Food is always cooked the way I order it at this location. Service is always up to par and the ambience is giving wings lol. I didn't need the voodoo fries but I couldn't resist. I would not suggest visiting this location. They do not wear gloves and seemingly not sure if they are practicing good food sanitation. My niece went today and said that the guy was touching raw chicken with his bare hands, then touched cooked food, and then pushed down the garbage. They are also not enforcing for people to pull their masks up. I was standing in the lobby for a while waiting for my food and there was a guy standing there with his mask in his chin. No one thought to ask him to pull it up especially since he was standing there. When I went the food was good though. It was fresh out the fryer. We got the wings plain, spicy Korean q and Louisiana rub. Spicy Korean q and Louisiana rub are my favs. I also like the sweet and salty fries. I was at the Wingstop on new cut yesterday around 5-5:30pm (I couldn't find the new cut location on here) and while I was there the red haired WHITE female manager on shift was screaming at her employees in front of the customers, she was yelling racial slurs at them saying n word this n word that openly while the store is open and there are customers. I use to come to this location quite often as it's on my way home after work but I will not be returning and I recommend no one else returns or tries this location, anytime this woman is working she's always saying something mumbling under her breath not only at her employees but at customers as well. Wingstop is a small little place tucked away of Dixie hwy. I've gotten there hot wings before and wasn't a fan. They do have a god spicy kick though. My favorite is the hickory smoke boneless wings. They have pretty good flavor. The menu is very limited. It literally just wings. The service is always slow. Takes about 15-20 min for the wings every time. They only have one sized drink cups which is equivalent to a medium to go drink at a fast food establishment. Kinda weird to have such a small cup when you serve spicy wings. The store front is medium sized and decked out with aviator designs. They do have a couple TVs that is usually tuned into sportscenter. All in all it a decent a little place. Needs some work with prices (kinda high), wait time and maybe expanding menu and getting larger drink cup sizes. read more

Came to this Wingstop to get my food for the Super Bowl. I was late picking up my food but that was on me, when I arrived they told me. My food had been picked up already! The manager kind of just Kanye shrugged me off like welp they got em. I told him well I didn't have anyone picking up my food. He asked one of the people up front and she said it was a "white man" and they showed my receipt. I showed them two forms of ID. The manager on duty is on the phone during this time and I overhear him say "well if I was placing an order, I wouldn't be an hour and a half late" he says to me I'm deciding how I'm going to handle this. I told him you're either going to give me my money or re-make my food. To say that I'm a little irate at this point would've an understatement. So he was a bit rude in my opinion and the way I was feeling at that moment it wasn't going to be good. So he decided to re-make my food, told me that it would be 30 minutes. I stuck around and watched because I know how the food industry can be when dealing with customers with food issues. My whole issue is with the manager on duty and his rude comments. He also then had an altercation with a lady customer that was there waiting on her order and I'm not sure what happened but he yelled at her that he wasn't giving anyone any refunds! She was pretty angry. Honestly at this point I'm not likely to return or for that matter do ANY, online orders with them. The employee at the counter was disengaged and not welcoming at all when I came in. The order was sealed, and I thought about it but didn't open it to check things. Ordered a 6 piece boneless and fries Combo. Upon paying I asked a wait time and they told me 10-15 minutes tops and I said fine and sat down to wait. An hr and 20 minutes goes by and still no food. Upon that I go to the counter and ask where my food is and I they asked name on order and he'd go check on it. Came back and said "could it be under a new name" and I said no have him my receipt and clearly had my name on the ticket. Came back and said "yeah they must've thrown the ticket away or something we don't have it" and so upon that I asked for a refund. Told me hold up and came back out 10 minutes later with my food. For the wait time the food isn't worth it at all. Won't ever come back to this location in my lifetime. Wingstop is my favorite wing restaurant but not after today. Drove 87 miles to Louisville just to get in on this National Chicken Wing Day purchase any size wings and get five free wings deal. I ended up trying the two new flavors: Harissa Ranch and Hot Lemon. Both were amazing and what I was looking for, when drenched in wing sauce. Too bad Buffalo Wild Wings had to dine-in only their's. It was kind of a bummer not to have been able to get the collectible 25th anniversary Wing Stop cup and to try the Sprite Triple Chillin' Promo Mix. And did I get 10? You better believe my fat @$$ did. I really like that you can mix in two different flavors, so I went with honey BBQ and traditional hot. I ordered carryout, and it took about 10 minutes to receive. Just as I had gotten in my car and sat the bag down, my to-go box started leaking! They had put my box in sideways, causing hot sauce to spew all in my passenger seat, looking like I had just committed a murder. The food was pretty good. To provide more options of food to my frozen appetizer selections, I decided to order some wings. I logged into their website, and tried to place my order. I received an error that if orders were over $30 they must be paid online, well it only gave me an option to pay at store. So I called to place my order, they were aware of the ordering challenge too. I was pleased I could place a large order last minute and have it ready in 20 minutes. We ordered 40 boneless half mild and half bbq. They come with fries and celery and carrot sticks. I was super impressed by the taste and amount of food for the money. This is a great option for take out too! There are some seats in the restaurant if you want to eat in. All orders are placed at the counter and then they call your name.
