This is actually my third time ordering from Wingstop through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, it has been the same issue every single time: something is wrong with the order and the food quality is disappointing. I have had to request a refund all three times. To be fair, I understand that the food being cold is an Uber Eats issue, not necessarily a Wingstop issue. However, receiving the wrong food and wings with feathers on them is completely on the restaurant. What is especially frustrating is that customers pay a premium when ordering delivery. You would think that, at the very least, the restaurant could make sure the order is correct and the food is properly prepared before handing it to a delivery driver. I really hope businesses realize how much money they are losing because of lazy, careless, or poorly trained employees.
