The food was good. Usually is. Problem is have is price keeps going up and quantity of food goes down! The lota-burger use to be a big burger. Now just average. BUT LASTNIGHT, UN-EXCUSABLE! I tried this Wingstop again and it was absolutely disgusting. We placed a mobile order, and I arrived before the time it said it would be ready. Even so, the food was already sitting out when I got there and it was cold. The wings barely had any sauce. I ordered lemon pepper and it was awful.. pure salt with hardly any flavor, and the chicken itself was undercooked. I also ordered hot traditional wings and was given what tasted like mild instead, so the order was wrong. The fries were soggy and tasted like old oil. Overall, the food was just gross. I don't know what happened to this place, but the quality has seriously gone downhill. Or maybe I should just stick to their location in Albuquerque, I won't be eating here again until they figure out what they're doing. read more

The Wingstop on the Westside in Albuquerque used to be so good. This location is not good. We gave them 3 chances and now they're out! At first it was the service but they had just opened. The second time again service they got our order wrong. This time the adults were running the store and the food was not good. We ordered the package for 2. It was all drums no flats! The Korean BBQ didn't have much heat even though it is listed under "heat" The fried corn was pathetic. Overcooked and way too much seasoning! Here in Belen Pizza Hut has better wings! I chose delivery when ordering online because I was working late and my family was at home waiting for dinner. Somehow my order was processed as pickup instead. That's frustrating enough, but what made this experience worse was how it was handled when I called to fix it. When I explained the situation calmly, I was told it couldn't be changed to delivery. Fine -- policies are policies. But when I asked about canceling and reordering correctly, I was told it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back and I'd have to place an entirely new order, meaning my card would be charged a second time. The most frustrating part? I added a 25% tip because I believed a driver would be delivering the food. I was then told that the tip would remain with the in-store staff regardless of the fact that no delivery was happening. Expecting to keep a delivery-level tip for a pickup order -- especially under these circumstances -- feels wrong. I understand that corporate systems and online ordering platforms aren't always controlled at the store level. I made that clear during the call. I wasn't blaming the employee for the website error. I simply wanted a reasonable solution or at least some understanding. Instead, I was met with a dismissive, belittling tone that made an already inconvenient situation worse. Customer service matters. Speaking to people with respect matters. Especially when they're just trying to feed their families after a long day of work. This wasn't about wings. It was about accountability and attitude -- and both were lacking. I hope management and corporate take a serious look at how situations like this are handled, because this experience was unnecessarily frustrating from start to finish. read more

June 1st ,2025 Order placed at 7:17pm on website Manger CHAD Was seen trying to violating New Mexico Administrative Code 7.6.2.7, which pertains to food safety. Specifically, I was asked to return food that had already left the premises, which may constitute a breach of state health regulations. Additionally, I WILL BE file a formal complaint about the manager on duty, Chad. He was very disrespectful, failed to inform me when my order was being remade, and was not in proper uniform. I understand he may have been frustrated when I referenced the health code, but that does not excuse unprofessional conduct -- especially from someone in a management position. Chad also chose to not tell me when my food was remade and put it on the rack made incorrectly again . Ridiculous that the manager was the problem. The lady at the register was sweet and very helpful. But management at the store needs to be reconsidered if this is how your costumers are being treated. read more

Im not one to post complaints but this one for the Wing Stop in Los Lunas, NM is much needed! The gentleman there were very friendly and helpful, the lady Jeri Rios on the other hand was very unprofessional and rude. I placed a nearly $80 purchase, which she forgot our drink in the first place and then got irritated when we asked for it. And when we emptied our 3 bags of food I found we were missing the $2 veggies that I paid for. So I asked for them and she instantly threw a fit and raised her voice at me saying I was stealing from the company...my $2 veggies that SHE forgot. Not to mention how unprofessional she was to a customer over the phone, she was also extremely rude to the other employees that were there as well!! All of this happened in front of my 2 children Needless to say this person should NOT work around people!! read more

My girlfriend and I DoorDash some Wingstop earlier today and when it got to us, the bag was not sealed anymore and half our stuff was gone. We called Wingstop just to ask about our order and if everything was in the bag and they confirmed yes, I contacted DoorDash. And they gave me a full refund right away. We did not ask anything of Wingstop as it was not their fault but for the stuff that was missing, they offered to give us that stuff back for free PLUS free drinks. They did nothing wrong in the situation and still made sure we were satisfied. This place hasn't given us any trouble ever and I'm glad that our first time having an issue with an order wasn't even their fault and they still helped us out. Second day open...ordered online & waited an hour & 20 mins for my order. That said, food was worth the wait...best wings I have had at any wingstop!!! Very crispy wings & nicely seasoned & not salty. Kudos to the manager & crew...understand them being slammed & I am sure some of the crew were hired for their first job. Girls up front handled the customers very professionally! So happy we have a wingstop now. read more

Listen, I've tried to give it more than one chance before saying something. I'm at a good 6th time doing big family orders as we love wings, but it's the same occurrence. That occurrence being that I don't know if the sauce is coming out of their paychecks or if they're in competition with McDonalds on being cheap with the sauce. Regardless, It's every time. I get the same wings and the sauce is barely on there each time. If I wanted plain ass wings, I'd get that. read more

So much hype for Wing Stop but this place was trash. Stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes while 6 employees stood towards the back. Could see everyone of them just standing around conversing about everything but work. So clearly, they have fine management. Finally got my food that I had ordered 70 minutes in advance of my arrival to the store and it only got worse from there. Wings were trash. Sauce was trash. Me and my friend decide to go her on the night of April 27th. My friend ordered his food and we sat down to wait, I observed the staff drop food and generally mess around in the kitchen. One staff member seemed to be the main cause of horseplay. The restaurant was filled with smoke from the fryers witch in my experienceworkingin fast food doesn't seem like it should happen unless it is being operated poorly.
