Stopped by today for an early lunch. Small custom burger and fries. $13.57. Crew was great-friendly genuine hello on entering and they were happy to have customers. Grill cook was also friendly and fast on grill. Burger was very good as were garnish (lettuce tomato pickles). Bun was hard (or stale) on bottom, big negative to an otherwise fresh entree Super generous amount of hot crispy fries in bag. They should lose cup and just give bag free Restaurant tables were clean but floor felt greasy when you walk across it. Overall, 4 stars. I would try this location again. read more

Wow. I ate fries from Five Guys when they were in Aventura Mall many years ago and they were delicious. For some reason, I always just passed Five Guys over when I wanted a burger. Well, recently I ate the cheeseburger from here for the first time. It was amazing!! The cheeseburger was so delicious. The meat reminded me of In N Out in California, which I love. The cheese was nicely melted. The fries were so tasty and not too salty. I will come back here soon. An amazing burger. The only two negatives were as follows. The lettuce on my burger was super wilted. Probably from the heat of the burger. Also, as always, I asked for extra pickles. The thing is that the pickles were sweet. I don't like sweet pickles and I never seem to run across them on my burger. Besides that, the pickles had very little flavor. That is odd for a pickle. It has been a little bit since the last time that I was here and I am very Overjoyed to say that I'm glad to find out it is just as good as it was my last visit. They've been doing amazing job at Social distancing and keeping the place at a lower capacity. One of the only downside is due to Cova de is they are no longer doing the help yourself peanut however they are offering little to go bags with peanuts in it. I honestly prefer this way because it shows that they are making sure everybody is keeping safe here and not having a communal touching area. I decided to get the regular cheeseburger with a side of fries and I will never be disappointed the way they cook it to Perfection here. The cheese that they put on the burger melt beautiful and just make the burger that much more delicious with every single bite. The ingredients that they use on it are always fresh in my opinion and it is amazing to be able to load up with as much of the product you possibly can. I always get the grilled onions grilled mushrooms and lettuce pickles and tomatoes and everything is always fresh and crisp when it comes to the taste of it. The staff is very friendly and they do not rush you with your order and they are good at promoting other items on their menu. I definitely recommend this location! read more

Five Guys has decent burgers. The fries aren't the kind that I like and thus, I usually order a regular and my kids will eat them. The burgers are cooked to order and I feel that is a nice bonus. It sometimes takes a little longer to get the food than it should, though. However, they have a bin filled with peanuts and this tides me over. I don't eat here a lot because I don't eat burgers a lot. It's a place that my kids like better than I do. We'll be back as long as they keep wanting to go here. read more

So this is one of my favorite burger places and as usual my Hubby orders without telling me. But he know I love a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. However this most recent time was the second time in a row that they forgot to put bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, which is very annoying. Especially when you are paying extra for it. That's one of the only issues with ordering delivery is not being able to really validate that your order is correct. Other than that, my Hubby can't get enough of their fries. I always say to just order a small and you will get more than enough in the bag. He wishes he could ask them to send some peanuts too since he loves that and can't go in to sit and eat those while waiting on the food... We will see if I bother ordering here again anytime soon. Love it. Fresh cut French fries and juicy burgers with lots of fresh and free toppings. I always add the sautéed onions and mushrooms, and eat the burger with A1 Sauce. This is definitely a guilty pleasure spot with the emphasis on the pleasure. It's hard to find fresh cut fries these days, and five guys does them well. They can be over salted for my taste, so I usually order them without salt. Then I can add a touch of salt myself, and they have malt vinegar packets which is really the way to go with these. The no salt trick works in most places to make sure you get a fresh order of fries, no need to do that here as the fries are definitely coming out hot and fresh either way. Also, free in the shell peanuts while you wait. What else could you want from a fast counter service place!? read more

