OMG! No hi! No you're welcome! No your order is ready after sitting in the small area with two chairs and being the second person waiting for my 2 pizzas. I seen them come out and sit on the counter for 10 minutes they had no communication skills what so ever!! Common sense it's my order they are luck I did not make them make it over for stupidity for not calling out my order but asking me my name for the order!! If i could give 0 stars i would this stores never has any "HOT N READY PIZZAS" Every time i have gone in there they always tell me 10-15 minutes wait time and i ask them well isn't that why those pizzas are called hot n ready because they are supposed to be ready and their response is well the wait time is still 10-15 minutes, i'm like really. It all starts from management they have no direction, i have nothing against young kids working there but come on they can never keep up with the orders, these kids are standing around too much and not working. It is a shame that this is a business and no one cares to take care of the customer. Corporate needs to get a whole new crew and new management, clean house!!!! read more

Ordered online through the pizza portal it was fast and easy it was ready on time if not earlier and everything was in there :)

Great pizza but at times can be really cold not even warm but I guess you get what's worth the price

No stars service was crap management gave me a stupid excuse about my pizza that I had ordered at 9:25 and he told me the pizza would be ready in 25 minutes I. I am disappointed in the amount of time that it takes to have a phone order prepared!! I called my order in at 1130am and asked for it to be ready by 4pm! I get here at 4 to be told it'll be 8 more minutes. My son's birthday party starts at 430, and now I am late with the food to my own sons birthday. I chose Sanger because the pizza use to be done on time and prepared correctly. I drive from fowler to get this pizza. Now I'm reconsidering my choices. I'll stick to me n eds!! My cost will be more, but worth the on time prep, and more flavorful.....possibly adjust your staff. Even your hot and ready wait time for costumers is 20 min? Some hot n ready! read more

I ordered a pizza. They told me 8 to 10 minutes... After 20 minutes I asked about my pizza... The guy behind the counter just looked at me and asked who's next. I waited patiently another 7 minutes and I asked again, again I was ignored. I waited 2 minutes while he got his hot and ready orders through, then they decided to get someone else's pizza before I was even acknowledged... Finally I had to get in front of a customer and demand my money back... They went to check on my pizza and found that they have not even begun making it, "we can give you free bread sticks and dipping sauce, but it will be 8 to 10 minutes" which probably meant another 30 minutes... I would give them another shot, but not that team. read more

i have to say i am very satisfied with the customer service. But let me explain what happened. i ordered 2 pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni and the lady said it would be about ten minutes. well ten minutes went by and i asked the lady and she acted like i had no idea what i was talking about so i got frustrated and demanded to speak to a manager. After waiting for a minute or two the assistant manager, who was a shorter, stockier guy with a nice smile came out introduced himself and said "hi i am Brandon I'm one of the assistant managers what can i help you with" and i explained my situation he apologized for the inconvenience and was happy to personally make my pizzas and bring them to me with free bread and sauce and he was by far the best and nicest manager there despite looking like a high school kid. read more

This place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I've reviewed this place before and gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a fluke, but they clearly need to work on some things. Today was yet another bad experience, I placed an order for a deep dish mushroom pizza and they said it would be ready in 10min. On the drive there I got a call from a random number I didn't recognize so I didn't answer and besides I was driving so I wouldn't of taken the call anyways, no msg was left so I ignored it. I arrived at Little Caesar's 15min later expecting my pizza to be ready, they said it wasn't ready yet so I paid for the pizza and gladly took a seat and waited. So patiently waiting 5...10...15...20min later the "manager" called my name and informed me that they're out of mushrooms and he claimed he had tried calling me multiple times, I checked my phone and there was 1 missed call from a random number with no voicemail left, the manager used his personal cellphone to call back(extremely unprofessional). When I asked why they didn't just tell me 20min ago when I walked in and paid for it, he had no excuse and just offered my money back on the breadsticks I paid for, woopty frickin doo free breadsticks! I think they could/should have done more for waiting nearly 45min for a 10min pizza, they dropped the ball big time on this. I should of just asked for my money back and walked out instead of settling for a pizza I didn't even order, but when you have family at home that are hungry you better bring something back. Needless to say I'm done with this location, I should of just ordered Me n Ed's, you get what you pay for from there at least. read more

This place is ridiculous! I get pizza from this place very often today i go in and all of a sudden they don't accept debit only credit with ID only! Really!!!! first off what who doesn't accept debit??! i came all the way from home with my card only because everyone accepts debit so i ask if this one time i can use my card only i didn't have my ID so they said no! it was freakn $5 dollars wth really what bad customer service they have no signs anywhere inside or outside stating credit only no exceptions... So the manager comes out to supposedly help me and he's just as dumb as the cashier... Looked like a high school student! all he can say was i will tell the owner to put up signs.. Me the customer had to suggest that.. Incompetent staff and obviously poor management..... I will not be going there again!! read more
