I found this location during a visit to Ohio and wondering around the shopping center while other family members were shopping in other stores. They have a large selection of draft craft beers and many were local. I selected a flight of beer and the others had sample glasses and we shared a small plate. They offered growlers of their draft beer and had a large selection of bottles and cans from various breweries. I recommend others give the Casual Pint a try. I will return when next in the area.

Cool place, lots of beer! I'm not a beer drinker but they took the time to find me one that I like. It's more like a spritzed champagne. Definitely stop in and check it out.

I have an affinity for dark beer.

I've stopped in here a couple times since it opened and I'm glad to have a spot that has constantly rotating taps from a wide range of locations. My beer preference leans heavily to the darker side, so it's nice to see that about a third of what they have is dedicated to stouts, porters, etc. For all the IPA lovers, there is definitely no shortage of those, and they also have plenty of other selections with a total of 35 taps. They seem to change them pretty often too, so there is always something new to experience. As can be gathered from the name, the atmosphere is quite casual, and much more relaxing than the typical bar scene. The clientele seems to have no boundaries as I've taken note of just as many baby boomers and gen-exers sampling brews as millennials (not sure if any of the iGen's are old enough yet). I haven't tried any of the food at this point, but I assume I'll get around to it eventually because I think this will become a common watering hole for my ever-curious palate for craft brews.

Great place with lots of selection. I didn't eat here yet but they carry Wild Ohio gluten free beers so I'm a fan. You can of course mix sixes and carry out or stay and drink at the bar, the tables, or the patio. Saw a great musician, Willis Gordon and his band, and he was fantastic. Looking forward to seeing more great live music at this Boardman beer garden.

    Good place to watch football?

Hi Margaret! Yes, we are big sports fans here and love to watch football. We are not a sport bar, but at any given time there is a game on one of of our 4 tv's.

We have visited Vintages Estates from Pittsburgh on multiple occasions now after hearing what a…read morecraft beer haven it is. Honestly it's been a bit of a mixed bag which makes it tricky to review. First off the setup. You enter into a wine shop. Then the next room has a little seating and a small bar. Then shelf after shelf and cooler after cooler of craft beer. You truly could get lost and spend hours exploring the selection. It can be overwhelming. They have a ton of variety and some beers that are tough to find. Prices can be a bit all over the place. My biggest complaint though is the amount of way past date beers and the heavily fruited sours stating must be refrigerated that are on the shelves. I just know now I have to double check the dates on everything and have skipped buying things for sure. The next room has the main bar with seating and a handful of high top tables. This has been where we have sat every visit. I'm not sure how service is supposed to be as it's been inconsistent. One visit we have had table service. The next we had to go up to the bar to be able to order anything. Another someone said they would be right there for our order and we were left waiting a long time. The draft list is a good size and offers a good variety. They also frequently do special events and tap takeovers bringing in beers hard to find on draft locally. Unfortunately last time we went for a tap takeover we were told those couldn't be included in the flight option. They almost push you to drink more because there is a variety to try only in small or full pours. However the small pours are so much more expensive, especially when the full pours are on happy hour. They are known for their flatbreads and have a huge variety of them available ranging from much more traditional to the more creative. They also often have specials available. There are appetizers and other food available as well but we have always stuck with flatbreads. The flatbreads are pretty good but nothing special. Overall Vintage Estates is a mixed bag. They do have something for everyone as far as beer, wine, cider and mead. They have some decent food to go along with it. They just have some things they could improve. We will still make a return visit though for some event I'm sure.

Not 5 minutes after we place an order the table behind us gets a full menu, with burgers and sandwiches on it. Am I a bit PO'd.... YEP Also the waitress doesn't smile. She looks miserable, geez, at least make an effort! So I ordered chicken and waffles and my husband ordered a few wings. As for the food..... The chicken tenders are AAMazing! Waffle is good and the hubs like the ginger lime wings although a small side of sauce and a few celery and carrots would make a better presentation. But for the diamond in the rough. I can only assume it was the manager/owner that delivered our food. I asked why we had a limited menu as I read here on Yelp I should have the prime grilled cheese. This man offed it to me on the house now that is some great customer service. I had to decline bc we have such a long drive ahead of us but he hands down was so kind. So I'm going with 4 stars. To sum this up I would happily come back just bc of his kind service! As we were finishing up Doug the owner came by again and he is a great reason to visit this place. He definitely has a heart for customer service!! Thanks Doug

What looks like a nondescript bar with a modern twist is actually a goldmine of appetizers. My family of five descended upon the place today and we ordered a slew of appetizers. I had a hard time choosing a favorite, but if I had to pick, it would be the Brussels sprouts and crab Rangoon dip, closely followed by the lime wings. We're all from different parts of town, but we'll definitely be back. It's a hidden gem worth discovering.

We sat outside at sunset and there was a cool breeze and a large screen shielded us from the low angle of the sun. The menu is great, offering many choices and the ability to build your own pasta by choosing the type of noodle and the sauce and any added protein. The server was attentive at first but kind of disappeared when we needed to pay our bills and get back on the road. We were heading to Lake Erie for the weekend and still had a drive ahead of us. So the food was 50/50. My daughter had the gnocchi with a pink peppercorn Alfredo sauce which was delicious. My sister ordered the capellini with marinara and meatballs. Also good. The home made rolls are huge and fluffy and delicious. However my choice was white clam with linguine. Nowhere on the menu did it say it would be doused in tons of cracked back pepper. Now I love pepper. I add it to almost everything I eat like salad, soup, eggs, etc. But this amount of pepper was overwhelming the clam sauce. My sister in law had the same problem with her Aglio Olio sauce. Way to much black pepper. It ruined the dish for her. We all had huge portions and took them home but she left hers because she said it was so bad she'd never eat it if she took it home. So if you don't want all that black pepper in your food, ask the server to omit it. The dishes would have been delicious without it.
