We were at another business in the same shopping center when we started getting hungry for lunch so we thought we would try Wing Stop since we were right there and had never ordered from them before. My husband went in to order while I waited in the car because we planned on eating in the car which we do often with fast food. While he was in there placing the order, I started looking at the reviews and got a little concerned over what I was reading so I decided to go in and have a look for myself. Seeing is believing and the reviews were right.... The entire place looked like it needed a real good deep cleaning. The floor around all of the tables and chairs was very grungy. The legs of the tables looked filthy. The surfaces of the counters and tables looked like they needed a good wipe down. The front door looked like the glass hadn't been cleaned recently. I was really surprised to see the neglect in the cleanliness. Would I eat inside there? No I would not. I don't want to look at grimy grunge when I'm eating. I will say this, they were doing a fairly good business and there was plenty of help and everyone was hard at work. The gentleman that waited on us was super friendly. We ordered boneless wings with barbecue sauce and an order of fries. The wings were very good and the barbecue sauce had just the right amount of heat. The fries had a unique taste and we both liked them as well. I have mixed feelings on this place. Yes the food and service is good, but the memories of the dirty restaurant are what linger in my thoughts. If we do return, it would be for a carryout only and to also see if anything looked better as far as deep cleaning this place. I agree with other yelpers this place is dirty. Service is SLOW - tables are not washed and every surface has finger prints and smears as if it has never been cleaned. If we hadn't been so hungry and hadn't ordered I would have left. On the food side the kids disliked the fries and liked the tenders and boneless wings. The hickory smoked BBQ sauce is good and so was the garlic parm. We won't come back because it is filthy inside. We ordered the 75 piece family meal. Let's first start off with the fact that our order was ready almost 40 mins past the estimated time. Secondly, once again staff are rude as hell and act as if you're an inconvenience to them when you address the issue with your order. For this current order they failed to give us our fries and vegetable sticks. Last time they didn't give us our dips... none! Who the heck wants to eat wings without dip? One worker was on break and eating at the table cursing on her phone. Come on folks. I know some people probably give the workers attitude but this was not the case with us... My son and I stood at front of the counter getting stared at for a solid 10 minutes watching the four bozo employees goofing around in the kitchen, (one with pants sagging so the whole dining room could see his underwear) cutting jokes, dancing in each others face before ANYONE even cared to acknowledge me and take my order. No one even bothered to say, "Hi, sir......Ill be with you in a moment" The dining room area was a sloppy, sticky, mess, I could only imagine what the bathroom(s) looked like. What an absolute joke and a huge embarrassment to Clinton Twp! Based on the reviews I read, its no big surprise either. If I was the owner, I would shut the place down, fire everyone immediately and start over with a trained staff and a real manager on duty. Now, on to the the food, which is why I went. I'm pretty sure they messed up my sons 8pc Garlic Parmesan wing order because I tasted regular wings with parm cheese sprinkled on top. My son insisted they were correct, but I beg to differ. I made the mistake of ordering my food for the wrong time which is completely on me but when I tried to call to have it canceled I was left on hold for 3-5 minutes all 4 times I tried to call them. Eventually I had my friend call and they surprisingly picked up. He had to request for the order to be canceled and refunded to which they asked if the charge was pending and that it should be sent over after it went through. I ordered the food for the correct time and when I went to pick it up I left one of my two bag inside and when I went in the worker said "what's wrong with it" in a snarky tone. Also heard someone ask for their cup that they didn't get which is something that had happened to me at a previous visit. When I got home which is only a couple minutes away the food was ice cold and soggy. Update on the refund I wanted, never got it! Placed an online order . Upon entering, store is filthy, floors appear un mopped for awhile, counter filthy as I can visibly see filth, wouldn't eat in here ever. Pop machine has been ignored and splatter everywhere. Prep staff visible, ignoring staff that's running around actually working, female staff in slide/sandal style shoes & socks that should probably be working but too busy playing on her phone. Employees visibly reusing bowls to coat cooked chicken.Definitely needs a health dept inspection complaint. Wingstop is not the place. We delivered lots of food for many people and didn't even receive half the order. When we received half of the things, The bag was opened fully. We call and ask for them to deliver the rest of the food, or to give us a refund of the order. The manager didn't agree to that and wanted us to come all the way to wingstop and pick up the food. We payed for delivery for a reason. Not for us to have to go back and finish there job that they didn't do the right way. As i quote, She said to my brother " your mom is a b*tch for having you, she should have swallowed you." That is unacceptable to talk to someone like that and make a cruel comment. I am very disappointed with my food from this location. I ordered Louisiana rub and garlic parmesan wings. My wings were drowned in oil and no Louisiana rub. I asked for fry seasoning on my fries, but they gave me plain fries. I asked for 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese dressing. They gave me 2 ranch dressings. The ice was out of order on the drink machine, so I opted for a bottled drink because I did not want a Luke warm drink. Despite this, I was still charged an additional $1.99 for the drink even though I ordered the combo. Lastly, one of the employees almost let me walk out without paying for my order.
