Can I give this place worse than a 1? What was once a very consistent location had deteriorated precipitously over the last couple of years. I've been coming here for the last 10 years. The owners of this location clearly don't give a crap. Orders are always 2x longer than what is communicated. Service is the worst of any fast food place ive ever been to. Had a small order i had put in online. Estimated time for pick up was an hour. Went at about 45 min. They said I was early and it would be another 30 min. Went back 30 min later. Food was cold. Oy. Not great, partially my fault but holy smokes! My daughter was hungry after rehearsal and not a lot is open after 9pm, so we opted for Wing Stop. My daughter ordered a medium boneless and somehow that was translated into a meal for 2 (I figures she could eat the rest for lunch the next day). She quite clearly said boneless, and so we wait. The person behind the counter showed us the food and off we went. We did not thoroughly examine the food as the order was relatively simple. Upon getting home we discovered we had one box bone in wings and one boneless. Sigh. My most recent visit I took yesterday walking in it had been 2 years since I've had the cravings for Wings! So when I do I'm really just wanting Wingstop for the boneless wings and nothing more. So when walking an placing my order I noticed "Wow!" the prices have gone up a few since i last came in but that was okay so we placed our order my wife got the "smoky bbq" which smelled very good an i ordered *2 flavors* (Mango Habanero and the Louisiana rub) which I love the mixture of those two. Not to mention their fries there are seasoned with some of the most delicious ingredients of all. When we received our order, the only down fall to this was my chicken looked more like nuggets then like tenders or wings of you know what I mean. But I'm not gonna punish the company it might have just been the cuts of meat that were chosen for my dish. Also a Plus! Was the soda machine they had Barqs Cream Soda!! Found out from the girl who was delivering my food that they make the drivers fill the drinks. This is extremely unsanitary and downright disgusting. Drivers aren't food workers and who knows where their hands have been. This place should be shut down. read more

I always order my usual online which is plain classic all flats with mild sauce on the side and lemon pepper and guest what we received all drum stick and it was very frustrating waiting for your order for 30 mins coming home with that we let it slide and this time I ordered through phone and again the same thing and guest what they mixed mild and lemon pepper together and that is hella nasty! This location is expecting for you to be okay just to go back there and they will replace the order with the correct one without even apologizing, raising their voice which their the one at fault and so I asked will you pay for my gas and my time just for you to correct your mistake? She just said just do what you gotta do. I hang up because this manager will never apologize and conversation will go nowhere. So if I wear you make sure to check your order before leaving the store. A lot of people said this place was shitty but I wanted to try it so I did. Then when I went in the cashier Cindy was rude and disgustingly disrespectful. When ever she talked it was with a rude tone. Then while I was waiting for my order I peered into the kitchen when Cindy said "it usually takes 20 minutes". The kitchen had only one person who was slacking then after about 18 minutes of waiting I inquired with Cindy and she said the order was just being processed! She also said in a very condescending tone that if you don't want to wait I can refund you. This was a very bad experience and the staff was absolutely awful! read more

Sooooooo, there are a ton of negative reviews for this place! I was reading them as I was eating there. As for my experience, I did not have to withstand what it seems like many other customers did. We went in and ordered the 40 pack. We selected half boneless, half bone in. For the flavors: lemon pepper, teriyaki, mango habanero, and garlic Parmesan. We waited about 15 mins for our order. Not bad at all. The pack comes with veggies and a large fry. The fries were a bit soggy in my opinion, but not a big deal. I like my fries EXTRA crispy. Everyone (including myself) enjoyed the meal. No upset tummies or anything. The girls at the front weren't very hospitable, but they weren't rude or anything. For a fast food place I'm not expecting much from the customer service department. I do however think they would benefit from being a tad nicer :) So: would I come back? Yes. Would I recommend? Sure. read more

The customer service was terrible. We ordered $60.00 worth of wings to be delivered and when it was delivered it was the completely wrong order. We contacted this store and spoke to the manager Maria, she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She blamed the delivery service for the mistake and told us "sorry, there's nothing I can do to you". She couldn't refund us or remake us the correct order. We did not order through door dash, we ordered through wingstop's website and we told Maria we have the confirmation number and we can show it to her for proof . She did not care. She kept repeating "I can't do anything, I can't help you and call door dash." It was like a broken record. She just kept repeating herself over and over again. She said to call other stores to see if the order is there and we did, but all the other stores did not have the order. We called the door dash guy (Donald) and he confirmed that he picked it up at this store. We ended up calling corporate and the person was able to MAKE IT RIGHT. The thing is, we should not have to contact corporate. The manager and staff should do whatever they can to satisfy customers and help when there is issue. I wish my experience was better. read more

The order taker couldn't have been more senseless of what do to do and he didn't even know what was on their menu which was right behind him ! About 10 minutes later, I walk into the place, greeted by Mariah's bright smile and "Welcome to Wing Stop." She apologizes that my order isn't quite ready yet - no problem, I'm early. I pay and find a seat, then pop into Yelp and quickly furrow my brow as I see several posts about the speed (or lack there of) in getting out orders here. Uh oh. Thankfully, I have nothing to worry about. As I take the first sip of my soda, Mariah sets a tray in front of me, loaded with piping hot wings and fries done perfectly "well," as I'd asked for them to be. Much prefer Buffalo Wild Wings where Parmesan garlic is more than a little Kraft Parmesan sprinkled on some chicken nuggets. Half hot and half mild. The hot wings were hot, and the mild were mild. It was an okay-good taste. The wings were pretty good sized. We took it togo and had it at home. Downfall is that their togo boxes soak up all the sauce and it leaks through so that was pretty annoying. The wait for the order was about 20 minutes. Which is a long time I think especially for a small order. We've experienced better. But I think if you're craving wings, its a chance for you to try it I guess.
