I like curry but not really spicy so she said it wasn't so went with the vegetable version. They put it in a to-go box but there us plenty of tables to eat in so I did that. There are all booth type seating. The curry was actually pretty good which also came with a salad. My only issue is broccoli and carrots were in the curry and the salad. Missing several items from my order. Then I get about halfway through and there's a literal COCKROACH in my meal. Manager (if she is even the manger) "Ni" was SO rude. I had a really weird experience here, I wanted to add some ingredients to my bowl that I know are available because they are on the menu and they said no. Then I noticed I can't sit at the counter because it's only for employee rest breaks? Which was bizarre for many reasons I won't get into. Then I wanted some spicy mayo which I had to get up and charge $1.50 to my card for about one oz of mayonnaise. Every little decision was governed by bizarre rules and I probably won't go back. For the sushi rolls: the rice lacked the sushi "vinegary" seasoning, the fish were very small in serving, the rice to filling ratio was atrocious For the beef ramen: the broth was insanely salty, the egg wasn't even a whole egg but instead was 2 pathetic 1mm slices. The fried rice i got was bland, and the side salad looked like it had been packed the previous day and then ran over by a car. The chicken and beef i got was the only positive thing about this meal. I've been going here for years. It wasn't until today that my California roll was made incorrectly. I've never had an issue. We got 2 rolls. One with fish eggs and one without. Ate one piece until I realized that both were made with eggs. I called, and the lady stated it didn't show up on her end. She stated to bring the roll and they would remake it at no charge. It's okay the service is decent and the food is what is amazing. When one first enters they will see the menu up on tv screens. They will ask if you have a pick up or would like to dine in. Ask for a tip before even eating the food and ask you to sit on a table numbered. The food is so good, although for the SPICY MAYO, I had to pay $1.08 for it each. All other sauces are free and even though it was my first time, it was a super comfortable place to eat. The whole restaurant is clean and has a Japanese aesthetic, that is really appealing. The chicken teriyaki bowl was more than enough food, for a real good price. The salmon teriyaki was freshly grilled and food was HOT when served. It was really good and I was super impressed. Coming again and most likely will be a regular from now on.
