I am pregnant and when placing my order it wouldn't let me do Cajun fries, I was honestly gonna ignore it and just get normal seasoned ones, but my husband mentioned the issue online with it not letting me select Cajun fries, and they upgraded my drink and gave me a little cup of the seasoning on the side. Tried to order here three times. Finally did so successfully. Well, semi successfully. Don't bother calling here. You can not understand anyone who picks up. Even if you do, they will put you on hold for over ten minutes. Online has its difficulties as well. The app worked best, though. During these experiences, they ran out of a lot of stuff. At different points, there was no boneless anything available. Other times, they ran out of barbecue sauce or Hawaiian sauce or both. It's an exercise in your patience. We did order, and of course, they forgot things. There were no large veggies that we had ordered, but we got 50 tiny containers of ranch and bleu cheese- only a slight exaggeration. We also got wings galore, mostly in the correct flavors. Luckily, we're not terribly picky about that part. The wings were really very tasty. We had a big order and a lot of varieties, boneless and bone in. All were cooked correctly. Nice juicy and tender chicken. All seven sauces were very delicious indeed. Personally, I loved the Louisiana dry rub and the Korean Q. The dip sauces were fantastic too, both the ranch and the bleu cheese. The fries were even decent. Get the parm ones for true bliss. Do not go here! Pathetic managers. They basically robbed us. We ordered two 20-piece wings for $20 to be delivered, but only one order showed up. When we called to report it, they told us we'd need to come to the store and show them what we received before they'd give us the missing wings. I explained that our full order should've come in two bags, and the delivery photo clearly shows just one. So they knew we were shorted. We had to stop eating and consider driving all the way back just to prove it. I realized it was a Friday night at 5 so there might be a little of a wait but I had to then wait over an hour past my pickup time. There was a bunch of people complaining about waiting for too long there as well. For the first 20 ish minutes there was only two workers who were talking about how a couple other employees haven't showed up for their scheduled time but when they did eventually show up it they did not do much and one was on their phone most of the time anyways. And every person I saw who actually got their order was missing something and had to wait even longer to get the rest of their order. I have had decent experiences before when I ordered around lunch time but this was by far the worst experience here! read more

This place was chaotic. I ordered online and arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my order, as specified by the app. The lobby and seating area were completely full of people who didn't look very pleased as they had been waiting for a while. They were in the midst of taking two phone calls at the front register so they did not acknowledge people who were entering. Both calls seemed to be about orders being wrong, so I was pretty concerned about what I'd gotten myself into. After finally being acknowledged I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes for the food. All the employees seemed so stressed out, they were scrambling. HOWEVER, when my order finally came out it was correct. The wings were cooked to perfection and the sauces were very tasty. Their ranch is amazing, veggies are fresh, fries are fresh cut. Of course the door dash people got theirs first. People just kept piling up in there. Literally watched a big pile of already cooked fries go back into the fryer to be "re-heated". I could see the rest of my food sitting on the counter waiting to be packaged. Everything was completely cold by the time I got it after 71 minutes. Two people working a Saturday dinner rush just awful. This the third time at this location and every time I have to wait well beyond the quoted time and everything is cold. Be careful ordering DoorDash or delivery from this location. After paying all fees and a tip based on total bill, I find out store gave driver an incomplete order. When I tried to call to ask for a credit, they had me on hold multiple times and then said they would send it up to their district manager and wouldn't give me a contact number to follow up. They told me to pick up what was missing ... well, if I could do that, I would have never Doordashed to begin with! Never ordering from this location again! Yall. oh my actual God. this might've have been the worse service I've had in my entire life; if you think you've had a bad experience at a restaurant, it is without doubt that this one takes the cake. i ordered my meal 40 & waited until the 50 minute mark that the app indicated it would take, & came into the store to pick it up. I waited 10 minutes until the worker picked up a random bag & handed it to me. I asked for my drink cup to which he hesitated, calculating something, until he handed me the cup. I was on the phone in my car until God told me to check the items in my bag, because the people were seemingly incompetent in the store. to my surprise, i was correct, & the order they gave me was wrong. I quickly drove back to the store to let them know of their incident, & they told me that in order for them to give me my order was waiting another 50 minutes while they finished the other orders people had placed. to me, this made no sense- it was them who got it wrong, & at this point it had been over an hour since ive placed my own. the guy whose food they had already thrown away & confused for mine walked in & was also waiting for his food. after 30 minutes he starts to ask for a refund instead. the only other person working was a girl who yelled at him & said that he has to wait 4 days for the refund to be processed & for her to even send a picture of his receipt to their manager because they were busy. she looked as ugly as her attitude. at this point i inly waited because i already invested so much time into getting my food & hearing how difficult it was going to be to receive some genuine customer service. do not come here, unless you have a lot of free time & dont mind waiting 2 hours for your meal. read more
