I used to love Wingstop. I went in for some wings and ranch after calling in. They were rude over the phone and rude when I checked out. When I got home and opened the bag I noticed they had decided to put the ranch in sideways with no lid and another with two broken lids smashed together. Everything was covered in ranch. Which I payed for and they refused to refund. I pulled out the wings and ranch had spilled down the side and into the wings. The wings were dry (I ordered extra spicy Korean sauce) besides the ranch. I called the store and asked for a refund or to have it remade and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Happy birthday to me. read more

Came by for some wings and had a good time. Flavors are good and the extra sauce on the side is a plus. Customer service was great as well!

Usually I love Wingstop wings, but this store was such a disappointment. I placed an order for pickup around 5:15 to be picked up at 6:30. I walked in around 6:20 Thinking they would tell me that I needed to wait at least a few minutes considering I was 10 minutes early. But nope, sure enough the guy hands me my bag and when I get home to eat (about 7 minutes later) the ranch is warm and the food is cold. I'm almost positive they had made my order when I ordered it, rather than at least waiting 30-45 minutes or so to ensure my food was a decent temperature. There's nothing worse than cold wings, except for warm ranch. I definitely will not go back to this store even though the location is convenient. Lesson learned. read more

Never have any issues when I pick up my own order but the last time I decided to get it delivered. I was disappointed to learn it was through a third party like door dash, ( don't know the exact company). Anyhow, the reason being is its difficult to know where the mistake actually happened; my large order was missing 10 wings, 1 fry and 1 Veggie pack. There was 3 girls here and only the blonde one was doing anything. She needs a damn raise because without her busting her butt, you'd have a lot of pissed off customers. Let me start by saying there is no perfection in life. Having said that, my opinion is Wingstop does an excellent job...most of the time. Once, out of a handful of visits in the last 6 months, the wings were overdone, and those were the drumettes...the flats were way overdone. Every other time, they were great! I gave corporate an honest review. What I've learned is to get boneless. If you don't love wings, your momna didn't raise you right! Now, with heat, I only go so far. If it's painful to eat, I won't do it. My faves are Spicy Korean (the hottest I've gone), Garlic Parmesan, because why not; hickory BBQ and Lemon Pepper. Garlic Parm & Lemon Pepper are dry rubs, fyi. Lemon Pepper is my #2 fave. Flavor-wise, Hawaiian was the weakest, flavor wise. I usually get the 20 pc boneless pack, with all veggies. The Bleu Cheese and Cheese Sauce are yummy, with the Cheese sauce having a little kick. I'm not a fan of their french fries, because ALL fries steam in the bag on the way home & get cold & wobbly. The last thing I wanna do with take-out is have to re-cook it when I get home. They also have a really good chocolate brownie for dessert. Service has always been top notch, no complaints. Have given this location 3 tries and this will be the last. Every time I've had to wait 20+ mins past the estimated wait time. Every time I've gotten soggy unseasoned fries( I had to season my fries at home). The chicken has been inconsistent every time. Some are way too seasoned and some with none at all. Some are overcooked/dry and some wings soggy as hell. They also gave me blue cheese instead of ranch 2 times, gross. Don't even get the bread rolls, dry as heck. My soda also tasted like water with a hint of coke...they need to change the syrup in the back FR. The only thing consistent about this location is how bad the food is. read more

I was so excited about this place given a closer location to my house but I am so disappointed. Customer service not great, ordered for pick up and they still made me wait longer that excepted once I got to the location. But to make it worse you can tell they don't have the recipe down. I've always loved Wingstop but I have to say that this Wingstop has made various mistakes each time I've order. The most recent which motivated this comment is that they left out an entire 15 pack order of wings from my order. I had two big bags so I didn't have the hands to check everything. It was only when I took everyone already home did I figure out that they had completely botched the order. I understand that mistakes happen but what made matters worse was the fact that when I called to tell them they had left it out they didn't even offer a simple apology. If it had been me working I would've been quick to apologize even if it were just to diffuse the situation. Further more after talking about how unfair it was I asked for a free order of fries for compensation which they agreed to. I had to drive all the way back just to get the rest of my order and after having to wait for it to be ready they informed me that if I was the fries I would have to pay for them. Like I'm sorry but this was just ridiculous. And because I didn't wanna be rude or make a scene I grabbed my food and walked away. I'm sure u could understand how upsetting this is. I never have been this upset about ordering food but this really stuck out as my worse experience.I hope that management can fix this problem and provide more effective training. read more
