Not enough BBQ sauce at all (I'm not a huge sauce girl, but this was way too light), soooo many fried onion strings clumped together (and I love fried onions...soooo), missing the spicy component in error.... But the crust was great and cooked nicely, the pulled pork was delicious when you found a bite, the bacon cooked perfectly and the pineapple portion was good. Why four stars instead of three? I really wish they had been upfront about the actual wait time, we would have left instead of standing there for over an hour. For a restaurant that's been around this long, it's disappointing to see this level of overbooking and lack of organization, especially for a major holiday where people don't have many other options for food due to many other places being closed.
