We finally tried their no bone four flavored wings. But I will say, I honestly did not like them. All wings taste better with the bones, more flavorable, crispier, and delicious! The French fries were cold. I knew better but I had to try them this way. Not Wingstop fault. Otherwise, this weekend was superbowl Sunday and we decided to pick them up one hour sooner and the staff accommodated our request. Thank you for being customer service oriented, pleasant, and definitely organized for Sundays pickup. We were able to walk in and out immediately do to they had no seating at all but they were definitely very busy. Otherwise, I believe the ambiance would of been ok. Where do I even begin. I haven't been to Wingstop for the past weeks because there is usally always One mean women up front; who looks miserable and is very dismissive, I feel very unwelcome I was just asking a question when she responded with attitude. Name on receipt was Isabel. I usually would go in the mornings but she seems to work in the mornings and makes my experience very bad! Now recently I went in the afternoon for lunch with my gals and this other lady on register was very rude and had a tone with me the whole time, name on receipt was Sara. She did not put in my order right and she was very slow with working with my order. Please pick better people to go in front and show good service. While the workers were extremely nice and accommodating, my friend and I originally ordered at 6:57 and even managed to go to a couple of the stores nearby only to come back and see that our order was nowhere near ready. I don't blame the workers but rather the management as it's clearly an impacted location with the UC nearby and many families often come here I just don't understand how some people who ordered the same thing as I did walked out quicker and sooner than I. I'm unsure of why this occurred but it's simply not okay and I don't think I'll be lending this business any more of my time, money, or energy. I have never eaten at a wing stop this was my first time. The dining area was full. My daughter ordered flavored boneless wings. I got a traditional combo. The food took an hour for all of 16 wings and two sets of fries. The boneless wings are cold and dry Dino nuggets are better. They have good ranch. The staff are all bored at the register and it's on they need help in the back due to long wait times for food. If I could give this place 0 I would. This review is solely based off Marta and my interaction with her while purchasing food. Upon walking in, I was not greeted or welcomed in, I noticed Marta was very passive and unwelcoming when exchanging in conversation with her. She kept adding after every time I spoke "that all?" When giving her money for what I purchased i gave her exact change. $20.75 for some reason she was visible upset and sighed when handing her the change. When I realized I had an extra $1 I told her I could give her the dollar in exchange for the coins back in which she responded, "you should've said something sooner, I ain't taking that now" after asking her if she was upset and if I did something to upset her she responded "your ready will be done when I call it" when I received my order MULTIPLE things were wrong. When i addressed Marta I had asked for her name which she responded "I can give you my owners contact information if needed." I responded "no. I need yours. You're the one I had an interaction with." She then gave me her name and I addressed what in the order was wrong and she charged me for an extra drink which I did not receive she responded "everything you got rang up for on the cashier is what you said you wanted" After realizing, all she wanted was argumentative conversation I was complely checked out of the convo. I used to love this location but after my interaction with her I will not be coming again. (The sad part, this isn't my first negative interaction with Marta) Wingstop please do better, hire qualified staff who do not hate themselves so much that they project it onto other people. Came here for lunch around 1, and surprisingly it wasn't busy despite a few guests already sitting and eating. Took us awhile to order the food, but we ordered 2 combos with flavors of original hot and spicy Korean Q, and Cajun and Hawaiian. Original hot is pretty good, it's nothing fancy. Spicy Korean Q - soy base that has a strong soy flavor at the front when you bite and then the heat starts to settle and then it kicks in Cajun - had good Cajun flavor, it's a dry rub Hawaiian - no heat and very sweet, has a pineapple flavor to it Fries are fantastic as always, and the sugar on the fries helps with the heat too. Service was great when we came in, took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted but the cashier was very friendly and great to chat with! Ambience is very casual. Merced Wingstop has only gotten worse over time... Each time they demand our driver's licenses and phone number, email for confirmation to pick up our order which is a tad bit extra. Recently the last few times we have ordered they have either forgotten to add items to our bag, and or have made them incorrect. Today we ordered through the app and they messed up our order yet again . My daughter orders Hawaiian tenders and they gave her atomic?! Not only were we already home , 30 mins away from this Wingstop we called and they left us on hold then hung up we had to recall. Their customer service is horrible. Restaurant is always dirty every single time we come in. Not to mention we witnessed this guy walk into the restroom and what seemed to be a manager ( in a different shirt then the other crew members) grab the key from the cashier and proceed to unlock the restroom and walk in where the man was.
