Major thanks here. I'm from San Diego and I was here in Michigan visiting. Let me start by saying I landed around 8 AM on 12/19 and the airline misplaced my luggage and my drivers license and ID happened to be inside because I mistakenly placed it inside during the bag check in process after showing my ID an etc. I was at the airport from 8 PM until around 3 AM getting all settled. I couldn't rent a car, or eat and I was super hungry. Finally around after 3 AM after I got everything I was able to get my rental and then stopped to Taco Bell for a meal because I hadn't eaten in over 24 hours. The bank declined my card because it wasn't recognizing the charge at Taco Bell so they block it. The allowed half the charge to process but not all. When the server told me I was so tired from everything I didn't feel like trying to connect with my bank close to 4 AM especially after the day I had. I asked if he could just provide what was able to be charged and he did even better. He covered the meal for me. That meant so much to me that Michael did that for me. Great employee and he really made my day. I really appreciate what you did man. I called the bank later that morning and they apologized to me for blocking the charge and advised it was for safety reason and possible unauthorized reasons. They fixed it all I'm all good. But Michael B that served me around 4 AM 12/20 is the real MVP. When you guys go to this place do a small kind gesture for him because it's not everyday you find kind fast food employees like that. read more

literally the slowest taco bell i have ever been at it was ridiculous how long it took when no one was in the damn drive thru.

Service was at the least inadequate. Workers, especially those working in the drive-thru were bad-mannered and could not have the smallest amount of respect while they are making my order. The entire ambiance of this takeout restaurant was unwelcoming. The food was very clearly made without care. Do not recommend, if you are looking for good service and a proper environment go to the one on Gibraltar road. read more

Worst location ever.I used to go here all the time,until recently my order was soggy as hell.Came home and called Taco Bell and the kid I spoke too had a attitude and didn't want to give me his name.Finally he gave me a fake name josh.When I went there I was told by a snippity kid with an attitude that there was no josh that worked there. I got my food really fast. My chicken chalupa supremes were excellent. I couldn't show you a picture of the Fiesta potatoes because I was so starving I was actually eating them at the counter while I was waiting for my coffee. how rude of me. They were delectable to. Make sure you look on the back of the receipt because if you go to tell the bell.com you have a chance to win $500 if you tell them about your visit. They also have an app that you can download called Mobile ordering that you can order ahead and you should be able to save money on your drinks . You call ahead and your order will be waiting for you when you arrive .you can either get it at the drive thru or in the dining room. The dining room was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The one thing I do like especially is the fact that they make your coffee one cup at a time so it's fresh as you order it . read more

I would've given 2 stars, but I like Taco Bell too much to do such a thing. I've never had a truly bad visit here, just a few annoyances here and there. But, this isn't my favorite location, even when I lived down the street. There were times when I waited an absurd amount of time in the drive-thru, especially if you go late at night. Recently, I went inside to eat on two occasions, and both times it was uncomfortably cold inside. I know it was -10° out, but a little heat would've been nice. The food has always been good, fresh, and accurate. There has to be something wrong with their Wild Cherry Pepsi though; every time I've gotten it, it tastes bad. read more

The only thing that amazes me about this location is how long the line is whenever you go. It's rare not to find a line of cars at the drive through. Best Taco Bell in downriver. If you don't think there is a different between fast foods from different locations, you're mistaken. This place has the best food of any TB I have been to and always give good quality for low prices. I figured I would update this with a new review. Apparently yelp is only showing the super old positive reviews. They are no longer applicable to this place. The staff is the slowest most mismanaged group I've ever seen, orders are always messed up somehow and i do mean ALWAYS. I have never been to this location and had a good experience. I even had the good fortune to run into a Taco Bell corporate person in the parking lot once, when I voiced my concerns about the absolute lack of effort or skill on part of the employees at this location, he responded with "find another Taco Bell" because fixing a huge loudly voiced problem of many consumers isn't worth corporate time, right? So I did find a different one! I started going out of my way to the Taco Bell off Vreeland and telegraph. Way better staff, faster service, orders are usually spot on, (everyone has a foul up now and again) but this place should be shut down and restaffed. I mean I know it's Taco Bell but come on, show some pride in your work and yourself, or find another job you're not terrible at. read more
