My family and I love the lemon pepper chicken from this place. It looks and taste like a heart attack, but it's oh-so-tasty. I don't know the cholesterol or caloric content, and I do NOT want to know. Let me enjoy my wings in peace. We don't care too much for the other flavors on the menu. I've had better hot wings elsewhere. But if you're in the mood for something extremely spicy, try the Atomic and let me know how you fared. :) When you place your order, they tell you that your order will be ready in 14 minutes. I guess that's their thing. The only alcohol they serve here is beer. Be aware that parking sucks at this location and seating is limited during peak hours. read more

Alright Wing Stop, where has the quality of your food gone? I usually love wing stop, but my last visit here wasn't great. I ordered the 10 wing meal and added the additional 5 to my meal. We waited the typical "14" minutes for our food. When i received my food, I was unbelievable shocked on how small our wings where. I felt totally ripped off, but of course I'm not going to complain about it. Now that's not the worst part, our lemon pepper chicken was soaked in the oil! that was absolutely DISGUSTING. Our french fries tasted like they were recooked from a previous batch that was laying around. I think I've ignore this place and go to the wing stop back in California which taste 50x better. Okay so I arrive at wing stop on Markham Street before 10:30 I noticed that they closed at 11 so I was trying to get inside and place my order quickly. I then see an employee ran to the sign and turn the open sign off. Who ever the employee was, watched me pull up and stared at me from behind the counter for a minute or two before running over. I get it I really do I understand that it's frustrating to want to go home at the end of the night but to do that right in front of a customer who can clearly see that it's nowhere near time to close is a lot unprofessional! read more

The wings are consistently overcooked every time after specifically telling them not to overcook them. Even with the fries, if you ask them not to place no salt on them, they consistently don't listen and season them with the salt anyways. I have called in a couple of times to the number on the receipt, which I thought would get a response from the owner, whom I never heard a whisper. Also, because it's difficult to get wings not cooked too hard, I spoke to an NLR Wingstop associate who informed me that if my wings are available within 5 minutes of ordering them, which was the case, then they were already precooked. Also, what makes it so bad, the associates are not the only ones constantly delivering bad service, that obese onsite manager does the same thing. This guy has an attitude like we the customers are getting on his nerves. Once during lunch hour, he yelled out, which I can't remember verbatim, why are so many people there at Wingstop. I don't patronize that establishment as often as I once did, I look elsewhere for wings now. I guess the owner could care less about the consumer's experience, this shows in the continuous horrible experience which is allowed and the non-response from complaints. read more

This location has continuously gone down hill. It's really frustrating since it's the only option in the area. The last few times I've been here the food has been cold or under cooked but today has been the worst experience and I haven't even gotten my food yet. I arrived just after open at 11AM. When I walked in the employees had their children in the lobby while the spouse of one of the employees was smoking cigars in the doorway. While waiting on my food the children continued playing and screaming as if this location also doubles as a daycare. It took the lady at the counter at least 5 minutes to recognize I was here because she was too busy talking on her cell phone. I can only guess my food will prepared equally as badly as the service here is. Unfortunately this will be my last trip to Wing Stop. read more

The wings are great but the service is awful. It does not matter how far ahead you place order, whether you do it online, call it in or order at counter... be prepared to wait .... and wait. This is my goto wing place in the 21st century. I go for the standard "hot", with blue cheese dressing that has to be the best on the planet, small chunks of blue cheese floating around in every dip of your wing and this stuff is right. This is the best place for chicken wings. My favorite is the Hawaiian chicken, but I've had the lemon pepper, teryaki and hot wings, and they are all good. Their fries are excellent, nicely seasoned. I don't know what happened the last time I was here: I waited 30 minutes for my chicken wings instead of 15. I don't know if they had forgotten about me because the place was hopping-busy. Usually love this place, but tonight was ridiculous. We called in an order of boneless wings with bleu cheese. When my boyfriend went to pick it up, they had it packaged poorly and grease was spilling out of it. They also forgot the bleu cheese, but my b/f caught it. However, when he got back, we opened it up to find they were bone-in. It was a huge pain; however I will say that the manager on duty was very understanding an apologetic and gave us free lemonades when we went back. Never again...Placed an online order Friday night (02/17/2017) and the system clocked it at 10:10PM. We arrived around 10:23PM. It was hard to find a parking place because at least two customers were double parked and I'm allergic to door dings. My wife was with me for the first time and she insisted on going in. I told her it will be a few more minutes because the online ordering system said 31 minute wait instead of the usual 24 minute wait which would have been great if the wingstop staff was alert and oriented to something else beside their personal cell phones. This is where it turns into a one-sided tennis court. I walk in with my wife up to your counter. The ball is in your court yet everybody is standing around with their personal cell phone in one hand and some with a drink in the other hand. At least everybody toward the front made eye contact with me at once but did not acknowledge me. Finally a clean cut guy acknowledged me how He could help. Ball is in my court now. I responded I am here to pick up a prepaid online order. The ball is back in their court. He then ask me for my ID and the credit card I charged the order with. Fair enough; I complied. Ball is back in their court. For the next 30 minutes: NOTHING. I told my wife we just need to leave. She insisted on going to the counter and asking about the order because no less than 6 people came in after us an left before us. The guy goes through the stack of orders again and announces with great fanfare and jubilee he has found the order and saved the day or at least the last hour of the evening. Meanwhile the male employee with dreadlocks and reeking of blunts leaning against the corrugated metal wall has not missed a beat texting on his cell phone. After waiting in person 45 minutes we leave so that we can go home and warm up our COLD WINGSTOP WINGS and watch a much much shorter movie on VUDU. We are just fortunate to have a have a microwave. I believe I have ordered online a total of 8 times and every time the problem / barrier is at the counter. They cannot or will not acknowledge at the door or the counter because they are either drinking, playing with their cell and/or talking to each other or D. ALL OF THE ABOVE. And for the manager of this joint: you have offer 5 things to the customer 1. A great product or in this case a food item, 2. At a reasonable price and 3.,4.,&5.: SERVICE, SERVICE&SERVICE. If you cannot offer the last three you might as well close the doors. As for myself, I deleted my account and never again plan to wait to be waited on at WINGSTOP. My son and I were looking for an alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings and were pleased to find this place. It's a small place in a strip mall, but worth the visit. The wings were vastly superior, we ordered a 30 pack of wings and it came with fries, celery, carrots, and choice of ranch or bleu cheese. We chose three flavors and they were all great. We like spicy wings, and these were perfect. The service was good, they had a small TV playing Monday night football while we waited. There was a ton of traffic even for a Monday night at 8:30pm. read more
