Long story short... We placed an online order over a month ago. The total was $65. They canceled the order approximately 45minutes after confirmation and sending the receipt-which I still have. They charged me for the entire meal that was never recieved & now the phone numbers for the mid rivers location which the order went through does not connect to anyone. Went inside to order and eat. Bathrooms are "out of order". Tables were sticky. Moved tables but they were all sticky. The cola cloaca was out of half the options and spit out the drinks so fast half of was foam. Visited store 3/11/23 around 7pm. Was greeted by a cashier who could barely speak above a whisper. I ordered an 8pc combo and then asked about the free 5pc bonus for filling out an in-store survey. It seemed he was new or just very timid and unsure about the offer. The manager-on-duty (Mica) stepped up and said she had been off for several days and knew nothing about the survey. I pointed to the handwritten sign taped to the register. Another employee from the back was trying to explain it to her, but she stated again she knew nothing about it and had no idea where to even begin. She said something along the lines of, 'I know nothing about it, so I can't do anything about it!' The sign was written verbatim- "Do a Survey while in Store show proff and get Free 5 Boneless! This Wingstop just opened maybe a week ago? Anyways we ordered a Large order of Hawaiian thigh bites & a 8 piece Hot Buffalo boneless wings. There was an option to chose "extra well done" which I didn't choose but wish I had because they all could have been cooked more. Not that they were raw but you could tell they could have been left in the fryer an extra 2 or 3 minutes. Both orders looked like they just threw the sauce on top instead of tossing the wings in the sauce like the picture. Thigh bites are HUGE pieces of chicken. I just tried Wing Stop for the first time today. I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich, fries, and a soda. When I arrived they were finishing it up and everything was hot and fresh. When it told the guy working there that it was my first time trying it he was shocked and asked what flavors I wanted to try. I asked for a recommendation and he got me two boneless wings. One in Carolina BBQ and one in their spicy BBQ and both were delicious. He also recommended some Cajun seasoning for my fries and that was delicious as well. As far as my sandwich, it was crispy and delicious. I tried their regular wing sauce in hot because that is typically a good way to try out a new wing spot and the sauce was good and flavorful but nothing extraordinary. It did blend great with their ranch resulting in an overall great sandwich. I will likely get the Carolina BBQ next time or a variety of wings to try out some additional flavors. Monday and Tuesday have $0.70 wings which is pretty solid. I will definitely be back. As a side note, the guy working there was great. Very friendly, big smile, great sense of humor, and seemed to take it personally that I have a great first experience. If he is still around next time I have to hire someone I may try to steal him. She said she can not process refunds, and I would have to wait until possibly the end of the week now. I placed an online order received a confirmation email. Went to pick up my order and was told they didn't have it. Show them the email confirming that it was sent there and paid for and the employees still said that they didn't have the order and wasn't going to make the order for me. Someone who appeared to be a manager told her to write the order down and just fix it. As I was waiting someone from doordash came in to pick up an order and was told the same thing that I was told that they didn't have the order even though the doordash employee had a confirmation. The employee had total attitude about it and the doordash person left without the food. When my food was ready the employee put everything together and very rudely handed it to me without an apology a thank you anything. This was very poor customer service I waited over 40 minutes for an order that should have taken 15 and no apology was given. In fact as stated earlier the employee had much attitude about it and made me feel like it was my fault and I was being less than honest even though I had an email confirmation of my order. The manager indicated to the doordash employee that this is a common problem. Beware if you place an online order. Make sure you have your email confirmation with you when you pick up.
