I pretty much go there now with the anticipation that it'll be at least another 30 minutes. Not only that, but the order is rarely correct. I've been here many times and there's always some type of issue with my order. Almost guaranteed to wait an extra 15-25 mins after estimated order completion time. If you get multiple different sauces, you better check to make sure the sauce is actually on the wings. And if you do find something wrong with your order, you better hope it doesn't take the workers another 15 minutes to acknowledge you waiting. I know this place is notorious for wait times and bad service but if you go at an unpopular time, or when there's bad weather you'll get good food. Visited this location yesterday (online order) and got there within the window that was allotted for my food to be ready. 28-33 minutes. The food was ready at 55 minutes in all actuality. I grab my order, drive 5 minutes home and open the bag. The fries are cold, I'm missing a couple of wings that I paid for, and the ranch was missing. I call this location the day after (I wanted to go to bed because it was late and I was trying to put the situation behind me for the evening) and the gentleman that picked up the phone was extremely rude and told me he was in a rush. We have been nervous to try Wingstop because of all the bad reviews around at some of them, but we were in the area of this one and my son wanted some wings, so we stopped in. First off, the girls working there were very polite and helpful the entire time, we ate in. We had combos with the boneless wings and it all was hot & fantastic! Asked for a refund for the food I never received and the rude worker behind the counter said "no refunds, you'll have to just file a dispute with your bank, I don't care about my job anyway." Where do I begin? I came in here right after work to get some food. Was gonna go to Texas Roadhouse but I'd never been here before, so I gave it a chance. Walk up to the register and politely greet her and start my order. She stops me and says "NAME?!" so I was less nice. She interrupted me several times after that. I gave my order and sat down. I was told 20 minutes. Waited 35. People who ordered after me all got their food with somewhat of a kind attitude from the cashier. Had them scream my name several times in the rudest tone imaginable, then got handed my order with yet ANOTHER glare and not a word. No "thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day" or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I was kind. I said thank you. I smiled. Got home and it straight up looked like they poured entire things of seasoning on my food on purpose. This was not okay. First time in, and I'll be back. Breaking it down to food vs. service. Food: The wings we served hot (but not burning) so just right. They had great flavor and what I expected from the description. The fries were well cut and cooked. Thick but not plump, with a great crispness and seasoning (perfect amount of salt). The ranch was superb: peppery and creamy and great consistency. Service: The service wasn't something to write home about, but not bad in any way at all. My order was taken and the cashier was courteous. The -what I assume to be- manager (skinnier fellow with long braids tied up) had multitasked and worked on many orders at once without wasting time. When my food was ready he called my name and handed it to me wishing me a nice day and thanking me for my business. Absolutely nothing I would change about the place. It is quality and you get what you expect, with even more fries than I thought. To preface: I don't expect a fast food place like this to have workers catering to me. They did their job and provided better service than I would expect for what I assume they are paid. They deserve more for what they deliver. read more

I don't know what happened here, when they first opened up (years ago) it was awesome. Then they closed down and a bbq place took its spot. Well I noticed they re-opened so I was excited to come back and get some wings ... wow what a huge disappointment it was. Wings were super small barely any meat. Dry as hell, tasted awful. Barely any sauce on them. I ordered some with garlic parm and couldnt even taste any sauce on the wings. My fries were super soggy . Not sure if it was just the people cooking or what but I've had better wings from party stores. Def not worth the premium price here any more . Used to love this chain when I lived in Virginia Beach, I guess quality and costumer service isn't chain wide. The employees where having a bad day and had an attitude, tables and floor sticky as if not cleaned since construction. Ice machine broke, also shorted us on the order. Stay away!!!! read more
