There is a 0% chance they actually get the order right. There are better places in Woodhaven. We've tried this place twice and both times our orders were incorrect. Our most recent order, ordered coke got sprite, asked for light seasoning on the fries for none, and where are the pickles at in the chicken sandwich? The first time we tried this place my husband ordered 2 types of wings, instead he got 2 boxes of the same wing and again where are the pickles in the chicken sandwich. This location is the worst Wing Stop I've ever had the displeasure of giving my money to. Not only are there 4 people behind the counter with only 1 of them actually doing anything, our order is almost always incorrect and never ready on time. I ordered the 7 tender combo and they gave me 6 tenders and 2 boneless wings. My girlfriend ordered parmesan fries with extra seasoning and barely got any seasoning at all. Order was supposed to be done 20 minutes after ordering. We arrived slightly after 20 minutes and STILL waited another 25 minutes for the food to finally be ready. Greeted, advised them the name on our order and then the girl walks away without saying anything. No timeline for the food to be ready, no "we're working on it right now" nothing. Just ignored us afterwards. The icing on top? We were there watching them make our food, were later to pick up than the ready time and the food was STILL cold. How do you make food fresh in front of your customer and it's still cold? Last bit here - the woman working the front with tattoos on her neck and long nails needs an attitude check. Not only is she rude, but you are also not with your friends at their house, you're at a business which employs you. WORST wingstop I've ever been to. The staff is super rude. My brother ordered over the phone and asked to pay over the phone and they proceeded to say no even though they usually do. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with wingstop. It is a shame the food at wingstop is great. But the customer service on the other hand was the worst experience i have ever received. Couldn't believe how snobby the cashier was that took my order. Seems like the person had way better things to do instead of providing even decent service. Also the place was an absolute mess couldn't believe how dirty it really was. I made an online order for pick up at 11:45. I arrived at 11:48 to the restaurant already closed with the doors locked. Their hours have them listed as being open until 12am. You could see my order sitting near the front counter. I called to see if anyone was still inside to just hand me my food. No answer. While on the phone with customer service to get a refund, I saw two employees walk up to the front. I ran to the door to get their attention, knocking. They saw me, ignored me, and then went out the back. Waste of my time and money. Never going back. read more

This by far has been my worse Wing stop experience. I have been to the Wingstop on Telegraph and Vegas and Henderson, NV. I get it today is Superbowl. However we all know TODAY is Superbowl. I don't even watch football and I know what today is. That being said preparation & communication is key. Both of which this location failed. There was a Man who placed an order YESTERDAY to pick up today. Needless to say his order was NOT ready. If cruise ships can get thousands on & off a ship everyday with no hiccups, surely this location could get a few hundred orders ready. Poor management. Needless to say I cancelled my order. I will see how long it takes me to get my refund. If management couldn't handle Superbowl Sunday perhaps he should have closed his location and reopened on Monday after the madness has died down. read more

Have ordered from this location in the past. This time it was a 50 wing party order for a high school homecoming tailgate. I ordered the wings online at 11:30 for a 3:00 pickup. Had a friend pick them up for me. When she arrived they informed her that the order was made when I placed the order so they had been sitting out. They offered to remake the order but said it would take over 30 mins. She didn't have time for that so she said she would take them home and attempt to re-warm them in her oven. When I called to complain, nothing was offered other than the excuse that they offered to remake the order. Can't wait for Detroit Wing Company to open up the street. I only gave this location 2 Stars because honestly they are the fastest Wingstop that I have ever been to. Let's face it, if you have ever been to any Wingstop they aren't known for being "quick". However, they make it up with the food. I was extremely disappointed with my food that I received. I ordered the 8 piece bone-in wings all Flats "extra well done" with the Cajun corn. My order was completed online and the instructions said to pull up at the time specified on the confirmation and someone would bring it out. Arrived and sat during my scheduled arrival time... nothing. So do to Covid I masked up and went on the inside. My order was ready just sitting there, that was ok. I mean Hey! At least it was ready. When I got home my all flat wings were under cooked and my Cajun corn was withering away as though it had been sitting out 5hours before pick up. Old and lacking the flavor I love from Wingstop. Needless to say I rather drive out a further distance to go to a Wingstop who knows how to prepare the food on the menu to the customer's specifications. read more
