Placed order for a party a week in advance, called three days in a row to update order only to be left on hold until phone disconnected and when I would call back they disconnected the phone from taking calls, end up having my husband drive an hour down there to update the order in person and they just wrote the order down on a piece of paper, even with the order number. No updates in POS just a piece of paper.. lol smh now today they canceled my order for our party that's tomorrow lol. While the parking is a bit difficult, it was absolutely worth it. The wings were absolutely delicious, fresh, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I got some original hot wings, Louisiana rub wings with veggie sticks and season fries. The celery and carrots were fresh and crisp, the fries were amazing. I can not begin to tell you how good the fries were, especially in their ranch sauce. And not only that, but the staff were extremely friendly, and even talked with me during the short wait for my food. I placed a order online today. I order 3 "10 piece combos" all flats (extra$1.50). I order all flats for all 3 meals. Pay for my order on line. As I'm heading to pick up my order I received a "No Caller ID" call coming through. It was WING STOP. A woman (assuming manager) inform me that they have a limit on how many flats they can give out per order. Which means she's telling me that the order I just paid for online they can only fry 20 of those flats instead of the 30 wings I order. I told her I didn't see that rule or policies on the website. She replied, "That's the in store policy" I said, "I order online. She stated after that she will call me back once she finds out if they can process my order or not . She calls back, stating she can process my order. Pick up order. Get home. I have a mixture of wings. Not All flats. Not what I paid for. I'm highly disappointed with this service. My first time trying this location was 2 weeks ago and I'm like ... man this the wing stop I'm ordering at from now on. And now look. One bad apple spoil the whole bunch. This Wingstop's food is delicious don't get me wrong, but my concern lies with the customer service. I picked up a 50 pack of wings with two sides of fries, one side of veggie sticks, four small ranches, and a large ranch on the side for five other people because we were working. I reached my destination and was disappointed to discover that the sides of fries and ranch were missing from my order although they were paid for. I called the Wingstop back and explained what happened and a woman responded with, "I'm sorry but there ain't nothing I can do about dat. Why don't you pick up the missing food tomorrow?" I responded to her that we were currently eating the food today so picking up the missing pieces tomorrow would not make sense. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said that he was currently not in but that he would leave my contact info with him. This place happens to be right across the street from work, so I saunter over here from time to time to get some lunch. They make very good, very well seasoned wings and strips. Some people might be disappointed they don't have the biggest selection of sauce, but I think they have plenty. The fries they make are the top three or four in the city. It is a perfect combination of whatever kind of seasoning they use with just the right amount of crispness and thickness. I'd go to just eat the fries. Hello, My name is Matt and i stopped by Wingstop on State Street on a friday night of the NBA playoffs about a week ago. I had already anticipated it being crazy because of the game. It was packed inside from the counter to the door both lines but to my surprise the two employees, a black gentleman and a caucasion lady, were taking customers back to back and in a timely manner . They were Good at what they were doing and the cooks were keeping the orders up to time. The food was great and the atmosphere was great also as all the customers got involved in the game which made it exciting. Man what an improvement.
