I wanted to try Wingstop since everyone on Tiktok makes it look so good! Unfortunately, everytime I order I'm left disappointed. It really is not that good, maybe it's this location. The flavors are not it and neither is the quality. The fries always have this weird almost burnt taste to them and are always soggy. The wings, tenders, and boneless wings are all meh. The best thing I feel they have is the tenders and the Buffalo sauce and it's not that great. The sauces are not bad and the ranch is the only thing good here. I love Wingstop. My wife and I just moved to Florida from Louisiana and used to get Wingstop often in Louisiana. Out here in the Deland/Orange City area it's been hard to find good wings, so we were happy when we saw this Wingstop location!! It was still being set up when we got here but now it's open!! I ordered a lemon pepper chicken sandwich through the mobile app. Hi I took the food home to eat and it wasn't fit to eat. The chicken taste of like element cooked in old oil and the bottom of the sandwich was rockhard. I called and spoke with someone on the phone and told them of my experience. We placed a large order of wings for my son's birthday the night before so that they would have enough time to get it done. We even gave a pick up time for mid day to give them even more time. When we got there, it wasn't done. They never even started the order. Tried calling the general manger and couldn't get a hold of them. We finally get a WingStop in OC & it turns out to be the smallest WingStop I ever saw! I've been in a few and there's always ample seating, but not in Orange City! I'd like to comment on the wings but because all 4 tables were full, we went across the street to the Texas Roadhouse.
