I rarely ever write reviews, but this one I could not resist. I was recommended to Jody through a friend and did not regret her service at all. She was prompt in returning my phone calls, did them in a timely manner, and was extremely professional the entire time. Sometimes when I am getting my eyelashes done, I feel uncomfortable with someone working so close to my eyes, however there is something calming about Jody when she does my lashes. So much so, that on occasion I even fall asleep! Since my first fill, my lashes have stayed put and I get compliments all the time about how natural and beautiful they look. I was even amazed at her knowledge of how to care for the lashes to make them last the entire 3 weeks or so. As a side note, she also does make-up but lashes are her main gig. Stephanie was fantastic very personable and gave me exactly what I asked for. I had had a bad previous experience getting lash extension from amazing lash studio down the street. She listened to my issues with the previous stylists and explained her process. I will admit I was a bit nervous because it seemed like she was new but after talking with her she's been applying lashes for about 2 years. After the application was completed i was amazed the lashes felt so natural and comfortable I couldn't even tell they were there. This was surprising to me because when I had my lashes done at amazing lash studio they felt clumpy and heavy. They were not all curling up as they should so I had some lashes pointing into my eyes. That was not the case with Stephanie all of my lashes are perfectly in place and look amazing! My experience with Stephanie was better than i could have imagined. I see Jody and she does an amazing job. People stop me all the time to tell me they love my lashes. It's awesome to wake up with full beautiful lashes and not have mascara raccoon eyes anymore. :) I've heard of some lash horror stories and luckily I never have to worry about that with Winkz. The suite at Winkz is clean and nicely decorated, and all of the lash rooms are private. I never have to wait (because Jody is always on time), and everyone is friendly and professional. Came across Winkz Lash Bar on yelp and decided to check it out. The salon is clean and chic. I got my lashes done and I am absolutely in love with them. You have the options of classic, volume, or a hybrid of both. I got the volume set so my lashes can look fuller. The lashes that she uses are very soft, fluffy, and light! Sometimes I forget that I have extensions because they are so comfortable. They hold up pretty well (up to 3 weeks) and I cannot wait for my next fill. I recommended Tina. I found my eyelash location! I love my lashes!! I got my fill done & my lashes look even more beautiful than when I originally got them (which was done somewhere else). So happy my friends referred me here. This spot is decorated so cute inside. Also, the rooms are private so you aren't laying out in the open next to a bunch of other people, which made feel comfy and secure and not worry if my purse is gonna be stolen. Jody was great! She's very passionate about her craft and very meticulous, making sure that my lashes looked great! Her salon is nice and very clean. She's also very clean herself, and made sure her hands are clean and applied hand sanitizer before working on my lashes. 5 days into having my lashes applied and I haven't had any lashes fall off. I came here to get a refill for the first time by Tori. I usually go to another lady but I could not get an appointment in so I thought I could come here for my refill. When I first came in, Tori asked me where I usually go to get my refill and I told her. She never mentioned at all in the beginning there was a $10 fee (for a refill from another salon) until the very end when I was paying. It's not that big of a deal but I thought that was very unprofessional to not have mentioned in the beginning when talking to me about it. I would have appreciated it if I knew about a fee I would have to pay beforehand. After, I was a little upset after my lashes were filled. I had on 13 lashes and when Tori was done, she completely did them shorter at 12 with THINNER lashes. I was very disappointed, this is not what I wanted. I wish she would have told me ahead of time that she was doing them shorter AND thinner. But she did it without telling me. My lashes look significantly different than what I had before and it almost looks like my real lashes because that's how much thinner they were compared to what I had. I did not want to change the thickness nor the length at all! In the end, she said it looked better and less weight on my real lashes. It doesn't matter and I just don't understand how you can change someone else's lash length and thickness without asking them first. I ended up paying $60 + $10 fee + tip, which was not worth paying for. The lady I usually go to lives a little further from me and I was hoping to potentially find somewhere closer (aka this place and test it out). I don't know if this is because I was coming from another salon with how my visit turned out? But I am very disappointed and I unfortunately will not be coming here again. read more

I used Tori. She was a sweet girl but every time I went in my eyelashes on the ends would droop. I only went 3 time and stopped because I wasn't seeing a change. Haven't had a problem since changing places. Another tech told me if they knew how to place them correctly that wouldn't happen. I got a lash lift and it's been 3 weeks now. I waited a little bit to finalize my review. I think it's just ok... right away I could tell that one of my eye were better than the other. One look like a nice curve but the other one look like a broken curve like something you would get from a eyelash curler. I wanted to see if it would grow on me but...not really. Now it's been 3 weeks more of my eyelashes hair grew out and the bad eye would get tangle lashes which I never experienced before. Overall the service is good and I'm sure they tried their best but i will be trying another place to see if I would have a better more consistent results for both my eyes read more

I have been getting my lashes done for the last couple of years and I'm so happy that I've finally found my regular lash lady. Jody is absolutely amazing. Unlike most places I have been to, she took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted. Previous eyelash techs have discouraged me from getting the fuller, more dramatic effect because I have very thin, Asian lashes. I was told that my real lashes would not be able to withstand the weight and I would have to go for a more subtle look. Where others have failed, Jody was able to deliver. She assured me that when done properly, my vision of having full, "Snufalufagous" ( did I spell that right?) lashes could be attained. As I aways say, go big or go home! Was not happy with my experience here. Jody overbooked Groupons and booked appointments AFTER expiration date. It was mostly her fault my Groupon expired, she did not have any appointments in a 3 week span. She was not going to honor the paid value after expiration date, until I informed her that not how a grpupon works. It is my fault I did not send the copy of the groupon before it expired, but it only expired because she could not book before it expired! I still paid full price with a 20% tip of the full value. I wasn't even offered a discount. I am forgiving and felt ok, I've always been in the service industry and am always understanding and top well. Jody doesn't Give good customer service and my lashes fell of after the 2nd day.... She claims this isn't her fault. I have had lashes before and know how to maintain, they should not fall off on 2nd day. read more
