I am a single mother to a toddler and baby. I came to pick up my order from over thirty minutes away at 7:30 pm. I got out in the cold and brought both of my children in the store with me to pick up our food. The young lady at the front greeted me and I told her I had an order to go. She brought me two big bags and several waters since I had a big order for my whole family. She helped me organize the water inside the bags so it would be easier to carry with my car seat and toddler. Then she offered to help me walk it out to the car, took both bags and escorted me to my vehicle. Thank you Nichole for your kindness, little moments like this mean more than some people expect . Visited the Terrell location due to the one in Forney being closed. Ordered their special 20 boneless wings w/ a large fry for only $16.99. Since it was also wing day I also received 5 free bone in wings which was a nice surprise. Took only about 20 minutes to receive my order since I didn't order online and for wing stop that isn't bad. They were pretty busy this day, not sure if it was because of the wing day celebration? Food came out nice and hot and was still hot when I got back home. Everything came out delicious. Even if the Forney location opens back up, I think I will drive a few more miles to this one instead. read more

Yes it's a long review but it's worth to be read I am writing this review with a clear mind and no longer from Anger. This experience was the absolute worst... it's sad Order was a call in for family dinner and was picking up after a standard wait time of about 30- 40 minutes wait given that's the normal. I arrive and give them the name of the order. Spend about 6 minutes looking for the order. Checked the kiosk, bags on the shelves and on the saucing line nowhere to be found. It gets dropped so goes another round of waiting. Now a total amount of over an hour for a 20 Piece order. Not acceptable. Order is made and taken to home, didn't bother checking it because why? It's already late you would think a bit more concerned should have been placed making this order right? Sadly I was wrong. Key points: Chicken had burnt sauce on it Unserviceable wings were still cooked despite the bone being broken/ splintered yet it still managed to get cooked, sauced and served. And the ranch tasted old! My guess Is it had been made maybe four days prior not properly cycled through. FUN FACT: Wingstop associates are supposed to go through each individual bag of wings and pick out the damaged and not serve them to their customers And their ranch is made each morning by hand After this experience I am more then happy to drive another 20minutes to the Wingstop in Forney TX. I'm a previous customer & the experience I had now was nothing like the first time coming here! I ordered with Dario a combo & boneless wings by theirselves... FRESH AND WELL DONE boneless, they give me tenders, I ask for a simple remake bc they gave me what I didn't asked for on top of that food was mixed with 2 tenders and 4 boneless therefore they ran out of boneless and gave me sloppy tenders and thought I was gone be fine with that, the cashier then argues me down he insists that they were tenders at first then turn around and say that they were boneless, BASICALLY DIDNT WANNA TAKE THE TIME TO LET SOMEONE KNOW THEY FUCKED UP even when he jussssst went over with me THE FUCK UP! Placed order on app for pickup. Got there and was handed a sealed bag. Got home and my main entree 20 wings was missing. All that was in bag was my 6 piece wings, Large Cajun Fry and small cajun fry and some ranch. called store to let them know and they said yes I have your wings here sorry. Mind you, I live in Forney and stoped off at this location on my way home. Not a short trip. I asked for a refund and they said they would only refund the 20 piece not the entire order. Being confused, I asked well can't you remake entire order, as the fries are going to be super soggy and cold. Lady on phone, seemed irritated and advised she will ask manager. Tonight I placed an online order & when I went to pick it up it wasn't quite ready yet so I explained I had to go wait in my car bc I had my baby in the car. She was very understanding. I waited a few mins and I see her walking towards my car w my food & drink. They don't normally offer curbside but she understood that I had a young child in my car and it made all the difference in the world that she went out of her way to do something so little but so meaningful for me. This Wingstop has the worst customer, I have encountered in a long time. No one has a sense of urgency when your order is wrong, they are constantly picking up things off the floor and not washing their hands. I called in a order at 7pm to pick up at 10pm to have to wait 30 minutes before my order was ready. Got home and of course it was wrong. My last time entertaining foolishness with my money. My first trip to the new Wingstop in Kaufman Texas I've eaten wing stop in Dallas and then Garland Mesquite several places across Texas this place needs to learn how to prepare their food I ordered boneless garlic Parmesan wings in the original buffalo wings I also had the loaded buffalo fries and a regular order of fries the service person was very nice and help me with my order I would give her a 10 for service The fries were like Drippin in Greece and oil They were the worst I ever seen the loaded Buffalo fries were the same way except for they had ranch and buffalo sauce on them which made them very soft and it was entirely too much of the sauce on a scale from 1 to 10 I'll give them a minus one the buffalo wings were OK I'll give them a 3+ out of 10 the boneless wings were cooked too long they were hard not juicy like they mention in their menu and everything tasted very salty this was a total disaster for me and my wife I apologize to her for ruining her evening meal also when I receive my fries they were in the sack not covered or wrapped but they were sitting on top of the containers which I thought was very different than everyone else soggy not crispy and not very warm when I got them home I pay $20 for this meal it was a waste of money I am scared to go back now and they can do this again I don't recommend this place sorry read more
