So ordered 40 dollars worth of food for delivery. Total of over 50 with tax tip and DELIVERY fee. Got the order. Missing items. Not one or two small things. 6 things. Missing 6 things. This is the third strike for this location. First time missing 3 small items. Second time it was whole order of large fries. This time 6 items. Called to get the items delivered and was told that's not possible. We'd have to go through another company to even try. Because they used a third party. Which makes it no longer their fault, that they didn't put all my food into the bag. So we have to drive 30 minutes round trip to get missing food and a whole new order, because it will all be cold by then. With 3 kids waiting at home for over an hour. This was the last strike. I am so frustrated with the lack of common sense and responsibility this location has. The management is terrible and the employees take after the management! I should have known better. Loved the wings!!!! We ordered online and picked it up. Wings were good size and the flavor was great. We ordered garlic parmesan, lemon pepper and BBQ. Plenty of sauce and full of flavor. Definitely tasted the lemon on the lemon pepper. And the Parmesan wings had plenty of Parmesan sprinkled on top. BBQ has a lot of sauce, which is a good thing. These were definitely 100% better than the Wingstop on I-10 and greenhouse. read more

This location is absolutely horrible. I called in at 1:10 to place an order. I was told it would be 20 minutes and i stated that it was fine with me. Got into the restaurant and order wasn't in the system and never received an apology or anything for my wait plus i had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I then got my food and the order was incorrect. The manager failed to apologize or give me a refund. I will not be patronizing with this location anymore and i don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

First, I want to say Wingstop is my favorite chicken restaurant in Katy. This location always goes above and beyond. They have been serving the local community for a few years now, I had only heard good things about it and decided to give it a go when I first moved in the area a little over a year ago. First time ordering food there, they were very quick to pick up the phone, unlike most Wingstops I have had to deal with prior. Great customer service over the phone, they took my order--lemon pepper flavored chicken with the organic hand cut seasoned fries along with a drink--gave me timeframe, and got it done before I got there. When I got in the restaurant, I was amazed by the organization within the team. A fast-paced professional environment, where the employees enjoy the work through interactions with coworkers, while serving the customers. Both customers and employees were following social distancing rules, highly organized. I was able to pick my order in a timely manner. They were nice enough to let me get an extra sauce for the drink since I ordered a combo. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Extremely pleased with the quality of the service. Since then, I have been going there anytime I want to eat wings, and it is a blast every time. The flavors are effective compared to their competitors in the area. The quality of the food, from the wings to the sauce everything is perfectly flavored. All fresh and organic products unlike the typical fast food which are mostly GMO (Genetically Modified Food). One of the few cons about that place is the location. Although the quality of the food makes up for it, I think it would be a great idea having the store at a main intersection like 529 and Fry rd. as it is hard to find the location for people not familiar with the Katy area. Parking can be a problem considering there are multiple stores around the place that use the same lot for customers to park. Granted wings are the specialty, and have been part of the company's success, it would be a great idea to diversify the menu to acquire new customers and retain the current ones. For instance, add baked or grilled chicken wings, chicken sandwiches, and some non-potato-based side, such as salads, plantain...The menu also does not include any desert. For those customers who bring their kid in or even a couple that decides to eat on spot, a desert would be ideal after eating their chosen dish. Minor changes like seasonal decoration, could help make a kid-friendly dine-in place on a long run. Overall, it is a suitable place to eat if you are huge fan of fried chicken wings like me. There is room for improvement to expand the target market and include the little ones. Different cooking style could bring new customers from different demographics as mentioned above. read more

A much better Wingstop than it's new storefront at Katy Freeway. They are prompt with their online orders and had no problems ordering from them. I would recommend that they season the chicken with their sauces much better than just seasoning it when they pile it on the container. The fries are what I love and hate about this place. If you get them when they are crispy, they are some of the best fries anywhere! Especially with the blue cheese dip, which is great quality, thick and heavy with chunks of blue cheese in it. But if you let the fries sit in that box too long, surmise it to say they aren't very good. The problem is I rarely eat inside there, so it is tricky business getting these bad boys home. I usually open the box for some air flow to let out the humidity, and reheat if necessary. The wings are the best I can think of, though it's hard to mess that up. But on the flavor. Wingstop does so well, consistently. However, do not, for the love of god, get boneless. Why? Just terrible, totally nasty, inedible, too much breading, the chicken is way overdone and it even tastes very bad on top of it all, after multiple recent tries.
