A white Alabama sauce you need to request that goes well with turkey and chicken. Sop sauce...a thick and sweet vinegar base that goes well with everything. A tangy mustard sauce perfect for pulled pork. And last of all, a hot BBQ sauce made with ketchup and habanero. I love spiciness and some heat and I would say it was about a 4 out of 10 for me on the heat scale. But I eat habanero sauces often so it will be hot for those who do not.
