Best spot there ranch is soooo good but the wings are mid the service is mid to but the price is to high

Ordered ahead just to be told to wait in line. Got to the place 1 minute before my wings were supposed to be ready for pick up. Waited another 15 min for them. They weren't busy it was 9:30 pm when I ordered and the staff member that told me to wait in line was incredibly rude. Won't be visiting this place again. Usually a huge Wingstop fan but had a very bad experience with my first time at this location. I got 15 wings and about half of them had a feather of some size in them with one huge one that you can see in the picture below. Also used to nice crispy skin on wings from Wingstop but the skin on these was mostly soft and rubbery. On the upside, the fries were very good...they were more steak-fry shaped than the usual square cut, but I lost my appetite after seeing the feathers. read more

This is the most meh place to go . Got 15 bucks and want some decent wings, wingstop is the place . I would only go on mondays and tuesdays since that's when it's cheap. Decent bang to your buck . Usually for me 20 wings is the sweet spot . Favorite sauces are mild , hot and bbq. The location isn't that great but it's the only wingstop in the area. There isn't that much parking. Was told my food was going to be ready at a certain time I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than what the time my food should have been ready so I receive it just as it was being served. Went to pay the line was empty and the cashier told me my order would be out shortly they were waiting on the fries, restaurant was fairly empty so i figured my order should be ready in the next minute or so. Sat down to wait and saw about 5-8 Staff members in the kitchen "working" and alternating taking a break behind a fridge away from the cameras and nobody seemed to paying attention to my order or even letting me know it was on its way about 15-20 minutes pass and someone finally comes over to let me know my food will be out shortly they go over to where they place the completed orders and tell my order is ready. That bag was already there waiting when I arrived and no one touched it after I arrived so the just had me waiting like an idiot while they prioritized their breaks over handing me my food. This location stands out more compared to all the other Wingstop locations. Upon entering, you're greeted with a friendly staff, and the dining area is big and spacious. There are TVs everywhere and it's a lot different compared to all the others. The food is also really good! This is the worst Wingstop I ever been to. The first time I ordered I got my usually 6 piece combo classic and boneless with Fry seasoned corn. The wings were so over cooked it wasn't even enjoyable, and they put Cajun instead of fry seasoning, which I am not a fan of. Usually when I order and go to pick it up I exchange my fountain drink for a bottled one with no issues. However, this wingstop refused and said they were independently owned and don't do that, so I just paid extra and left. The second time I went I got the exact same thing and this time I just got classic, which does not taste good with Hawaiian. The wings were still over cooked and the corn just tasted like it had salt. Which is funny because the original fries don't even have that much salt. I also got the fountain drink because I didn't feel like paying extra and none of the flavors had syrup. I honestly hope this place gets shut down so it doesn't ruin Wingstop's reputation. read more
