Ordered via the Mobile app. I was not impressed with how quirky it was, bouncing me back and fourth across the app. Once I got to the store there were several people there waiting on orders. 3 people placed orders while I was in line to check on my order (was to be ready in 15 minutes) as I was there a couple of minutes early. After completing the transaction, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes in the store while the people that ordered their food in front of me, got their orders before I did. Regardless that we made a phone order 30 minutes before closing, everything is advertised as fresh and made to order so I was excited to go pick up my food. Not impressed with the quality, speed, or value. My boneless chicken "chunks" tasted like they were marinated in salt, battered in a salt base, and then breaded lightly with some flavored salt, which I understand to be seasoning. Indeed, my wings were certainly seasoned. Thankfully, I had no such qualms with the carrots and celery, which were surprisingly salt-free. Why this place is such a hot spot is a mystery to me. Wings here I really enjoyed. While I prefer them crispy on the outside, they delivered. My boyfriend prefers a little less, but maybe you could ask for that? Also, the customer service SUCKED. Wow... well all I can say is that it's noticeable that this wing stop location is owned by a different owner than the other three in the area(west Reno, south meadows, Carson) First the food took 45 mins to get. Which they were a little busy so that is understandable. I ordered a roll, ten piece boneless, and frys. The roll was unbuttered and when I asked for them to butter it they just threw some cold butter sauce on it.... then when I tried my frys they were cold. After having them replace my frys with fresh frys it was extremely noticeable that all they did was throw em in the microwave. After they were heated up I noticed that there was NO SEASONING on the frys. I was at this point very discouraged and not happy. Another person in my party ordered the Cajun and they were just plain boneless nuggets with no seasoning at all... overall I will never recommend or eat at this wing stop again, and further more am going to turn in a formal complaint to corporate. read more

Been here probably a thousand times, really wish I could say that was an exaggeration. This Wingstop has gone WAYYYY downhill since Amber (previous manager who left because she thought ownership mistreated customers). Today was another example of that. Fries were cold, without seasoning, and completely stale. If I didn't live 20 minutes from the location I'd drive back right now to have it corrected. The service and quality of this place used to be really good. We used to come here all the time and enjoy the food with friends and family. In recent months something has changed not just at this location but at all the locations. It is almost as though they don't care as much about the quality of the food they serve. read more

Every time we order they always get our order wrong and the customer service is very bad. There is a lady that takes orders in the front she is very rude and was not listening to us about our order being wrong. It took us 10 minutes over the phone just to order because she was putting us on hold over and over again and not complying. My boyfriend and I drive across town to get there in time to find out we can't actually order anything that they only do pick up orders. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken when it was EMPTY. They knew we were there and didn't even bother telling us they would be right with us to take our order. As we ordered our food the cashier (Cindy) was being extremely rude and even messed up our order all because she didn't even repeat it back. When we got our order, we were missing a few things that they refused to even give us and refused to look just our receipt when we showed them. SLOW! I'm a regular at the MaeAnne location and my wings are always done in almost exactly 16 minutes. This location says 20 minutes but when you come to pick up your order or while you are waiting for your meal, expect to wait at least 30-35 minutes... The wings taste the same as other locations, so if you're hangry don't come here.. Small dining area as well, I don't like the hallway type dining area. read more

I'm giving this a 2 star review because it needs to be brought to attention. Having Celiacs, it is necessary for me to be gluten free. Looking at the gluten free menu online was a little confusing...but it looked like the majority of wings, could be made gluten free. So I excitedly arrived. Hoping for more information, I asked for a gluten free menu or some options. The worker very obviously didn't have any clue off the top of her head, and proceeded to give me the nutrition chart and said "here is a gluten free menu." There was NO information on this piece of paper about gluten! It had all their items, but all that was listed was things like, calories, sugars, sodium, etc. but nothing about gluten. (At this point I'm thinking, "seriously...?) I say, "this has nothing about gluten on it..." and the workers both looked at me like "Oh well", they literally didn't have anything else to say. After pushing them for information, one worker told me that garlic Parmesan didn't have gluten in it, only Parmesan, and garlic. So that's what I ordered. (Hesitantly). And the whole time I'm eating, I'm constantly wondering, "Will this make me sick?" Even though the worker told me the ingredients, their lack of knowledge in what gluten free means, has made me extremely uncomfortable. Unless the staff receive better training for those of us who have this serious disease, I will not be returning here. Ordered my food ahead of time. Arrived and the so called store manager said I never ordered...even when I showed her my phone that showed I called and spoke to someone! I was pretty much told oh well and had to wait for them to cook my order after other people's. When I asked to speak to the owner since she said she was the store manager she had me write my information on a piece of paper and told me she can't promise he will call me back! The wings were good. The one star is because the online ordering did not work, and we had to wait another half hour for our food (apparently this is an ongoing problem - so turn the system off!) The fries were awful, soggy and underdone. A hint: change the oil every three thousand miles. The food was ice cold when we opened it at home - too cold for a seven minute drive.
