Stopped in just to buy seasoning and ended up waiting far longer than expected. There were six people ahead of me waiting for takeout, and I stood there for about six minutes before I finally found a hostess and explained what I needed, she grabbed the items from a cabinet and placed them at the register, but told me she couldn't check me out. I then waited another 10 minutes along with everyone else before someone finally came from the back with takeout orders and checked me out. Fifteen minutes total just to purchase two items. The lack of service is absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant was not that busy. Everyone waiting was complaining about how much they dislike the takeout process, yet they keep coming back because it's one of the only options around. This is exactly why we stopped eating here in the first place. I thought running in for seasoning would be quick, but clearly I was wrong! At approximately 6:50 PM on 10/24/25, I was served a draft beer that tasted noticeably off, suggesting a potential issue with the lines or the product itself. When I politely brought this product quality concern to the attention of the bartender (a woman with colored eye shadow, braids in her long pony tail and a bad attitude she reacted immediately with extreme rudeness and abruptness, raising her voice and snapping back at my comment. Without any attempt to address the product or offer a solution, she escalated the situation. She then stated that the bar was "hers" and immediately demanded that I leave the bar, effectively kicking me out of the bar. I was really disappointed with my recent order of wings from this place. One of the wings had a disturbing appearance--with strange, stringy, fibrous material hanging off it (photos attached). It looked incredibly unappetizing and honestly made me question whether it was safe to eat. I've never seen anything like this before on a wing, and it seriously impacted my trust in how the food is being prepared here. I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it away. I reached out to the business in hopes of some explanation or response, but I also wanted to warn other customers to be cautious. Tonight at my local Buffalo Wild wings was the worst experience ever.. which isn't saying a lot considering we have problems with this location all the time. First of all my order is wrong. That's the least of it. When we walked in the whole restaurant is in shambles the floors are ripped up.. kind of gross. We immediately got intercepted by a server who left her table mid conversation just to tell us they're closing and they already did last call(this was at 9 our food was an online order placed at 8, said it wa ready at 8:50) . Okay that's great but we were only following the "walk up to the bar for to go orders" sign. She was rude didn't listen and when she asked for our name (FINALLY after scolding us for following directions..) she left and didn't return. She never said another word to us and basically ignored us . Bartender was rude, they always are so the dirty looks were no help.. the original waitress ignored us the whole time until we had to go up and ask ourselves she again asked the name and walked away. Didn't hear another work from anyone. It actually seemed like they were all in the back doing anything but work... I asked another waitress to help and she was the only one who provided me with information.. that was nice but she still tried to make it seem like it was our fault and the staff is obviously doing everything they can to help us..(which if you look at these reviews to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Los Lunas New Mexico, they're terrible) this is a lie. It ended up taking us over an HOUR to ge our food.. and all that with extra disrespect and no type of communication/ people skills at all. OH WAIT !! In town visiting family and we stopped by for some college football and beer. We were all pretty disappointed with our experience at this location. Ordered waters and never got them, asked for channels to be changed and it never happened, waited 45 min for our food to come out, got our wings and waited 10 min to get silverware to eat them and they were all cold not even lukewarm, One of us asked for ketchup and never got it. Seemed the waitress was doing her best. It was obvious they were well understaffed, but attention to detail and bringing silverware and water first thing when a customer sits down should be 101 when giving menus. The manager did attempt to make it right, but still no one should have to pay for an experience like that. Hope it's better next time! read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings has got to be the worst I've ever been too. When you walked in the tables where people had sat had French fries on the floor with food crumbs ground into carpet. The high table they sat me at was uneven and wobbly and dirty. It took some time after I sat to be served. I ordered a pretzel to start off with and a lemonade. The pretzel bites came back burnt and lemonade not so tasty. I waited and waited and waited to order some wings. Finally I flagged down the waitress and asked for my check. This place has really gone downhill. I don't know if they're short staffed, but it is never clean. The floors are always covered in food, and the tables are always filled with leftover food and trash from previous customers. I will refuse to sit at any table unless it's at the bar because at least I know the bartender wipes down the surface before the next person sits. there should be no reason why your tables are sticky and your seats are not wiped down for the next guest. I will come here only if absolutely necessary such as an NFL game not being on local TV. I will not come for the food, it's always cold by the time it gets to your table. Once someone did, she went to the back for another 15 minutes and it still wasn't ready. Finally got my food at 6:50. The food was mediocre and we ordered chips trio with the pico on the side as I am allergic to onions and when we finally got it, filled with pico on each of the dips so I was not able to eat any of it. Never again ... The customer service here is the worst!! Consistently the worst. This was one of the top five worst customer service experiences I've ever had. No one greeted us and no one wanted to seat us. When the bartender handed us our drinks she couldn't even look us in the face and acknowledge us. The waitress finally tore herself away from her laptop and then told us "well I guess I have to be your server". WTH ... Did she get the short straw? I have never been treated so bad at this restaurant as I did tonight. The manager Tonya was beyond rude to me and my husband. I was letting her know we ordered 50+ dollars worth of food and I do it every week. Week get 6 ranches each time and 6 southwestern sauces each time cause we share the appetizers. I was only able to add 4 ranches on the app and I wasn't able to add any sauces for my fried pickles or cheese curds. She gave me 1 sauce she said as a favor. She wanted to charge me for more even though I had cheese curds and fried pickles add appetizers. My son is sick and I shared that with her and she wouldn't give us an extra sauce even though the curds and pickles were appetizers to share. She said she didn't design the app in a sarcastic way. The second time I came back, the waitress remembered my name and that I wanted water with no ice. The servers themselves are pretty good. Our Server Alexis was the best server we have ever had. The food was amazing and the ambiance of this place was beautiful. Alexis helped me with my fish's anxiety by teaching me good practices on how to walk my fish safely. Since then, my fish anxiety has improved and no longer have to give Stewart anti anxiety medication. However I am now taking the anti-anxiety medication , but this has nothing to do with Alexis. She also helped me through my divorce by just being a positive person in general. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Just walked out of the Los Lunas store, after selecting a "clean" table and selecting a chair that wasn't broken chair a waitress came by and took our drinks order. Then we sit for 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Sitting near us was the manager making a schedule or something not even looking our way, I guess that's because he was too busy talking to the goth girl employee sitting at the next table putting on her makeup. We were on the way home from Sturgis and staying at one of the local hotels. Four of us decided to hit up this place for dinner and drinks. We sat at the bar. The place was really busy and obviously short staffed. Everyone working was working as hard as they could. The manager was in the back cooking and at the bar doing dishes. Our food came out hot and fresh and our drinks never sat empty. The atmosphere was comfortable and happy. One of the best experiences I have had to date at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
