Fast forward to 2024. The customer service wasn't very good. I am very specific about things and made sure to ask the young lady if they could add Italian dressing to the meat while it was cooking. Now, if it wasn't feasible, I would have understood. Remember, Italian dressing is basically vinegar because originally, I asked for vinegar but was told they didn't have any . The young lady seemed a little bothered by me asking for something as simple as that. Don't get me wrong, when I ate my cheesesteak, it wasn't bad, but I could tell the dressing was just drizzled on the lettuce and tomato, which had an odd placement under the meat. Again, I'm from a state known for its heroes/hoagies, and usually, you see lettuce and tomato on top, but that isn't a dealbreaker. But what is, is the customer service, and while she tried to smile, I could tell that apparently, I was a bothersome customer. Will not be disappointed! I tried three flavors: strawberry hot, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. Did not disappoint. The strawberry hot was more hot than strawberry flavored like she said. Pretty sure it was more color but either way it was delicious. The garlic parmesan was buttery and not creamy like Buffalo Wild Wings which me personally can be a bit much sometimes. I feel unfair leaving negative reviews for restaurants right now that everyone is short-staffed. But this was definitely a first and last time coming for us. My husband was craving wings, and rather than go to the corporate Buffalo Wild Wings we decided to try a local small restaurant. Mom and pop shops typically have some pretty good wings from our experience. This was not the case here. The menu was limited and the tables were dirty (bathrooms were worse), but I was hungry and we had yet to try the wings. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap, my husband ordered 15 wings, and we ordered our son a kids chicken nugget meal. We also added 2 fountain drinks and a side of fries. The total was over $40. It took over 20 minutes to get our food even though there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived, and I held my baby on my lap because they had no high chairs or boosters. When the food finally came it was served in to-go containers and bagged. Everything inside was either packed in a brown paper bag or foil. My chicken wrap was cut in half with pieces of foil inside the wrap. The wrap itself was greasy with large chunks of croutons stuck together. I wasn't fond of the chicken seasoning either, not sure what it was. My husband said his wings weren't great, and my son only ate a small pack of celery that we were given, which is saying a lot because he loves chicken nuggets and fries. We ate what we could and left disappointed. For over 40 bucks, we would've definitely gone to BWW instead. read more
