The pulled meats are seasoned well, the brisket is tender, and the mac & cheese is not an afterthought side dish; it stands on its own as phenomenal mac & cheese. Now the ribs; they are so good! You can taste the smoke when you bite into them. In fact, I still could savor the smokiness in my mouth after I was done eating, as well as still smell the smoke on my fingers. They were tender with still some bite to them; great job on the ribs. Also, great original and carolina mustard sauces. The latter is phenomenal on the pulled chicken. I found my BBQ spot!
