All they said was "did you have an online order? Here you go :(. " Turn off the option for online ordering if your peak times are going to make it unmanageable to fulfill them in a timely manner. I spent my entire lunch break waiting on this and will be returning late to work. At least some kind of small partial refund or future credit would have been appreciated. The worst part is, that it seems like the owners were there chatting it up. Will probably not be returning for some time.
