The fries I received were cold, so I contacted the restaurant to complain and ask for a reasonable resolution. The employees I initially spoke with were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up the phone on me. I called back and eventually spoke with the manager, Nicki, but I still received no meaningful resolution. Cold food is one issue, but the way my complaint was handled made the situation much worse. Customers should not be hung up on or dismissed simply for reporting a problem with their order. I expected better customer service and professionalism from this location.

Of what they offered, I would rather drive a little further to Uptown's.
