Mia with wing stop advised me that my order that glitched in their system never was recieved or processed per Mia via phone and in person When I asked Mia for the managers first and last she said she didn't know however, I had no problem obtaining her buisness card which I should have been given initially. Mia is not new to this location so for her to lie was awkwardly suspicious. Possible emplyee theft? I had to drive to the location because her manager Eva never returned the phone call. Having hungry kids at home and dealing with a major headache only to leave empty handed and a promise from Eva Aquino(Manager) of a refund. After waiting 2 hours to get some resolution but have yet to recieve the text Eva (on permanent record) said I was to recieve. Corporate offices have been contacted and I will follow up with a report to the BBB. Eva make this right please because you have unlocked a whole nother level of unprofessional behavior and lack of customer care/service. May this be a reflection on your annual review. it WILL take 17-22min to get your order here if you go at a bad time. however I will say, wingstop is a craving as there's no one else out here who can do crispy wings or F L A V O R S like wingstop does. this wingstop is a lifesaver for our college town; while it's pricey we know what to expect and that's satisfying. it's very small inside, and seating outside can be difficult if it's busy. but I've always seen this location pretty clean. I'll say - it's salty for me but hits on occasion. the ranch IS superior but I find myself unhappy with some of the flavors. Lemons pepper is always promising to me and has been my choice forever. if your craving it I'd say give in. read more

I've been to quite a few wings tops in my lifetime and I'd say this is a decent wingstop. The food took about 15 minutes but that's typical for all wing stops. The cashier was very nice. The restaurant was clean and kept together. There were lots of places to sit and eat. The order I chose was the chicken sandwich meal. I got a Louisiana rub chicken sandwich with a cherry coke and lemon pepper seasoned fries. It was so delicious. The Louisiana rub was buttery and savory with lots of different flavors. The lemon pepper fries were salty and lemony and tasty. Id recommend this order to anyone who goes here. read more

These wings were soooo good! My favorite were the HOT LEMON! In an weird way it tasted similar to lemon hot Cheetos! They were not that spicy but they were spicy just enough to get through all of them without your stomach hurting! I am pretty sure they are limited edition so I highly recommend to choose them for you next visit! The garlic Parmesan wings was really tasty and not too greasy!!! The lemon pepper is a delicious classic and as always, super tasteful! The bayou bbq was also very delicious, if you are a barbecue lover then I totally recommend this! Must I add the barbecue is a big spicy but not overwhelmingly hot! And OMG the fries were spot on today! Wingstop family pack: 100 wings, 4 sides of fries, & 4 sides of veggie sticks. For wings we got: original hot, Louisiana dry rub, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and BBQ. I only tried hot, Louisiana dry rub, and lemon pepper. Have not had Louisiana dry rub until this day shockingly, and it was truly so good. I really like the Cajun flavor and didn't seem to find these to be spicier than those, however the dry rub pairing is excellent- consisting of chili powder and cayenne pepper. Wingstop promotes it to be medium spicy, but I found it to be mild and my spice tolerance isn't high. Original Hot flavor is truly a classic and one of my go tos. It has the smallest kick in it, giving it a bit of a tangy flavor but it's delicious and I think the sauce is superb. Lemon pepper was really good, the flavor combination of crushed black pepper and lemon goes perfectly. I wish it was a bit more hot from the pepper though. Wingstop wings are honestly huge, and incredibly delicious. The fries I think are mid as I feel like they could use a lot more seasoning (their loaded fries are p good tho). The veggie sticks are always great and so fresh. Both the fries and veggie sticks make for a great pairing with the wings truly. Honestly, this order was pretty quick (roughly 20 min I believe). They also gave us ranch (I believe 4 sides but I could be wrong). The perfect way to commence a true IV wedding. read more

I was excited to hear a wings joint opened up in IV. Me and my boss love getting wings so we decided to try it out together. I was pretty disappointed by my visit and will probably not be going back. So here's the deal: - customer service - speed - don't order boneless, half mine were smaller than mcd's nuggets - charge for sauce - will not return for cleanliness for tastiness but be advised there'll be a good amount of oil at the bottom of your plate for $ (the wings are a bit larger if you get bone in so I think they're worth the extra 25c) I would pay the pay the price if I was craving wings as other places charge you $12-15 for 8.
