Slowest chick fil a I have ever been to even after ordering ahead on the mobile thru. I even ended up with the wrong order somehow. Yikes!

This Chick Fil A in Forney ROCKS!! They delivered our Aledo High School team meals to the Mesquite Softball Complex during the Forney tournament on Thur and Fri. The driver came exactly when we asked and all the food was individually bagged with names. What a great manager to have this done for us. We only had a one game break so this really helped. Awesome service and staff. There is a woman who walks around just refilling drinks and taking your trash. She's a gem. I look forward to seeing her when I go inside to watch and I'm always bummed if she's not there. They've never gotten my order wrong. Food is always hot. Still the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Most Chick-fil-A places are better than any other fast food places but this Chick-fil-A is the best. It is located in Forney Texas in the same big shopping center complex with Walmart, Lowe's, and many other shops and fast food places at the Mustang crossing shopping center at the 548 exit off US Hwy 80 in Forney. This Chick-fil-A seems like it must be run by a former military person. The staff has training and discipline that can only be described as military level motivation and discipline. The service and food are the absolute best and the staff is amazing. We stop here quite often. It's just a really nice place to eat. read more

This location in Forney is the best location I have seen across the metroplex because of their efficiency. If you see a long line at the drive through. Have no fear! The Chick-fil-A team here will get you out in time to eat your meal hot. I truly appreciate the security the Chick-fil-A Team have provided by ensuring ALL employees have on a mask. This includes employees who are graciously assisting and taking orders in drive through. There is no one handling money and debit cards then touching your food or drink. The person taking payments only interacts with the money. Thank you Chick-fil-A Team! I wish I could afford to eat here everyday. Please tell your team to keep up the great work. Order was wrong- when I parked car to side and walked to closest attendant to ask how to fix I was told I need to go inside. I never thought I'd have to give Chik-fil-a bad review, but here it is. On 12/02/20 around 1:23 pm I inserted my card to pay for my food, it totaled $11.19, however, when I got to the window I was told the payment didn't go through, so I gave my card to the employee with no problem. Turns out I was charged $11.19 first and $15.96 at the window. I was under the impression I would be charged $11.19. I later saw my bank statement and called Chik-fil-a, the representative stated there was only a charge for $15.96, I told her I was charged $11.19 in the line and was charged $15.96 at the window after being told my card didn't go through initially. Apparently, the real price was $15.96 due to the extra chicken on the salad, which was fine. I just wanted the additional $11.19 that I was charged to be refunded. Long story short, they wouldn't do it and I was hung up on after I told them I'd write a review. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and was refunded $11.19. Sticker below proves I was originally charged $11.19 and receipt shows I was also charged $15.96. Other picture shows I was charged twice with the amounts above though Chik-fil-a stated they only charged me $15.96. Transaction numbers are the same on sticker and receipt. read more

OMG, no way I'm getting in that two ring drive thru circus even if their food was great and its not all that. Not only that but often they have the one usable exit from the Wal Mart parking lot blocked. They just remodeled the place and did nada to correct their traffic congestion issues. That is worst customer service of all when you are negatively effecting your neighboring business and potential customers and do nothing to remedy it. They need to move to a larger lot. Meanwhile everybody has a chicken sammy these days (it's a pretty low bar imho) and they are all about the same so why not go where the drive thru is better? read more

As long as you go to the Forney location. The Terrell location by Buccees is independently owned by a different Chick-fila partner. So TRUST WHEN I SAY DRIVE A TAD BIT OUT OF YOUR WAY TO VISIT THE FORNEY LOCATION. I was treated horribly and spoken to horribly by a young man identifying himself as a manager. That was not cute and I'll not go back there! Apparently the staff unanimously voted what all customers would like before opening the location. Its been bothering me all day about what happened at lunch time. I always use the mobile app to order my food from Chickfila because its so easy and fast. Today was my second day at this location which I thought that I would be coming to for the next month since I was in town for business. Apparently that want be happening due to me finding a dead bug in my salad. I totally understand things happen but its also how the restaurant handles the situation. I did speak to someone at this location and he was very professional . I did go back to take the salad so they could see it for themselves. Upon arriving there was a young lady who would be one of the sale directors she was very rude and seemed to not care about what I experienced. I called this chick fila today at 6:30p to see if they were open and I was told they would close at 7:30p. It took me 30 min to arrive because of the icy roads and once I got there to my disappointment they were closed. it was only 7p and I was told they would be open until 7:30p only 30 minutes before I arrived.