Worst Five Guys experience ever! And I have been to several across different states. I rarely, if ever, rate 1 star. I have included a photo of our order receipt that was not followed at all. I actually do not recall my order EVER being incorrect before this time. Hubby was on the road and I requested he pick up dinner from Five Guys. I have an account established so all I have to do it sign in, hit order favorite, pick location, and done! He was close to this location as opposed to the Fountains location, where he went the time before. So I'm sure many people on here will agree that men are careless/clueless about checking orders before they leave the store. That is my husband to the T! I always order the same things here and most burger spots. I always 86 the lettuce because it makes the bun soggy. Guess what I had on my burger?!?! Lol as you can see in the receipt, those are the ingredients that were supposed to be on our order. I had lettuce, little mayo, no ketchup, little hot sauce, and a speck of bacon. Hubby's was all sorts of messed up. He was missing pickles, relish, and mustard. Okay fine, let's scarf down the delicious Five Guys peanut oil fries! Ugh, gross. The oil was either old or they precooked them and put them in again. This was not a pleasant experience at all and when someone loves food as much as me, the let downs when excited for something particular is greatly depressing. Located in the Pembroke Lakes Square shopping plaza, I wanted to check out Five Guys and try their burgers. A typical fast food joint with adequate table seating for customers; Five Guys offers a variety of quick bite items such as burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fries. Prices are under $10. They also have fountain drinks. All of the various toppings are free so you can customize your burger with as much as you like. Once I was greeted by one of their employees, I placed an order for a bacon burger, regular fries and drink. NOTE: They don't sell the burger as a meal, you have to purchase everything separately. To the burger I added BBQ sauce, grilled onions and mushrooms. After the ten minute wait, I quickly dug into the bag to taste my meal. Mmmm-mmm, my compliments to the cook. The burger was made nicely with all of my choice toppings and it was juicy. The fries was fried to a golden brown and was lightly seasoned with salt. It's good to know that I have found another place that offers good tasting burgers. Five guys is a great place to go to. For burgers ,chicken tenders ,hot dogs. The food is made fresh every day you can order online. Or in store they do have minimum seating at the moment. And they are pretty fast . We always order online and pick it up but when you get there that's when they make your fries. Which you get a lot out of it . They fill up the container and the bag . The burgers are fresh and juicy. And you can taste all the flavors of the toppings . I havnt tried the other things but my family gets them time from time to time and they love it. If you want just a one patty burger it is considered a "little burger". A regular burger is 2 patties. Add a whole bunch of toppings though, and you got yourself a monster! What makes Five Guys different from many burger places is that they offer free peanuts! Five Guys, in my opinion, offers the best burgers and fries around. Sure, other places have great "fancy burgers" complete with an egg or fried cheese on some over the top ridiculous bun, but when it comes to a good old fashioned bacon cheeseburger, no where else comes close. They make it right as you order so you know that it's always fresh, and they offer tons of toppings! The double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, fried onions, Mayo, mustard and ketchup is my favorite, but you could literally get a different combination of toppings each time you go! They also have hot dogs and grilled cheese which are great, but I never get them because the burgers are so great! While the burgers are obviously amazing, the true star of Five Guys are the fries! They're always sliced in-house and cooked to perfection when you order, so they're always fresh and hot! Add the Cajun seasoning to the fries. Trust me. BONUS: They always put so many napkins in the bag that at my house we end up stocking our kitchen table napkin holder with Five Guys napkins. After a long night and early morning my taste buds yearned for a good burger. Enter Five Guys, we went in, maintained our social distance from others and within 5-7 minutes we were able to order. We didn't indulge in the peanuts but as usual they were there and available. Our burgers came out in minutes. Hot, juicy and loaded with toppings we requested. It was worth the wait and certainly hit the spot. Can say this is a consistent chain and I haven't had a bad experience yet (always a possibility). Go try it for the first time or again. I Order from here all the time! First time leaving a review! I was totally disappointed with my lettuce wrapped burger. The lettuce was ripped I could barley eat it as a burger because everything was falling out when I tried to pick it up. The fries were way too salty and salt was under my finger nails and all over the bag. Some definitely had a heavy hand when shaking the salt. I ordered online and my food was NOT ready when I went for pick up so not sure what the point was for asking for a pick up time and not being ready. The Fries ( I like them w/ Cajun Spice & w/ Vinegar) are made fresh, in what I believe always makes the best fries ( peanut oil). Something about Five Guys is the perfect way to do greasy burgers, awesome fries, and a filling pre-game to a long night. I am not a small man, but I make sure to order the little burger and fries when I come to Five Guys. Maybe Im sensitive