Tried the Korean BBQ sauce tenders and voodoo fries. I thought the tenders were decent, but way too bready. However, that's customary for the tenders here, so I understand. I'm not the biggest fan of cut potatoes. They don't get crispy enough. I think they need to be soaked to remove starch and fried longer for a decent crisp. DO NOT USE DELIVERY - in person I could have refused it and walked away....Fries were greasy, cold and could not be eaten. We got the 4 flavors....no one told us they would be dumped in one container with no idea how to recognize what flavors. The chicken wings are ok not the best but not the worst either. I like the fries here, they have a weird sweet cinnamon kinda flavor to them which is different. Service is kinda slow and if they get a rush forget about it you'll be waiting for a while. The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here's what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn't too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Whoa, there are some salty reviews up on this page. I saw people complaining about wait time and braced myself. I ordered using the app, which was super easy, and was given a window of time for pickup (16-22 ish minutes). My email told me 4:50pm but I went to pay around 4:45pm and they were ready a couple minutes after, so I was pleasantly surprised on the wait time. Probably a little under 20 minutes total. The wings were great! I tried Hawaiian and Korean BBQ and they were both plenty covered in sauce - nice and meaty with a touch of crisp on them. Very flavorful. The fries were something else too. They season them with some crazy mix of salt and...sugar, I think? I couldn't stop eating them. I'll definitely be back until they give me a reason not to. The flavors were very mild and not spicy like I was expecting. They forgot to give me a blue cheese dip, so I used mine that I had at home. The seasoned fries smelled great on the ride home, but were sweet in taste. I think the seasoning used was a combination of salt and crystallized sugar. Seriously, I licked a fry and it was sweet. What happened to this place! This place has went to Schitt's Creek, it has fallen so far below the line it's absolutely ridiculous. The staff don't wear their pants above their waist, they don't wear their hats straight on their head, they're always listening to inappropriate music in the store. Tables were clean but bathroom and trashcans needed attention (I was there at an off time so it wasnt busy.) What bothered me was the cashier.
