My mother (83 years old) went here last night together with my daughter, they waited inside almost an hour, she said she tried to get their attention to ask about her order but to no avail, when approached she was told to wait for a couple of mins, and eventually lasted for almost an hour. And at last Someone approached her again and apologize but to make sure about the order she pulled a paper and asked is this your order? Done...totally done with this location. We've lived in Prosper a very long time and visit 3 times a week and the service is horrible and has continued downhill for over a year. We are in the restaurant business ourselves so we give grace however this is ridiculous. EVERY TIME in the last 4 months our order has been wrong and/or missing items. Not one time has it been 100% accurate since Sept. We've wasted countless dollars on deliver fees only to have to drive back to the store to get forgotten items. Management should really get a cellphone policy in place. I walk in to pick up my food, the girl at the counter is just sitting on her phone with no regards for the customers standing in line. Then when the guy comes up to help, she decides to put her phone down for 2 seconds, ask me my name and go right back to sitting on the counter and texting on her phone. Waited almost 10 minutes to pick up a to go order that was sitting on shelf getting cold when I walked in. Checked bag and all fries and dips were present. My mistake for not checking the rest but it's hard when it's buried under fries. I went home without checking the boxes. Was missing a sandwich when I got home. Immediately called store while I ate some of my own food, so it did not get colder. No one ever answered so I continued to let the phone ring while I drove back up to the store almost 10 minutes from my house. Upon arriving back at the store, I had trouble explaining to the guy working the register what was wrong because he did not speak a lot of English and he kept looking for a new order. He eventually gave me his phone to talk into to translate for him and figured it out and got me a sandwich and new fries. At first, I thought he said their phone did not work, but when I was leaving, I think he was telling me that they turn it off when they are busy and only take online orders. Either way they need a working phone so that customers can contact them. I would have preferred they be able to start my sandwich before I went back to the store to have to wait. I showed up then but they told me 20 more minutes so I came back again in 30 (trying to give them extra time) but they told me they gave my order away but can make it again. I logged onto Yelp to look up the hours for this location and was surprised to see such a low star rating. I've had nothing but positive experiences from WingStop Prosper. I've ordered all 3 ways. Delivery, in person, and pickup. The first time I ordered through the app and requested delivery. Mind you, I had only been to WS one time prior to this ever. The app was easy to use, the prices are great, and many flavor choices. The food came quick, hot, and was delicious. Totally hit the spot and I knew I'd be back. Since then, I've been back for a total of 3 times and the employees have been friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. I love the Mango Habanero flavor. It's packed with sweet heat flavor but no too hot or inedible like some other chicken shops. Great work WS Prosper. I'll be back and I'll sing your praises to my friends and family. It was OK at first but has gone downhill. We ask for well done fries and might actually get them 50% of the time. On 4/9/2021 we ordered online as usual. Our order was about 5 minutes late. It contained only 10 of the 30 wings we ordered, and the fries where not well done. The cashier said I could wait 10 more minutes for them to remake them or get a refund. I told them all the food would be cold by that time so I'll take the refund. I was then told that corporate will need to issue the refund. I did not accept the order. I'll be filing a dispute with my CC company if this charge isn't dropped or refunded. I can't trust this Wingstop to do anything right. The place was super clean the people who work there are very nice , The wings were excellent the carrots and celery taste fresher than a supermarket. This sweet tea was perfect 2TV to watch while you're eating. The place was pretty full when I got there when I left there was one lady with a group of kids and one of the kids left his hat inside and one of the employees got his hat and came outside to give it to the kid !!!! that that was so nice of them to go out of their way to do that..Give those guys a raise.
