The food was absolutely amazing as always and the interior is pretty clean overall. What made this visit different from other visits was the customer service from Emily. She deserves a special shout out because of how efficient, quick and most of all how friendly and bright she is. 10/10 customer service

Same sauce, same toast, same crinkle-cut fries... but where did the chicken go? I pulled up ready to feast and left wondering if Cane's partnered with a portion control program. The tenders are literally half the size they used to be -- I've seen more meat in a bag of popcorn chicken. And yet, the prices? Sky high like we're paying by the feather now. Is this a nationwide thing? Local experiment? Hidden camera show? Because I didn't get the "Less Chicken, More Cash" email. No heads-up, no apology -- just a sad little box of disappointment with a side of nostalgia. Look, I love Cane's. But if I wanted to overpay for tiny food, I'd be in line at an airport. Do better, Cane's. I'm not mad... I'm just "tenderly" disappointed.

Kids meal, the container is super small now. You only get 5 fries and smaller pieces of chicken.

I'm so disappointed in Raising Cane's. I've been going there since it opened, it's close to my house and it's my favorite place for chicken fingers. I always get the kids meal, it's a perfect size for me and you don't have to be under 12 years of age, they actually encourage seniors to get the meal. (If I eat inside I always give the toy to a kid). Today, I opened up my container, first I noticed the container wasn't styrofoam anymore and it was plastic opening that snaps together. Second, I noticed Wow, what happened to the portions? The container is half the size and half the fries. Really? The chicken pieces were smaller and the price is still the same almost $7 with tax. The drink was still the same. I'm still in shock. I guess another place to cross off my list!

hello! first time here at this location on N Mccarran Blvd, NV. I've been to many Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in California and so far it has been consistently delicious. The customer service was on point, courteous, professional and nice. Greeted when entered the restaurant. I must say the food quality was not up to par because there was little batter which lost the crunch. The chicken was not fried enough. The chicken did not have the bite like the Raising Cane's in California. There was way too much salt on this Caniac combo and ordered an Arnold Palmer which was half and half lemonade ice tea. Food service came out quick, but was disappointed on the food and the secret sauce. It did not taste the same or have that addicting sauce taste. That is all I have.

    3 piece small chicken strips

Went for dinner ordered 4 three piece combo meals and to our surprise the size of the chicken strips have been cut down drastically. They're the size of the ketchup. Also the portion size of the fries has gone down. So disappointing. Looks like a review with this same issue was done 6 months ago and still no change. Shame on you canes

My family's go-to is the Sparks location. Their hours are always consistent with posted hours online. Service was zippy, I stopped in last Thursday to pick up dinner after work for my family. I ordered inside because the drive-thru line was too long! I ordered 4 of their 3 finger combos and a 2 finger kid's combo. The dining room was full and lively and just as quickly as I got my order in. Moments later, I was packed up and sent on my way. I have a feeling this will be more of a regular joint. It's one place my kids will agree on. That's half the battle with takeout nights at my house. I'll see you guys soon. Thanks for getting a tired mommy in and out of there.

Pretty good food. I'd say it's fair fast food fried fowl. I like the Cain sauce. My dislikes here are the fries though. They seem like frozen crinkle fries. The garlic toast is only ok, and same for the lemonade. When you're competing with chick fil a there's kind of a high bar. I'd eat here again though because the fingers are juicy and tasty. Our server was awesome. Very friendly. The decor is fun and unique. The restaurant is kind of messy though.

Had an eye exam appointment recently in Sparks so I stopped by Raising Canes for a quick lunch beforehand. I ordered the 3 finger combo as it fit my needs perfectly. I chose to eat indoors since the drive-thru line had a long wait. Besides, it was really hot outside making it better to enjoy lunch with some air conditioning. Cane's was super busy so the wait was longer than usual. I've been here several times and always had a good experience. The chicken is consistently good every time! Nice and juicy and with their Cane's sauce it's delicious! The fries were nice and hot as was the toast. I enjoyed their famous iced tea. I'll be back again the next time I'm in town!

I was driving in the drive through and I felt offended because when I got to the window to get my food the worker looked at me as if she's never seen a 16 year old drive. She was also stalling and awkward... the food was gas but still

Raising Canes!!! To be honest, I have not met a single person who does not loves Canes and thank god they opened this one up in Sparks. The consistency in their chicken as it's made to order. It's tender, juicy, flavor and hot as it's served. The fries are a classic and the Texas Toast is the best toast I've ever had! You have to wash it all down with their Sweet Tea or Lemonade they made daily. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, the staff is beyond welcoming and friendly always which makes the Canes experience fantastic! I highly recommend Raising Canes if you are in the mood for some really delicious chicken strips. It is my favorite place to come! Thank you always!!!

Best chicken around! Canes never disappoints. The lines too long every time, but that goes along with good food.

We had time since we were just running errands to have a quick bite so we walked in. We were greeted upon entering. It's a cute little space and I looked over and saw two men working very hard and quickly in the kitchen. The gentleman that took our order was friendly enough. I ordered a Korean cheese corn dog with ketchup, mustard and sugar, an order of dumplings, pickled radishes, a plain croffle, and two drinks. That ran us about $24 with tax, it was a very affordable meal. I didn't want to push it and over order. I did want to try their popcorn chicken and wings. I ordered based solely on my cravings today and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. I loved being able to order pickled radishes, that was a refreshing addition to my meal. I can't wait to come back. My son enjoyed his croffle and asked if when I bring him to get his haircut if we could stop by more often. We are already looking forward to our next meal!

The employee asked the owner if it was allowed, and his first response was, "We don't allow dogs inside." I explained that he is a service dog. The owner then asked for paperwork to prove it. I respectfully told him that businesses are not allowed to require documentation for a service dog. His response was, "How am I supposed to know it's a service dog?" At that point, I ended up showing my personal medical paperwork, something I should never have felt pressured to do. I also explained that as a business owner, he should know the laws regarding service animals. We decided to leave without eating because the entire experience made us feel unwelcome, embarrassed, and we completely lost our appetite. I hope this serves as a reminder that businesses should educate themselves about the rights of people with disabilities and the laws protecting service dog handlers. No one should have to disclose private medical information just to be treated with respect.
