I ordered our food on the app and we went in to eat. I checked in once we chose a seat and the guy brought out drinks within about 5 minutes. Our food was delivered in about 10 minutes and was prepared as ordered. It was hot and freshly prepared. The waiters were very nice and the dining room was clean and swept. I ordered chick fila and had Postmates deliver it. The postmates driver was super fast!! I had my order in less than 20 mins when the app said it would be 45min -1hr. The food chick fila "prepared" was absolutely disgusting.. my medium waffle fry wasn't even filled up half way and the fries were stone cold and mushy like they had been sitting in the bin for hours.. the chicken strips were so greasy they felt wet and they were cold too!! And when I say cold I don't mean that they cooled down on the short drive over to my house, I mean cold like old cold. I honestly cannot believe that chick fila sent us this food that shouldn't have been served at all, it should have gone into the trash can! It's pretty sad that Chick fila has gone to This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star.. I feel completely ripped off! I called the store to complain and the manager basically said that it's completely normal for their food to taste old and look like it was Cooked hours before when it's driven in a heat sealed postmates bag for 10 mins. So a little late giving this review. But the day before Thanksgiving the entire staff here single handedly helped saved my Thanksgiving Dinner. (Especially the female who assisted throughout, I'm terrible with names.) Long story short, my wife messed up the order for the Mac and Cheese platter we ordered. Went to pick up the tray and the order was not ready due to a miscommunication from MY behalf. Regardless, the people here were kind and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I was extremely pleased at the customer service provided on this day. Words can not express how much the gesture meant to me. Chik Fil A's standard of customer service was surpassed this day. My sister and I stopped thru drive thru a couple of days ago after her surgery. We ordered and received our order fairly quickly. The young lady working drive thru was one of the rudest workers I had ever encountered. I have grown accustomed to excellent customer service and she clearly failed to meet the norm. However, that wasn't the worst part. When we looked in the bag, the fries were half full with the sauces stuffed down in the container on top. The delicious waffle fries that usually leave me feeling guilt free because they are worth every bite regardless of the calories were replaced with soggy, cold, limp crap. Utterly couldn't even eat two. My tenders were lukewarm and didn't have their normally flawless brown crispy skin. The only thing that met the ideals of every other Chick-fil-a were the drinks. I've never had to ever do a review for this place because I'm always satisfied but this particular night which was Saturday may 7 at 8:45 I went through the drive through and oder the 4 piece chicken strip meal large size. I got my food and as I'm driving out the lot I went to get a fry out my bag and it was ice cold. My tenders were hot but my fries were so cold I refused to eat them. When I went to make a uturn to go back to the drive through all the lights on the building were off as if it was closed. I looked at my clock and it was 8:56 and the website says you close at 10! Waited over 30-minutes in a curbside parking place for my order placed through the App. After walking up to the restaurant and inquiring about my order and the hold-up...someone came out but only to see what we wanted. Showed them the order and screenshots from the App. We were given the excuses it was because I redeemed my reward points and they had not received the order. Finally got a order but not the exact order placed via the App. No one came to see why we were waiting so long in the curbside park. Cars parked, got their food and was gone. However, if you go inside and order to try and get faster service because of the cars at the drive thru, that just doesn't happen here. Unfortunately they seem to prioritize the drive thru orders and leave people in the inside just standing around.
