I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. My wings were way overcooked and too crispy and almost hard and dry. They were also heavily overpowered with lemon pepper dry rub and Louisiana rub to the point where it took away from the actual flavor of the chicken. The wait time for takeout was over 20 minutes, and service was extremely slow. I would recommend ordering ahead, but honestly, that may not even help. There were customers waiting longer than me for orders they had placed over the phone. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, and the prices are about average. I paid almost $14 for 10 wings, which I wouldn't have minded if the quality matched the price. Overall, not the best experience this time they really need to do better. read more

I am giving them a 2.5 in reality. The lady was nice at the register. I was disappointed they do not have medium Buffalo sauce. This is the only flavor I order on wings or when I get sauce with tenders because I love it!! I don't want anything else. But, they don't have that here. (There is a twist) I ordered lemon pepper because the menu said that is one of the most popular and it sounded good to me. When I got my meal, I asked the lady if they had Buffalo sauce by any chance. She said they do! So why is it not on the menu? Well, she gave me a container of red looking sauce. I like mine orange. Ok, the lemon pepper tender are pretty good. They did have a good flavor and were a decent size. The Buffalo sauce was not bad but not what I was used to. I do not like their fries. They do not have regular fries, only seasoned. I don't even know what flavor they are. I did not have too many. The quality of the fries seem good but I could not get past the seasoning. The worst part was they have no garbage can. That works at other fast casual places where employees walk around and clean up. Not here. Garbage was on two tables and I thought that was rude of the customers until I realized they had no choice!! So, out of like 6 tables, 3 would have been messy had I not added my trash to the table next to me so the restaurant had another table for customers to sit. I am not running back here. read more

We've been ordering from this Wing Stop for awhile now and it is part of our rotation when we're in the mood for wings. They have so many different flavors and if you go online you can see the heat levels before you order. My personal favorites are the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan, both are full of flavor without being overpowering. For a couple of dollars more you can request all flats or all drumettes. We usually order online and most of the time the order has been ready at the time given. They have really good fries and they offer you the option as to how much seasoning you'd like on them. The place is always clean when I've been there and the staff is very friendly. The only reason for not giving them five stars is because I think they're expensive and I wish they'd offer more specials. read more

Note that inside seating is available but, be aware, not plentiful and therefore gets crowded during peak meal times. You will appreciate the unlimited beverage bar for the instances one orders from the "hot" choices (refer to pic for the available flavors). Never had wingstop before and wow, I was very impressed! The lemon pepper was my favorite but all the sauces were good. Surprised they gave us big 4 oz cups of ranch. Expected only small ones. Everything was crispy and fresh and didn't get mushy , not even the next day. The voodoo fries were really good too! read more

My daughter asked for Wingstop for dinner. She had it before and is obsessed with their wings. I have never personally had Wingstop wings before but I do recall when fellow Yelper Alex B. wrote a review and it caught my attention, Alex mentioned that you can request flats only. Say what?!? I'm not a drumstick girl, but I also didn't know you could make specific requests either. That part is cool in itself. It costs a little extra but I would pay extra for flats only. Just saying. We placed our order online. Got a 20-piece order of Classic Wings for $27.59. Added ranch dip for an additional $1.99. With total including tax and tip, everything f came out to $36.00! Dannnnnnng!!! That sounds so expensive. We placed order at 6pm for pick up immediately. It estimated time for pick up around 6:15-6:20pm. Got there around 6:20pm and my order was ready. The gentleman who handed me my order was very friendly. Funny that they served my small takeout order of wings in a big paper bag! Lol. Took the order in the car and was curious to check out wings before we left. I opened the package and honestly, I was underwhelmed! The wings looked TINY!!! Not meaty at all. Like my wings were anorexic!!! I'm not even joking. They separated the flavors into 3 sections by paper. Honestly, I wasn't impressed that I just paid $36 for tiny wings. I was hopeful it would taste better than it looked. When we got home, I tried the wings. There were maybe 2-4 pieces that were decent amount of meat on the bottom. All other wings were scarce! I liked the Original Hot and Garlic Parmesan flavors. Good flavor. Lemon Pepper was way too salty and I couldn't even eat my one piece I tried. At the end of the day, I will continue to make my own wings at home. I usually get 12-piece whole wings (drumettes and flats still attached so technically that's like 24-piece wings) for $16-20 total at Sam's Club. Marinate in Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Sauce and grill and I swear it's the best homemade wings ever!!! The grilling part makes all the difference. Sorry Wingstop. This location just opened up & I'm happy to have one so close by now. Much like other WingStop's, the restaurant itself isn't too big but they have enough seating if you'd like to eat there. It was pretty tidy, which is expected from a new store, so no complaints there. The employees were friendly but when I called my order in, I was a bit skeptical when the woman claimed it was going to be ready in 5 minutes. Any one who's ever been to WS knows they generally take a long time because the wings are made fresh to order. Luckily my wings seemed to have been made fresh but the woman claimed they drop big batches of them at a time. Hopefully that's not the case, but I'll be able to tell in the future. The fries were just warm when I got home so I'm not sure if they'd been sitting around. Not a good habit to get into for a new business. However, It was all around a solid first experience. I'm really glad hot honey is now a permanent flavor because it's delicious. I'd love to have given 5 stars for the first review but I can't do it with the comment about dropping big orders at a time & getting the warm fries. I'll definitely be back though. read more

We got 8 different flavors of boneless and bone in wings. Had high hopes after our first experience with another Wingstop location set the bar very high. Unfortunately while our first visit involved some amazing, crispy, juicy tenders - this visit's wings were less than stellar. While the boneless wings were mostly plump, they weren't necessarily juicy and not crispy. The bone in wings had good flavor but but plump. We tried the mango habanero, original hot, spicy Korean q, hot honey rub, Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and the limited time elote flavor. Our faves were the spicy Korean q and hot honey. Also got an order of fries since they were epic last time, this time they were way less seasoned that previous and both times I selected regular level. Was not consistent. May giver it a try again for the the tenders but would not order either wings again. On the positive side, the cashier at the front was incredibly friendly and staff was also friendly and hard at work. read more

I ordered the boneless wing special 20 wings with large fries and it was a great deal! We ordered it with lemon paper, Cajun, and the spicy honey barbecue. It was delicious!!! You could order up to 4 sauces, but we got 3, AND it includes two dipping sauces! The boneless wings were perfectly sauced. The fries were good, but they stuck together which was weird, but the seasoning was YUMMY!!! All the sauces and subs were delicious. I look forward to coming back and trying more :) read more

I ordered online and drive to the location to pick up my food. The space was smaller than other Wing Stop locations I've visited so with the amount of guests in there it seemed pretty packed, but I realized there was a group that came together. I was greeted immediately as I can in and the server/ cashier was very polite. My food tasted very good. I had 5 Lemon Pepper Wings, 5 Original Hot, and 5 Hickory BBQ. read more

This place is average. The wings aren't bad and they give you a fair amount of drumsticks. The main complaint is the staff. They use their hands to wrap the carrots and celery. They stand around and talk to each other instead of working. The wings take longer than they should. I ordered fifteen wings, fries and veggie sticks at the location. There was literally no one else there and I didn't see any other tickets. It took them almost half an hour to finish my order. I was getting a little annoyed. I do like the wings and the hot sauce is really good. The large fries is a nice portion and they have free refills on drinks. I just wish they would be little quicker on the food. The app doesn't work that great, either. I had a promotion for five free wings and they wouldn't honor it in the store. They said it was an online deal only. However, the app wouldn't accept the code either. I ended up not using it for this reason. Maybe a little better customer service training as well... read more
