I remained on hold for 17 minutes until I walked back into the store. I asked for a refund since the order was wrong and it all was cold now. They said they couldn't refund my order because it was placed online and they couldn't get it back on my card. They offered me a credit. HARD NO. The worker put me on the phone with the general manager, Melody. She was ZERO help and showed very little interest in making this situation better. Said I'd need to bring in documentation from my bank that I was charged for the pizza. If they made the pizza, clearly I paid for it. That is insane! I had to wait AGAIN for them to remake my pizza. When they brought out the rest of the order, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the buffalo wings. For some reason, so many restaurants have turned to serving miniature, anemic chicken wings thinking the customer doesn't care. Bungalow Joes is one of the rare places to serve legitimate chicken wings and legs. They were huge and delicious!!! The potato skins were smaller but full of flavor. The coleslaw was a winner- they called it Caribbean coleslaw and described it as sweeter than typical coleslaw. The coleslaw was sweeter and my son and wife loved it. The fires were good, as well. Like juices gushed when biting into it and a nice tasting crust. It was sitting in a heating tray so it wasn't the warmest. But it was pretty good. I'm sure they would of dripped fresh ones or we wasn't in a hurry. Overall, pretty good chicken.
