I asked why this decision had been made after multiple conversations and a wait of over 20 minutes, and why it was being communicated by someone I had not interacted with before. "Andrew" stated that he needed to back up his other manager. After speaking with him for several minutes, I asked him directly, setting aside any prior assumptions, whether I appeared inebriated in any way. He responded, "No, I would not have an issue serving you, but I have to support my manager, Autumn." I then calmly requested that "Autumn" come speak with me directly, but I was told that would not happen. Because of this, we chose to leave the establishment due to what felt like obvious and direct targeting of me without any articulated reason. I was left feeling blindsided and without explanation. When I got home with the food, one of the orders was missing one wing and an entire order of fries was omitted. I called the restaurant and spoke with one of the managers, Autumn. Autumn apologized for the mistake and then doubled down on her excellent customer service by not only offering an apology but also the choice of a credit for the missing items or to pick up the missing items. I chose to pick up. Autumn replaced my one missing wing and single order of fries with a 10 piece box and a BASKET of fries to say I'm sorry. I wasn't expecting it, I wasn't demanding it, I only wanted my one wing and single fries order. This review is for Autumn. Thank you for understanding what true customer SERVICE used to mean but is sadly missing from most businesses. I am reporting a severe failure of corporate compliance, illegal alcohol service, and an incredibly toxic customer service environment at your Eastvale, CA location (12411 Limonite Ave).On July 7th between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., I was served four separate alcoholic drinks by my first server without ever being asked for identification. She was super nice and attentive. When a different employee took over, they suddenly demanded an ID and flatly refused further service.While checking identification is a legal requirement, your staff handled their own internal inconsistency with total unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing the situation maturely, the cashiers huddled together, gossiped, and repeatedly stared back at our table on multiple occasions from the bar area.
