Our first time coming here and upon entering you may seat yourself. Once we sat down our waitress immediately came over with food and drink menus. We ordered the pickle and they were okay. Wasn't crispy as I'd hoped. I got the teriyaki chicken hibachi with rice and again it was just okay. Inside was dark and many TVs for those who wish to watch sports. A bit confusing mix of Chinese, a wing spot and a bar- so I had a Greek gyro. Not remarkable, but not bad at all. I think they're trying to do a bit too much. BUT- I accidentally left my debit card there after paying, and didn't notice for a few days.,I stopped back in, where they promptly returned my card, which had not been stolen or used. Had a fun time w/Mgr 'Jeremy'at this great little spot. Don't let the decor fool you as upon entering g I though we were in a Chinese Rest instead of a 'wing' place. Turns out not only wings, but appears to be American bar food catering to the men/women at Ft Bragg Ay Base ie home cooked foods. Very surprised by this location! Being a New Yorker this restaurant has very reasonable prices on cocktails and the wings were fire!

There is not much to recommend. Wings were below average and inadequately sauced. The service was fine. Neither good nor bad. However, the wait time was ludicrous (40 minutes after I ordered...) And it wasn't due to lack of people...at least 10 people in the kitchen. Came here off a recommendation even though the reviews were bad. The food was just ok. Nothing spectacular. The cheese steak egg roll was 8/10 and the best thing I purchased. The wings were 6.8/ 10. I would say go for a wet sauce vs a dry sauce because the chicken isn't super seasoned and little dry. I got honey garlic pepper (dry) and Asian sweet spicy (wet). The latter was better than the former for the reason that I previously mentioned however neither flavors were necessarily worth going back for. The fried rice was an immediate NO for me. mushy , no seasoning, hardly any veggies. I think they also use brown rice which was interesting. The service was blah. The girl in the front was really dry service wise. Like not bad but not good. Kind of like the food. Idk maybe I'm biased because I've worked in the service industry and always made it a point to be pleasant towards customers. It is a big restaurant with lots of seating though. Like others have said, not the worst, not the best. The wings were overcooked but the boneless were perfect. The sauce on the boneless was supposed to be mild but it tasted like someone added honey to a buffalo sauce. Very strange flavor. Fried rice as a side was also a bit odd. So would like to make a PSA and in case anyone is associated with this establishment, particularly management, Super Wing Station off Ramsey St. is blatantly breaking federal law, specifically under the provisions of ADA. My husband and I were just denied service since my husband's service dog was accompanying him. No issue with me. We just won't be back. But ownership and management might want to freshen up with current law before someone litigious, might not take it as lightly. Pathetic !!! Also edited to say that my husband rendered the courtesy of calling the manager and explained the situation. He acted surprised and stated that wasn't the policy and offered apologies. My husband stated that we were first time diners and were trying their wings to determine if we were going to order some for the game tomorrow. Crickets from the manager. He didn't even extended an invitation. So, Super Wing Station, you have definitely lost a potential customer. And I must add, in a military town, this is actually disgusting. read more

They've got some serious problems in the focus department. Inside is decorated like an Asian restaurant. The menu is all over the place with seafood and all sorts of other randomness. The first time we came, the wings weren't that good. However, in the ensuing visits, they've seemed to have gotten better and better. Still don't think I'd give them 5 stars.. for wings like that I'd have to drive up to Durham, but for Fayetteville they're as good or better than any other option. We walked in and thought we entered a sushi type place. Lol I had to look back at the door to make sure we entered the right place. The other reviews are correct in the time it takes for your food. Husband ordered a 20 piece wings and it took 35 min and I ordered hibachi which came out 10 min after his wings. Almost no sauce on the wings and had to order extra sauce on the side. There was hair in my hibachi rice. The food is actually decent and not terrible. Service was fine they were really nice. The have a full bar. I visited this establishment on 12/6/22 and had some good wings but today 12/8/22, I ordered the same exact wings (lemon pepper) and they were HORRIBLE!!!!! The wings seemed old and had absolutely NO seasoning on them. I called and spoke with Linda and Manager Doug and explained that I had told my coworkers how great the food was and even picked up orders for one of them. I was told the person who cooked the wings on Tuesday was not the same person and all they are willing to do is give 10% off the next order. I told them I felt this was not sufficient as the wings were unseasoned and taste old, the fried rice was clumpy and that was unacceptable compensation. I do know mistakes happen but I'm very disappointed in this establishment and how they handled this encounter. If you want to eat where they are notaccountable for their mistakes and not interested customer satisfaction, Don't go there!!! read more

Have driven by this place and/or the shopping center for a few years but just recently noticed this spot. Figured I would have heard about it before now, but after visiting, it's reflective of my experience. The employees were nice, but I feel like they're in an identity crisis. The restaurant is decorated as you'd see in a Chinese restaurant. The menu is all over the place - focuses on the wings, but then a seafood section and a teriyaki section. Anything you order comes with either fries or fried rice. I see the balance they are going for, but if you have the name like Super Wing Station, then you better be able to bring it when it comes to wings. I ordered a gyro and wings with a side of fried rice (when in Rome....)....the gyro was okay, nothing special. Fried rice was really good, lots of flavor. Wing sauce was excellent - got the Carolina gold or something like it. The wings themselves - LOL - awful. Those things were SOOOO tiny. If I went to a burger place and got tiny wings, then I'd understand. Or go to a seafood or pizza place, but order wings, I'd understand. The name of this place is the Super Wing Station and I heard two servers recommend wings as their best item on the menu for some odd reason. The fried rice alone was better than the gyro and wings....know your menu and properly point people in the right direction, but don't point people to something that isn't very impressive. There are two great things about this place which is why I won't give it a two star....draft beers are only $2. So, go for drinks and if you're hungry then get something to sample. And, prices of food are very reasonable, so really, you can only expect/complain so much. But I feel bad - the place is nice and clean, and they seem to be doing everything to protect themselves and customers from COVID. The place smelled like an aquarium when I walked in. I guess it is the water fountain type decoration on the right where you walk in. The girls behind the bar are friendly. However, there is a man that stands behind the bar and just watches everything. He never allows the bartenders to handle money which is odd. Having him loom over them and watch the place killed my experience. I asked for catsup and tarter sauce, some were placed in a small plastic cup. I am certain this is an effort by the angry man behind the bar, to save waste. It cheapened the experience of the meal. The fish I had wasn't bad, but the smell of the place made me think maybe it was living in an aquarium in the back. I think the owner owns some local nail salons. I have mixed feelings. You can tell they are still working out the kinks. Have only been open for a few weeks. The food is slightly delayed (35 +/- 5 minutes). The Hibachi Grill menu is similar in style to Kimono Express. They had no boneless items or fries available and unless you order more than 20 pcs of wings they charge a dollar extra per flavor. The Philly Cheese Steak was in fact really really good however. The atmosphere is extremely nice and the staff is polite. Give this place a small amount of time and I think it will be a nice alternative spot to places like BWW or East Coast. I would say it is worth a visit. read more

Wings were really good and the draft beer was priced right...but that's best I can say about this place...upon first entering there was an interesting smell to the place. My friends and I sat at the bar and we noticed right away the area behind the bar was trashed as was some of the bar area and a couple of table behind us. The front staff of 3 did not clean at all the 3 hours we were there but they did find time to eat, watch TV and be on their phones...They can and must do better! read more

Just ate here for the first time. My husband ordered two draft beers. When we got our bill, it was $9.98 for the two beers! She asked if we wanted short or tall glasses and we ordered short. So thankful for that or it would have probably been $20! Will never come back. read more
