I have not had a good experience with this location. the workers need to learn how to check the food. I went a little over a week ago and walked in and ordered wings for 2 people. First they told me that we had to get one drink with one order and the other one it didn't matter. when we asked for 2 cups the guy Said well I am almost out of cups. Okay? If I order both then give it to me. But fine we were fine. when I got home I noticed they forgot one persons food. They did let me come back and get it but it was still the point I went all the way home and drove all the way back. I went tonight I called and called in my wings just for me. I get there and my order came with a drink again but they were completely out of soda. again they give me a can soda so they tried to fix the problem and are always nice about it. but I got home and they gave me someone else's order. I ordered a 20 piece and a 10 piece. Out of 30 pieces of chicken, I received 3 flats and 27 drums. Most of the time, it is half drums and half flats unless a request is made. I called the store and the best compensation they offered was a $10 on my next order! This is not a place to order from if you expect any type of customer service. The $10 discount was determined by the GM, which was a slap in the face. Such a sorry way to apologize to a customer when they know the customer had a legitimate complaint. Service I walked in and tried to order the special that was on a giant window display as I entered the store. Employee checked with her manager and informed me that I could only get the special if I ordered it online. So I could stand in front of her on my cell phone and order the special but she couldn't ring it up. Ambiance All of the tables and the drink station were dirty. Tables had sticky spots and grease spots. Drink station had straw wrappers, melted ice and soda puddles. There were three employees working and no other customers when I walked in. Cashier was just standing behind the counter. I used the roll of paper and used the water spout on the soda machine to wet the paper as I wiped the table I was going to sit at. All three employees could see me wiping the table down. I ordered, waited 10 minutes and ate my meal snd none of them cleaned any of the other tables or the drink station. Almost no water coming out of the bathroom faucet. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on the water pressure as they are inside the Magnolia city limits and many businesses there complain that the water service inside the city is a mess. I'm updating this a bit. My visit was Monday 1/27/25 at 4:45pm. None of the employees have any kind of name tags so I'll have to describe them. Initial cashier who took my order and stood around was a younger white thin built girl. A thin built younger black girl came in about 5pm. She brought my food to me and immediately started wiping down the tables. Second cashier seems to have a better focus on what needs to be done. Again, they are attentive! Ordering was quick and easy. They were busy too. It is a nice addition to the area. There is plenty of staff, tables clean as well as everything else was neat and tidy. Ever since this place opened, they've had some issues with management, but it seems like they've finally found someone who's doing a great job of keeping everything in order. When I walked in today, everyone greeted me, which was a pleasant surprise. A young lady helped me, and it seems like she recognizes me now because I come in so often, especially considering that I'm currently pregnant. Her empathy and willingness to help truly make her a great leader. The place was clean and well-organized, and they made sure everything was stocked up for their customers. The food quality was okay, but it's usually great when Rylan prepares our order. This time, I decided to order in advance based on the online tracker, which indicated a wait time of 16-21 minutes. It turned out the fries were a little soggy, and the seasoning had disappeared, which was disappointing since I like my fries crunchy and well-seasoned. The wings were also lacking their usual crunchiness. However, I don't blame Rylan; I believe we need a better app system, like the one used by Domino's, to inform us when our food is ready. I think it would greatly improve the overall customer experience, especially for those who don't have time to dine in. Second time I've ordered from this new location. Ordered ahead over the phone both times at least one hour in advance. Today, ordered at 5pm for 6pm pickup. Got there at 5:55 and they told me 10 minutes so I went to the car. Came back in at 6:05 and they said "a few more minutes". At 6:15 I asked again and she said it was almost ready. I told her and another employee that there's no reason an order that was called in an hour ahead of time should be this late and that they should be doing something to make it right for people that this happens to (there were 4 other people being told the same thing as me). My food was given to me at 6:20pm, 20 minutes late. I was met with attitude and entitlement. Getting behind happens and that's okay. What's not okay is not doing something to make that inconvenience corrected. It's the service industry and if you want to retain repeat customers, that's a simple practice.
