The boneless wings at Wingstop are fantastic. The best flavors in my opinion are the garlic parmesan and the Louisiana rub. The portions are great for the price you pay. Be warned though-- if you use the app to order from this location, they don't always notice that the order has been placed. I've had to wait twice due to this. However, the staff has always been very apologetic after the fact and has usually thrown in a free ranch or two. (Their ranch is amazing!) read more

I've been going to this location for 10 years now and except for very busy days(football games, events, conventions) I've had quicker service than most places I go. The service is restuarant quality with a quick service feel. The food is also too good to be legal. Would give this place ten stars if I could. Manger rude, associates not knowing their prices, and when you normally pay 28 to 30 and you get there and they say $50 I didn't pay and manager yelling at you out the door , I now go to Wingstop I'm Moore, very nice and super clean read more

Quick stop for lunch with the ten and four year old and we love their wings. We had 24 bone in, NAKED (no sauce), extra crispy, with three sauces on the side. That's how we roll! I did Habanero, older child did traditional hot wing sauce, and bugaboo did ranch. Lots of ice water to wash it all down. The entire place is neat, new, rustic design, clean as a whistle including the restroom, and the service and friendliness are ample and pleasing. Cost was reasonable, $20, military discount rocks, lots of free shaded parking, we left very happy. We will be back in a month or so. Enjoy! read more

I went in on Super Bowl Sunday which I KNOW is a busy day. I ordered my wings online the day before. I got to the restaurant and waited 55 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time, only for my wings to have been sitting on the shelf getting cold the WHOLE time. I waited for 55 minutes, told employees my name, spelled it, & showed the spelling on my email confirmation THREE times during the time frame and they were ready the whole time! When I submitted a complaint, I got an email & then had a phone call with the owner, Clint, who was terribly rude, informed me I could've heated the wings up (duh! but who waits almost an hour for cold food??), & was overall hostile & unapologetic, & also raised his voice with & belittled me, as I (a disappointed customer) did my best to remain calm! I have never got such TERRIBLE customer service, or even been spoken to like that, and from the owner no less!! read more

This review is about a large purchase of wings (about $70 worth of them) that I made approximately two months ago. The wings were excellent, as always, but the service was surprisingly off putting. After such a large order, I asked the cashier if he could throw in one or two complimentary bleu cheese ranch containers, to which the employee overseeing the transaction (maybe he was in training) said "sorry, we can't do that. It's against policy." I responded with "even though I'm buying like 90 wings?" She didn't budge. I'm not saying they were required to give some ranches. In fact, it would have literally gone against written policy. However... Come on. Really? I just spent close to a hundred dollars at your store, and you can't throw in two small ramekins of ranch? The management needs to rethink this policy, and the employees need to get some sense. Being stingy robots that don't budge aren't going to make people loyal customers. Thank god the wings are delicious, or I'd never eat here again. read more

I Ordered some wings from here on March 26th, 2019 around 8:30 P.M and right off the bat the customer service was terrible. Some girl answered the phone with a complete attitude, and was indirectly hinting at me not to order food by making a comment such as "you know it's gonna be like 30-40 mins right" and just being bluntly rude. When i finally got my wings and got home, which i live on the OTHER SIDE OF TOWN off of 12th ave S.E and HW 9, to find my ranch was not inside of the bag. No big deal but, i still wanted my ranch so it was an inconvenience. But things started to go south from there. Before I left to go drive back all the way cross town to go get my ranch, I decided to see what time they close as it was about 9:30-9:45. I saw midnight and 11 online so i decided to call and make sure. I'm calling the WHOLE WAY there and nobody is answering!! I called a good 4-5 times. I finally pull up and make my way to go grab the door and the door was LOCKED at 9:57 P.M! It was packed in there and some random gentleman had to open the door for me. Making my way up to the counter I'm already on a short fuse, I then say "excuse me ma'am" and she didn't answer me because SHE HAD HEADPHONES IN AT WORK. There were two Hispanic females working at the time and they BOTH HAD HEADPHONES IN!! Took me waving my hand around in their face for them to acknowledge me. So between the not answering the phone while they were standing around doing nothing and ignoring the calls, having the doors LOCKED an HOUR before close AND having headphones in at work while ignoring customers, it's safe to say i DID NOT have a good experience at this location. It's a shame because this is one of my favorite places to eat and the times I have been in there have been great and the Manager is a great guy. And i know for a fact he wouldn't tolerate this. I love Wingstop - the counter people in Norman's Wingstop are awesome

I bought 20 wings and they charged me extra money to get some dipping sause. Come on, I asked around and there's other wing shops that don't charge extra. Other than that, the wings were very good. I won't be going back to their store until they change it the way it should be. read more
