I've been coming to this location for years but never got around to writing a review. I'm way beyond disappointed with this wingstop. They hardly ever have my order made on time, because they never get the original order right. I cannot keep track of how many times they gave us bone in wings when we ordered boneless. Nothing is more frustrating than having a long day at work, placing an order and getting home just to open and find out your order is wrong or missing something. Depending on who is working, customer service isn't great. The cooks are always nice, but its always like a one person crew no wonder the orders take forever or have a higher chance of getting messed up. Everyone loves wings. Everyone loves wingstop. I gave It two stars because this time around my food turned out ok. It was the customer service that I received from the workers. One of the workers made me feel like I was in the wrong because my food was not ready on time. If you place an order and the give you and expected wait time then you should get your food on that wait time. I did not like how the worker talked to me and therefore I will not go back to this location. Also the people that work there could smile more. Sitting here waiting for my order as I write this. I've been waiting for about 45 minutes now and think I have plenty of time to write a review for everyone else in here waiting (total 5, 3 in which have been waiting the same amount of time if not longer). When we went back to check on our order, there was one guy cooking and the other employee who took our order was on her personal phone which looked like checking text messages. I had to walk next door to grab a snack to eat just so I wouldn't starve. I went to throw the trash away, and there isn't one for customers to use. What went right is the real question here? I put in for some chicky nuggies for my GF before she goes physco and goes off again. I expressed to her after swiftly putting in the order she wanted, it would be about 45 minutes which she admitted she would tolerate this time and this time only. This location deserves negative stars. It's sad when you gotta ask yourself if you sure you want to try this particular wingstop after always having terrible service here but I went anyways before closing Ofcourse and was disappointed AGAIN. When I asked her if that was my food just sitting there getting cold she said "I told u to come back in 15 minutes" I shoulda called her out her name but she's beyond foul for that. Time and again, I stand at the counter for far too long considering there are almost ALWAYS four people here working. Food wasn't what I expected it to be. Chicken wings are small and dry. There is one soda machine and it's one of those computer ones with 100s of flavors. Nice but since there is only one you have to wait for everyone else to fill all of their cups. There is no trash can at all in the dining room. I walked around and looked and not one. A woman spilt her drink and cleaned up her mess and put the paper towels on top of the counter because there was no trash can. Finally there were no napkins on any of the tables or by the soda machine. The lady that splilt her drink went to the bathroom to get paper towels to clean up her soda. Tasty Wings!!!! Great serv I loved this place! Visiting San Diego from Hawaii and the fam was very hungry so decided to try wingstop before heading back home. Itsel welcomed us in it felt instantly comfortable. We weren't sure what to order and were taking a while to decide given it was our first time but she noticed and helped us out. She was very patient and friendly with us. The food was great my kids loved the chicken tenders. I've read the previous reviews and I am shocked! This is one of my favorite places to eat and I always come out bloated with satisfaction! I'm not sure what some of these people ordered but I usually order the 10 piece bone-in combo with fries and a side of ranch. I usually like the Hickory Smoked BBQ, Garlic Parm, or the Lemon Pepper flavors. As for the fries, I absolutely love them! Well seasoned with a sweet and salty flavor.
