07/03/24. Online order. Order was to be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived just about 25 minutes after my order. The place was a bit busy considering 3:45 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. And returned home the same way. I ordered a 15 piece of bone in wings with Hot Honey Rub on them. Let me say this, this is a limited time rub BUT they should make this a regular rub. It's got a bit of a tang to that baby. The heat's there but it doesn't stay. And you can enjoy the wing without the rub taking away from the experience. Also placed an order of fries with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on them. They were very good but not hot, warm at best, but they could have been sitting there a while. Now the Parmesan was an extra .10. No biggie. My issue was the Blue cheese which the dipping sauce is "Required". That was an additional $2.49 and you will see by the picture it was a mess. Wings were meaty, crispy and flavorful. Way better than BWW. You can see my review of them last time I was there. Would I return to Wingstop ? if I could give this no stars I would. I ordered from wingstop through the app for pick up and my husband arrived at the latest pick up time which was 8:01 20 minutes after we placed our order and when the app said it would be ready by. It took another ten minutes for our order to be packaged and not until he asked someone who was just getting back from his break how much longer it would be. That employee, Andrew was very kind and helpful. My husband said the store was chaotic and several employees were messing around. I get my food home, and it appears that 6 lemon pepper wings I had ordered were missing as I open a box and it is full of original bone in and the other is just Cajun corn. So I called the store, tearful and spoke to Andrew explaining that I could not drive back for them because I live farther away from this location, and he offers a refund. Not on the whole order, just on the six boneless lemon pepper. Then his assistant manager gets involved. She was rude from the beginning. Going so far as to tell me that she needs to review the footage before she even offers me a remake and that's that. She was short tempered and seemed way too overwhelmed and took it out on me, when I was kind and just upset that I wasn't going to get to have dinner. Then I was hung up on. I called back and then was put on hold, to be hung up on again, and then finally called back when my husband emptying out the containers found our missing boneless chicken, underneath all of his hot wings, covered in hot sauce. So I still couldn't eat because there was a reason I ordered Lemmon pepper wings instead of ones drenched in hot sauce. I have never seen wings packaged like this at wingstop before either stacked on top of each other. Because getting all flats is too expensive, and it would've been A-OK if the drums were edible, but the ends were so dry they could pass for Rawhide. I was afraid for my teeth. What makes it worse is just yesterday I had decided it was time for my four-year-old son, who enjoys meat on the bone because of his fascination with dinosaurs, to try his first chicken wing basket. Not sure what it was but spit it out and could not finish the meal. I felt sick for the rest of the night and the following morning. I decided to reach out to the Twitter support as I have in the past. They assured me someone from upper management will contact me. As of now, it's been 5 days and I have not received any contact. I sent an email to their main contact page the other day and I woke up to an email. They sent me a $10 gift card, while I really appreciate the gesture, I haven't been contacted about my experience, haven't spoken with anyone, and it seems like a small amount considering they didn't offer to refund the meal given the circumstances.
