Food is undercooked. This has happened on multiple occasions. If you go there check it before you eat it.

The fries were very undercooked and the wings didn't have enough sauce. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately I won't be back.

The owner helped us with moving tables around and her, the team, the chef, and the servers were very nice and thoughtful. Also, the ambiance of the location was so clean. It definitely felt like home. As a Filipino American, missing home, all the decor was cool and the photos with close up details was super cool. Now the food? Holy $h!!! It was soo good! I wouldn't have known fusion wings with Filipino flavors was so good! Also, with our half of the group, we shared the 100 family plan with 8 people. It was super worth the price to divide that with 8! 100 wings, 5 flavors of wings, 4 flavors of fries, 2 rice, 2 veggie sticks, and ranch? If I could give them a 20/5 I would! We can't wait to go back!

I thought both flavors were pretty good - Honey Thai Chili and Soy Garlic. There was extra sauce in the recess of the container for each flavor that I used a spoon to pour over the chicken which was necessary, especially for the Soy Garlic since the pieces were on the dry side otherwise. I didn't care much for the fried rice because there was too much sesame oil. The eggrolls were good and the included dipping sauce container was huge! The parmesan garlic fried corn was good too. Overall would try again but would avoid the rice plates and get the chicken by itself. Visit date: 3/13/26

You can request seating closer to the bar if you want to enjoy the music while dining. Otherwise, the window seats are nice if you're looking for something quieter, restaurant lighting is dim. They're also able to modify some dishes to be gluten free. The Poached Pear Salad was light and refreshing, GF if you omit the goat cheese "crouton." Though if you like goat cheese, it looked delectable, perfectly cooked. It's more like a small fried goat cheese patty (almost like a mozzarella stick). The risotto was well cooked, but nothing particularly memorable in terms of flavor or components (bacon, mushroom, pesto, parmesan butter). The cassoulet was bursting with flavor. They offer both a small and larger portion. The small is really just a few bites of duck, so if you're looking for something more filling, definitely go with the larger size, which feels closer to a standard entrée. You can omit the panko breadcrumbs to make it gluten free. The guava sorbet was a refreshing way to end the meal, served as a trio of scoops and a cookie (not GF). Portion sizes overall are just okay, as you're unlikely to have leftovers. Unless you order apps, an entrée, and dessert, you may not leave completely full. Drink-wise, they have cocktails, beers, one cider on tap (GF), and wine options. The Mint Julep (bourbon based) was strong, simple, and surprisingly tasty. Service was fine overall, though one gentleman stood out for being especially attentive and friendly (wish we caught his name). Pricing didn't quite match the quality, but would be open to return in future to try out other dishes.

I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner going on my actual birthday. Friends of ours joined us for dinner. I chose to sit in the lounge area next to the bar, which is a smaller space than the dining room, more intimate. I enjoyed that space. There's a couple couches in front of a fireplace perfect to enjoy an after dinner drink. My friends brought a couple bottles of wine so we didn't order any cocktails or wine from the restaurant. Their corkage fee is $25 a bottle. The four of us started with appetizers to share. The deviled eggs were creamy and delicious. The charcuterie board was good but could've had another cheese on the board to match the three meats on the board. It was served with perfectly grilled baguette. The special appetizer for the evening was morel mushrooms. I love morel mushrooms, but these lacked flavor and the portion was small. That was a miss for me. For dinner, my husband had the crispy chicken milanese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The chicken was topped with arugula, capers, manchego cheese, tomatoes. I opted to have a Caesar salad and the Spanish octopus appetizer for my dinner. Our server Carmen, who was so engaging and provided good service, said that the octopus was outstanding. He was right! It was the best octopus I ever had. Tender and flavorful. The owner stopped by our table to see if we were enjoying everything. I told him I didn't like the octopus at all and the chef needed to make me another one pronto, but he didn't buy it. I tried! It was noted on our reservation that it was my birthday and my friends bought a bouquet of flowers so it was pretty obvious, but the restaurant did not acknowledge it with a little dessert at the end of the meal. That was disappointing since I chose this place specifically to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant should make note when people are there to celebrate, do a little something special to mark the occasion. All in all, I still love this restaurant it would recommend it.

There is a sufficient amount of parking spaces, it's kind of isolated so not very busy. There are 4 tables if you decide to dine in. The place is very clean. We ordered chi-bap, 4 pieces Korean wings with shaking tots, seoul spicy chicken sandwich, horchata milk tea, and taro milk tea. Prices are very reasonable, you get a lot of food. Service is like going to a fast food place, kind of non existent. Not as welcoming as the location in Naperville. Overall 4.5. I took off 0.5 because the staff could be friendlier. -chi-bap 5/5 - cut up fried chicken with lettuce and rice. Generous portion, perfect for a meal. -Korean wings 5/5 - hot, moist chicken, and pulls apart easily. I love how juicy the chicken is. -shaking tots 5/5 - just as tasty as the ones in Naperville. -seoul spicy sandwich 5/5 - definitely in my top 3 favorite chicken sandwiches. Guy, was nice, bolted back to kitchen so I couldn't even ask questions. After I ordered (3 piece perch and 2 dark chicken) it asked for tip amount up front and wouldn't respond to changing it from 15%. The table I sat at waiting was deeply sticky. And wobbled. The windows and doors were filthy and the place just looked not clean or well maintained. And you couldn't see the kitchen. Which is a real hazard I waited 30 mins which is normal cooking time for chicken, I used to work for a chicken place for years. Right off the bat the fish smelled horribly old. When I got home I swear I was given catfish not perch. And even if it was catfish it smelled old. There was skin on the fish which should be removed for fried perch. The chicken was a small thigh and leg that was ok I guess. The mild bbq tasted like open pit. The fries were adequate at best. I ate a bit of the fish but I'm gonna pitch most of it as it doesn't even taste worth the risk the smell warns me of. I hope I don't regret the small bit I tried. The chicken was ok but generally way overpriced and you could get a better deal at Popeyes down the street or browns a couple miles away. Hell you could get about the same a jewel for a fraction of the price if it was made fresh. I thought Harold's was supposed to make good products. I've had much better at the shop attached to the bp at exit 19 off the Eisenhower exp. All said really disappointing meal for $21 after tax and tip. Also they don't give printed receipts. Another failing of the modern age. I'm giving a 2 cause the staff was ok.
