I got one chicken tender, because I had to try the chicken from a chicken place. I paid for a side of "kriket sauce" as well, which I did not get. The chicken wasn't anything special. Probably my least favorite item! With the pizza egg roll, the menu didn't say what was in it. I made a note on my order that if it contained beef or pork, to remove it from the order. Sure enough, it contained pepperoni, so I didn't eat it. It looked good though. I would definitely try a cheese pizza egg roll! Overall pretty good stuff. Definitely needs some more attention to detail on to go orders though. They've also changed their menu recently, so some of these items may no longer be available.

But let me tell you what a complete DISASTER my order was from the Salem Ave location! ‍ I get a call from the restaurant that they don't have one of the sandwiches that we ordered. Okay, no big deal. But she couldn't refund it and didn't know how I was supposed to get a refund. Just a few minutes later, I got a text from my delivery driver telling me that they didn't have an item and all I needed to do was contact Postmates customer service for a refund. Cool. No problem. But then my order shows up... I was missing the mozzarella sticks that were ordered, the chicken cheese steak was steak, (non steak eater, so that's a big deal), no biscuits with the chicken, and missing turkey sub, (the latter is all that was expected). I contact Postmates. Long story short, even with the text from the driver and the phone call from the restaurant, they were not going to refund ANYTHING. An hour later, the price issues with Postmates were resolved. But now the restaurant needs to be held accountable. I call the store and get a message that they don't have their voicemail set up. I call corporate, get a voicemail, leave a message. I email corporate. It's been 9 days and they have only contacted me to ask for the location. I emailed again on July 5th and have not heard back. I have left two voicemails with corporate and have even sent a Facebook message to the Kettering location asking for help. Nothing. As for the food, the chicken tenders are good. Big portions, juicy, good seasoning. I have nothing good to say beyond that.

So if you enjoy that type of cuisine, this place might be for you. I ordered the Jerk Double Cheeseburger meal which comes with fries. The order arrived in a reasonable amount of time and came in a styrofoam container, in a sealed plastic bag. Order included plenty of condiments, including ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise and there were an ample amount of napkins. The cheeseburger was flavorful and mildly spicy and very good. There really is no need to add additional condiments to an already flavorful burger. Presentation was very good and the burger was even sliced for ease of handling. It was a bit messy but the burger patties were fried well and the meat was firm and tasty. The fries were good, nothing exceptional, but not greasy either. Fries were plentiful and seasoned well. Overall, it's a very good value and something different from your typical cheeseburger. I do recommend and would like to try some of their other food options.

The glaring failure mainly stems from an order attempted to be placed on a Wednesday early in the day around 4pm. I didn't think it would be too busy or rushed to place an order and receive anything but average service during this time. I was greeted on the phone with a message of can you hold and heard the receiver placed down with the employee cursing at what I can only assume as another employee for about a 10 minute rant and then a 10 minute conversation with again assuming a regular customer, because it ended with a tell your mother I said Hi, ending to it, only then to hear the click and dial tone to end the call. I was picking up the order for my 90 year old mother, so I called back to the same person who answered previously with an unimpressed can I help you, to which I responded you just hung up on me. She immediately responded, I did not hang up on you, my finger did! It's called a mistake. You called me back to tell me THAT? I, surprised at this response said no, I called back to place an order, I just told you that to inform you that I was the same person you were last talking on the phone to. I then proceeded to order my food to get a nonchalant answer of "number 77," and a click of the receiver. I arrived 15 minutes later and told to only who I could assume was the receiver of my call at the window with the order number of 77 to have them question my order and then repeat the wrong order and a response of that is NOT your order number, and then have me repeat my order. After 20 more minutes of waiting and watching the kitchen begin to prepare my order, getting hot food was the only positive that came from my visit. The other two times were the cold foods, wrong prices than were quoted and missing items from my order. I try to support local restaurants but with this degree of service it's hard to repeat business at local restaurants.