to the grease or something, but a regular burger is a double, and a regular fries seems to be about the equivalent of a 10 pound bag of potatoes. If you order a little burger, it is a single patty. You get to pick whatever toppings you want. A small fries is a normal fry box, but then they put a whole scoop into the bag as well. Then there are the free peanuts. All that being said, if I order a regular size, its just too much food. Could I eat it? Yeah. Would I be feeling sick and regretting it? Yup. As far as this specific location goes, there is no drive thru (I can't think of a five guys in the area with a drive thru). Parking can be a hassle because it is located in a very busy strip mall. The restaurant is always clean. There are more than enough tables. The staff is friendly and courteous. Everything you would want. It is a little pricy for a quasi-fast food burger joint. I haven't been to Five Guys in 2 or 3 years wow it changed there's no more peanut tubs or barrels (or Atleast that I can see) I ordered a regular cheeseburger at 1:08 PM got the regular cup there's plenty of toppings you can put on the burger a lot the drinks good just fountain drink machine so nothing outstanding the burgers are really greasy fresh off the grill not even a 4 minute wait got the food at 1:13 ish fries are a bit boring but good seasoning burger is really good and MASSIVE 2 patty's that makes a big man like me happy lots of cheese the meat really has no taste unfortunately but the cheese tamatoe and lettuce and pickle cover for it the bun is good and sturdy holds everything so I have nothing falling apart together there wrapped in tinfoil now so that's different keeps all the heat in the burger gets way better when it's cold it feels so much like a huge Burger King burger it's great and gives me the comfort of comfort food the fries have a lot of salt peanut oil but something different (so the peanuts are still in the place there just in a open garbage can like box container) my burger was around 1,000 calories and each regular frie is around 900 calories (the regular one) which is JEEZ that's enough for all day counting the doughnut I had today this morning I'm gonna give this a 4 great customer service great workers great food and great speed of food coming out I would max it at 5 minutes there quick with orders peanuts are great little guys there's lots of salt on the fries so beware five guys feel likes the average American diner great burgers great service there open all week so that's a plus I'll rate this a 4 hits all the points of what I remember of five guys a bit salty and gives me a little bit of heartburn but that's alright there a step up from other fast food places with tinfoil wrapping at this location it's not too busy on a Friday around 12 so check out out Have a Great Day if you read this! I am a simple gal. Simple gals like simple things. & Five Guys is just that. With just a few things on their menu and a loyal consumer base, they must be good at what they do. Five Guys is one of the ONLY places I will eat a burger from, because I am just *that* picky. It's a bit on the pricier side ($6 for a 1-patty burger; $8 for a 2-patty burger) but it is 115% worth it. The burgers are cooked to order and always made just right. & the Cajun Fries - oh golly, they are sooo. dang. good. This particular location was very clean, and the staff was extremely quick preparing orders. The fries were extra cajun-y aka perfection, and (as per usual) my burger was fantastic. I really do think that Five Guys make the best hamburger in town. I've been to different burger joints that opened around my area but I have not been as impressed as I am with Five Guys. Their burgers are juicy and flavorful and you can customize your own burger however you like it without any additional charge for each topping. I really do appreciate that because at other places they charge a base price for the burger then additional for each topping you choose which can make your burger cost a lot more than you originally expected. I always get their cheese burger and when I'm not too hungry the little cheeseburger is just enough. Their fries are also really great especially with the cajun seasoning. When it comes to burgers Five Guys has my heart, sadly they're a little too far for me to go there more often but when I do I always get the same results. I'd like to start off by saying how clean this place always is... and it's a place that gives you free peanuts so you're always expecting a disaster but the staff is always on their game. My personal fave is the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it on a lettuce wrap (not trying to be healthy but the buns get soggy fast and the lettuce makes it so refreshing) and a small order of fries. Everything is made to order so it's roughly 5-10 mins before they call out your number which is prime time to eat as many free peanuts as you can physically crack within that time frame. The fries are just as great as the burgers if not better and don't think just because you ordered the small that you're not getting a bunch a fries. They scoop your fries into a cup and then another scoop of fries goes directly in the bag right after... it's what dreams are made of! I wouldn't mind dying of a heart attack here. read more

It's Five Guys. If you're coming here you probably already know about the food. You already know the beef is cooked well-done and cooked to order. You already know about the free peanuts. You already know about the MOUNTAIN of fries you get (and then some), and you already know to get that cajun seasoning. Service was quick and friendly. Also, I had ordered sauce on the side and the burger guru called me over to say he accidentally put some on and asked if I wanted another order.
