The ambiance was nice for a small restaurant, service was very good! I am happy to see another Japanese restaurant open in Prosper. My wife loved the Firecracker roll, she said it was one of the best rolls she has ever had. Unfortunately my meal experience was not the best I have had. The miso soup and salad was mid at best. The spicy salmon roll was so chewy it was hard to eat, the nori was so soggy. Texture like it was made a day before. Salmon was average in flavor. We will be back to give it another try, they have some very good lunch deals that I want to try.

So yummy and very sweet owners. Me and my husband ordered some pickup because I was feeling under the weather with a cold and needed something to drain my sinus and replace some electrolytes! We got the Sexy mama sushi roll, the combo Yaki Soba and the Miso ramen. The sushi takes fresh, but not sure if it should be crunchy? The soba is aromatic and flavorful, not just salty but complex the way it should be! The miso ramen was so lovely and the eggs were just right. I asked for a side of spice oil to try adding some to the ramen and I added about half. Extremely tasty and well balanced. The interior is clean and has a very neat mural of the famous painting of Hokusai's " The great wave!" We will definitely be back!

We had the sashimi deluxe that came with 15 pieces, miso soup & ginger salad! It was absolutely amazing with amazing customer service!

The whole experience was amazing! The sushi & sashimi was so fresh and great quality! The customer service was amazing and the waitress was so kind and helpful with the menu! After 4 weeks of being open they are doing an amazing job. My husband and I will definitely be back!

We just tried this new Japanese restaurant that just opened in the Kroger shopping center. It is amazing! The food, the service and the ambiance! So happy we have a new yummy place to eat at.

Came here twice, both on weekends and during their happy hour. Everything we ordered was delicious…read moreand well made. All of the fried items were fresh and hot and all the flavors were really balanced. Even the Ramen soup wasn't salty which is a problem I see at many ramen places. Our favorite appetizers were the crab rangoon and the hama rayu but honestly everything that came out was solid. I will say that if you've had shrimp dumpling or Gyoza before, don't expect anything fancy/new here. Pretty standard. The service at this restaurant is on POINT! The servers are always hustling and checking in often despite how busy things are. Whoever is managing the staff and whoever is cooking in the kitchen is doing a bang-up job. We were in and out in 30min. We love efficiency! This is a great place to go after work or just to get a yummy bite to eat. The Happy Hour makes this place so worth it! This is our new favorite spot.

But all of that I think places it just a little above average. Everything seemed pretty standard as far as flavor and presentation. The taste was good, well seasoned, and plenty of umami. But nothing wowed me to the point where I would love to bring people here to try their food. I wouldn't avoid this place, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to try it again. You won't be disappointed here, but you won't be wowed either.

Five people could've easily sent here, but I want the hopeful to myself. I could see the whole restaurant from sitting right where I am and it feels perfect. I just stopped in for a quick bite to eat, hoping to get some fried rice and I came in and found my favorite thing on the menu... bang bang shrimp... and there is such a backstory for me and bang bang shrimp but just numb last night my family chose to go to Olive Garden instead of going to bonefish Grill. I really want a bang bang shrimp and today guess what I ordered??? you got it bang bang shrimp!!! and it came out first before the other entrée which was veggie fried rice. My bill is about $27 and that's fine because I'm the main character of the story and every grain of rice was worth it. Perfect place for a self-care day that I stumbled across. Oh and let me not forget my server, Ajah. She was so adorable and so kind. I just wanted to take her home and put her in my pocket and pull her out anytime I need to pick me up or Bestie to talk to. The food was beyond delicious and the service was beyond great 10 out of 10, but definitely come back again!!!

They were interesting and had character. My ramen was okay. I've had a lot of tonkotsu and this was pretty middle of the pack. Lots of toppings which was a plus. Slightly soggy noodles. Chashu had a good flame licked taste but wasn't very tender and was hard to bite. The whole soup tasted weirdly strongly of onion. Bf seemed to decently like his udon, but he noted that it was kind of strong, though he did finish it. Service and atmosphere were lovely and the ladies working were super attentive. Overall I'd pin the experience as average, and find I don't have much more to say about it. I'd try a different main course next time if I return.

The soup base is hard to nail down even for a franchised ramen in my opinion and this restaurant surpass my expectations for it. It was balanced, not to salty and still keep the unami flavor of the ramen. Another plus is they gave out these free fried wonton sheets at the beginning. It gave me a little bit of Mexican restaurant's vibe (as serving nachos). Cons: if you order "spicy" option for your ramen, they just serve you with a chilli paste on side, which resembles gochujang flavor (maybe it is gochujang!!). Its not the spice that I would expect in ramen. Additionally, their eggs are overcooked and under-seasoned for a ramen dish. The service is fast, friendly and attentive.
