I am disgusted with this place and specifically the woman who is supervising this wingstop tonight. She refused to tell me her name and is supposedly having the district manager contact me which i believe is not true. My bf and I placed a order for pick up. We arrive and sit down and even though I am not blaming wingstop for the people sitting down that tried to attack and threaten my bf. However the woman working is unprofessional rude and grouped us with these individuals that we had no idea who they were. She began screaming at us yelling at us to get out and will cancel our orders when we had done nothing wrong. She specifically said "all of you get the fuck out." We sat and stayed quiet as the other individuals began arguing with the wingstop employee and eventually left after getting all their refunds. The lady waiting in line was told she could order anything and she doesn't need to be charged for it but once we were called for our order we weren't told a sorry or even slightly treated with any care after what happened. Is it because we are Mexican and she automatically grouped us in with the people next to us. Why did every one get a refund or a comp except us when we were attacked? Finally a location close to home...We stopped after doing our weekly Costco run on a Friday evening to get an order to go. We got there when it wasn't too busy yet - placing our order (2) medium orders (8 boneless wings with side & small drink) and was told 25 / 30 mins. We waited by running next door to the pet shop & when we came back (after 20 mins) the place was packed. It took an additional 15 minutes beyond the time but it was worth the wait. I had the lemon pepper (my very favorite) and mild (buffalo sauce) with veggie sticks (didn't want French fries to get saggy on the way home). I did get an order of Cajun Corn (small). It was well package for the less than 5 minute drive home...Got home and the chicken was great, the ranch yummy with veggie sticks and the cajun corn was still warm & had interesting flavor to where I would definitely order it again. Hello I've used your company for a more than a few years now and the majority of the time I have issues with my order being made wrong made, as well as not to standards that they show your food should be made to, along with constantly having to come and get my food remade or come back another day to have them remake it again which is a huge inconvenience for someone who doesn't live close to the location at all. So when I came in on October 12th for an order and it was again messes up because they forgot half of my food my food was soggy and disgusting so at this point I just wanted a refund because i'm tired of dealing with this company and not getting my food made correctly and constantly having to go back and forth. I called that very night as soon as I got home and saw how nasty my food was and to see they forgot half of my order yet again. Called to speak with a manager about wanting a refund at this point I am done going to Wingstop and I wanted my refund so I can just be completely done dealing with this company. I was told the manager in the morning will do my refund. The next morning I called to make sure the manager knew I was needing a refund he had me text him a picture of my receipt and told me he will get my refund taken care of it would take about 2 to 3 days I waited 5 days no refund called the location again spoke to manager Dakota told me he will get it refunded it'll take 7 to 10 days I waited 12 or 13 days still no refund called again said that he would have it pushed through still no refund called again and I have all these times and dates if you need of me calling this location to get my refund. Spoke to him again said he was going to push the refund through from his general manager briana and I will definitely be getting my refund it's been a month and a half now still no refund, waited still no refund called again recently just today and was told that he texted his manager and he has text proof that they are not refunding my order and the charge didn't even come out. But on my bank statement which I have proof shows that it did come out on the 12th of october, he told me they are not refunding my order and I need to file a dispute with my BANK in order to get my money back. He then hung up on me. I called back to tell him hanging up on customers is how he treats people and i will definitely be contacting corporate to let them know and he should not be working there anymore, he said you guys will not do anything to him about it. Which I can see happening as the patterns I've experienced with this company continue to grow. HUGE F you to a customer who has been MORE than patient for a VERY long time with orders CONSTANTLY being messed up having to be remade having to drive back and forth across town to get the correct order second or third time because they have definitely messed up my remakes more than once as well, at this point I have nothing good to say about Wingstop and how they care for their customers and how they produce their food. So at this point I would more than expect somebody to reach out to me to clear up this huge mess that has been brought on by their management team Dakota and Brianna at the chkalov location in Vancouver Washington. The refund is a whole $25.08. But if he feels like it's better to file a fraud dispute with the bank over your company rather than submitting my refund like I have been told for two months now that WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED, I suggest you fire them and hire people who care about the company they work for as well as the customers they service. This company is going down hill FAST and a major part of that is due to poor management decisions equalling to very low customer satisfaction.I have plenty of other interactions with this company I could have written to you about a long time ago but I had not as I see how things get taken or rather NOT taken care of. Went here last night because I was excited there was another location in Vancouver. Staff were nice and friendly. I ordered lemon pepper and original hot. The lemon pepper was dry and had NO seasoning on it. Was literally just a fried unseasoned wing. The original hot was soggy. I politely let a staff member know and he ripped the uncooked chicken (4 wings out of 8) out from my order without apologizing for serving me raw chicken. I asked if I could get a refund and either a manager or senior employee bluntly said "well your order says unsweetened Iced tea so what's the problem?" My husband and I place an online order which ended up being a huge mistake. They charged us twice and out of bbq sauce. After a few calls going back and forth we decided to cancel. They said they went to the store and got more sauce and can complete our order. By then we already made other arrangements. When I arrived 20 minutes later, my food was not ready and it seemed that was the case as well with the nearly dozen people standing in the lobby. While waiting, I noticed the guy packing everyone's food wasn't wearing his mask properly. He had his mask under his nose. I asked the cashier to ask him to pull up his mask, which he did. However, a minute later it was back down. This made me extremely uncomfortable as I have gliosarcoma cancer. I asked to cancel my order, which I assume probably hadn't even been started. I am a long time and loyal customer of Wingstop, so naturally when there's a wingstop on one side of the street and a buffalo wild wings on the other side, i'm hands down going to wingstop. But YA'LL when I tell you I would've had a better experience at a gas station.... i'm not kidding. Starting the experience from when I pulled up and all the lights were completely off inside except the kitchen. The staff was talking so loud, the girl taking my order couldn't hear me; also didn't care to mention that the fountain drink was broken until after we had already paid for fountain drinks, and then proceeded to offer us water. Fast forward to waiting for the food, I watched employees straight up manhandle the chicken & fries with their bare hands, it was so gross I lost my appetite. Here's the best part - after waiting 45, yes you heard me right, 45 minutes for *two combos (we were literally the only ones there outside of the other two online orders), we ate our food in our car to find that they gave us ranches with lids that weren't fully closed resulting in it spilling all over my center console & seat :) If i could rate this place lower than 1 star, I would. Yes, I know this sounds dramatic but if you saw and experienced what I did - you would be making this same review.
