Very disappointing experience. I was working late and got hungry so I searched for a place that was still open and found Wingstop since they advertise that they're open until 1 am. I had to call twice before someone answered. I repeated my orders several times to make sure everything was correct and they just answered "okay". I also asked how long the delivery would take and they said around 30 minutes which I agreed to. unfortunately, my order arrived almost an hour later and to my surprise it wasn't even the order I placed. Dome items were missing and what I received was not worth the price I paid. I called to report the issue but they told me that they were already closing. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived and my order wasn't ready. It hadn't even been started and was told it would be started soon, the same message that was given to every customer that arrived after me. I waited 20 minutes before my order was ready. This review is really not about the wait time, it's the fact that the front counter employees are always rude, lack customer service skills, and don't even care to try. It's unfortunate I have to write this. I visited Sanger wingstop 4/13, lunchtime, Monday. I ordered 50 wings for my two nephews and I. The young man taking our order was great, very kind. As we are politely waiting for our food, we are standing 6 ft apart from all other patrons. A manager came over, rudely exclaimed in a aggressive tone; "Hey! You guys need to stand 6 feet apart it's the county policy." I replied, that's actually for non-family, we're family. She said no it's not and became even more agitated and confrontational. At this point a customer included herself into the conversation and added her antagonistic opinion to which the manager backed by saying; yes, it's for anyone not just family, it's the city code and we will get fined $1,000, we also have the right to refuse service. I put up my hands and said just relax I'm trying to have a conversation not argue. I walked out pretty upset without saying anything more to the manager, she was obviously in a mood. I had a few words with the clueless patron as I left and I waited for my food in my car. I'm absolutely shocked a manager would treat any customer like she did me, maybe she's got away with it one too many times... A polite, "excuse me sir this restaurant is practicing individual social distancing, may we ask you to stand apart or wait outside and we can take you your food to your car". I would had happily obliged and been even more impressed as a courtesy to my inconveniencing she offered curbside service, but she did not. She essentially harassed me and my party unprovoked in what I would call a selfish display of authoritative temperament. I would be happy to revisit this review and change to a 5 star once I have been notified this issue has been addressed. We called and Stacy went above and beyond to make it right for us. She gave us a few different options, and let us know there was issues getting a delivery person back. When we explained that we couldn't go pick up the food because we have covid she then went beyond what she had to and utilized every resource she had to get the food to us. She apologized over and over and made everything more than right!!! Her and her team got the food to us before the estimated time she gave us as well. Tonight's visit was a very busy Sunday evening dinner, and the wings were crispy but could've been a little more hot. The fries were hot and crispy and seasoned very well. The wait time was about 18 minutes as told by the cashier taking my order. The ranch dip was fine. Tonight we had the new Hot honey sauce which was very good but needed more of it as the wings were a bit dry. The garlic Parmesan was good as usual and is one of my favorites, that and the lemon pepper are great. As for the prices they have gone up quite a bit but so has everything else in this world, however my meal was about 17$ and it feeds myself my wife and 4 year old. With that being said, the last few times I've been into the Sanger Wing Stop it has been unbearably hot as if the air conditioning is broken. Customers were being told to wait outside because the lobby was getting full, and honestly, it is good thing as it was more comfortable to be outside with the ambient temperature 94F.
