It's been a very long time since I've last been to a Raising Cane's place, so I came here with my friend for our weekly walk. The interior was very interesting, with, and I'm not joking, a disco ball inside?! Otherwise it was nice with clean floors, booths and tables, and all the works. Lots of interesting old time posters all around as well! The cashier inside was very friendly and we had a nice chat with her while ordering our food! I ordered the Caniac Combo with extra toast since I don't like coleslaw! The unique raiding cane sauce was pretty good, Very Zesty! The fries were pretty good, with a good texture and a nice taste! The toast was very good! Very delicious and fluffy! The tenders were very nice, right out of the frier for sure and nice and tasty! Overall I was very pleasantly surprised! Freshness counts!! Chicken fingers were fresh, juicy and so tender. Just the right mount of breading and fried perfectly. Cane sauce had just the right amount of kick to it. Cole slaw was juicy and just a little tangy. The downfall was the fries. No crunch to then and there was no salt on them at all. Medium sized portion in the box. Definitely not fresh. This place does not even deserve a single star, my boyfriend had gone inside to order food because we wanted something quick, he quickly walked in ordered then waiting about 30 minutes until some more people walked in and also order. I'm so disappointed in Raising Cane's. I've been going there since it opened, it's close to my house and it's my favorite place for chicken fingers. I always get the kids meal, it's a perfect size for me and you don't have to be under 12 years of age, they actually encourage seniors to get the meal. (If I eat inside I always give the toy to a kid). Today, I opened up my container, first I noticed the container wasn't styrofoam anymore and it was plastic opening that snaps together. Second, I noticed Wow, what happened to the portions? The container is half the size and half the fries. Really? The chicken pieces were smaller and the price is still the same almost $7 with tax. hello! first time here at this location on N Mccarran Blvd, NV. I've been to many Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in California and so far it has been consistently delicious. The customer service was on point, courteous, professional and nice. Greeted when entered the restaurant. I must say the food quality was not up to par because there was little batter which lost the crunch. The chicken was not fried enough. The chicken did not have the bite like the Raising Cane's in California. There was way too much salt on this Caniac combo and ordered an Arnold Palmer which was half and half lemonade ice tea. Food service came out quick, but was disappointed on the food and the secret sauce. It did not taste the same or have that addicting sauce taste. That is all I have. read more

Went for dinner ordered 4 three piece combo meals and to our surprise the size of the chicken strips have been cut down drastically. They're the size of the ketchup. My family's go-to is the Sparks location. Their hours are always consistent with posted hours online. Service was zippy, I stopped in last Thursday to pick up dinner after work for my family. I ordered inside because the drive-thru line was too long! I ordered 4 of their 3 finger combos and a 2 finger kid's combo. The dining room was full and lively and just as quickly as I got my order in. Moments later, I was packed up and sent on my way. I have a feeling this will be more of a regular joint. Pretty good food. I'd say it's fair fast food fried fowl. I like the Cain sauce. My dislikes here are the fries though. They seem like frozen crinkle fries. The garlic toast is only ok, and same for the lemonade. When you're competing with chick fil a there's kind of a high bar. I'd eat here again though because the fingers are juicy and tasty. Had an eye exam appointment recently in Sparks so I stopped by Raising Canes for a quick lunch beforehand. I ordered the 3 finger combo as it fit my needs perfectly. I chose to eat indoors since the drive-thru line had a long wait. Besides, it was really hot outside making it better to enjoy lunch with some air conditioning. Cane's was super busy so the wait was longer than usual. I've been here several times and always had a good experience. The chicken is consistently good every time! Raising Canes!!! To be honest, I have not met a single person who does not loves Canes and thank god they opened this one up in Sparks. The consistency in their chicken as it's made to order. It's tender, juicy, flavor and hot as it's served. The fries are a classic and the Texas Toast is the best toast I've ever had! You have to wash it all down with their Sweet Tea or Lemonade they made daily. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, the staff is beyond welcoming and friendly always which makes the Canes experience fantastic! Is it even worth it anymore ? Imagine ordering the caniac combo that cost over $17 and doesn't even satisfies you. The chicken was pale and bland, the portion of the fries is ridiculously small and the toast got smaller too. The only good things about the combo are the sauce and the tea (taste wise). Whoever was working night shift November 8 needs to find a job they actually enjoy! There's no way they forget to put butter on toast and forget what drink you ordered. I walk out with the wrong drink every time, toast isn't cooked with butter, the chicken looked burnt like it was left in the oil too long....It's happened more than 3 times! It's ridiculous! I have had canes before and just like other locations, this location meets expectations. The chicken was hot, fresh and juicy. The fries were basic crinkle cut fries, I personally would of enjoyed them crisper. The sauce is my favorite and it's delicious. The chicken lacks seasoning, so the sauce is important in making up for the chicken. The toast was toast. The service was good and drive thru moved at an expectable speed for how busy they were. I haven't been to Raising Canes in a while because since 2020 this location has gained popularity and is always so busy and I'm too lazy to wait in line haha. But, I'm happy for their business! I came by the drive-thru the other day for lunch for myself because I was just craving Canes. The line was short and moved quickly! The staff have always been pleasant and friendly - I'm a big fan of their various intros on the speaker. All of the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! Everything is cooked to perfection. I paid at the first window, when I arrive to the second window everything was handed to me. Super fast! The girl that took my money was extremely friendly. As well as polite. At the second window the guy who gave me my food said to have a great rest of my day. I know they have a huge turnover with workers, but they still get kids that are friendly. Real Wack, How do you have codes on your app and you give the code to the person who takes orders, who says" Oh you have to give the code to the payment window. After leaving a concert we wanted to grab a bite to eat before driving the over an hour home. The location was busy even though it was past 10p. I thought since all they have is chicken fingers, they probably have it down to keep cooking them and keep the line moving. We ordered something called Caniac, I think. It was the one that has 6 chicken fingers, Texas toast, fries, coleslaw, drink and 2 sauces. Cost almost $17. From the time we entered the drive thru to getting to the window, it took about 15 minutes. The employee took our payment, handed me the drink and then completely apologized saying it was going to be a few minutes as they were cooking more. I can see the inside was packed as well. About 5 minutes later we were on our way home filling our bellies. I would describe the chicken tenders as very moist and lighly breaded which I loved. They were piping hot. The crinkles fries were good but my husband thought they were a bit soggy and a bit too salty. The Texas toast was delicious. We saved the Cole slaw for the next day and gave it to my mom so not sure how it tasted. Our drink had just a tad bit too much ice but it was a hot day. This was better than my expectation.
