Once I got to my room at the hotel and opened my bag of food up, I had two containers of House BBQ sauce, two containers of Sweet Baby Rays a nice sized serving of slaw and some great looking onion rings. As for the meat there was a big pile of pulled pork, a really generous portion, the only issue was it was drowned in sauce! Lots and lots of sauce. Meat that has been well smoked and prepared properly doesn't need drowning in sauce. The sauce should be served on the side.
